Congressional Posturing Means Top Secret America Gets Further Beyond Control

Senate approves intelligence authorization bill

It's all electioneering show with the CIA used to deflect attention from the real issues some of which are mentioned by Jeff Stein like "no meaningful oversight of the spy agencies without control of their budgets through a fully empowered intelligence appropriations committee."

The whole issue emphasis is pushed in the wrong direction by the Senate Intelligence Committee completely ignoring the real threat and danger to the American people and everyone around the world. Consider this article by Nat Hentoff from 2002 concerning the FBI (you know, those people who cheated on the domestic investigation guidelines test http://bbc.in/9H80Qs):

"our contemplation cannot be only of what has been, but of what may be" Nat Nentoff quotes Justice Brandeis VV 28.05.02 http://bit.ly/duYH3Q This article about the FBI's Magic Lantern in the context of the Patriot Act, Congress and the judiciary is well worth reading. Even at that time the ability to remain outside one's home, office or whatever location and collect full information by intercept against computer technology and the human being as well existed and was being used as I had been experiencing directly at that time.

Congress is way behind reality, threat and danger absolutely refusing to listen to those in the US and elsewhere in the world who have something meaningful to say. Instead, Congress focusses on what will bring about image for electioneering. "Our Kind of Traitor" by John le Carre sums it up quite nicely for the UK's Security Service (MI5) what amounts to the FBI in the UK for domestic security. Read this book for a very enjoyable and informative experience. It is absolutely brilliant, relevant and captures the political element perfectly.

******The Same Happened to this Top Secret America Facebook Posting*****

"Some content in this message has been reported as abusive by Facebook users" said the message as I clicked on the comment button before it was even posted. Is someone monitoring this while I write at the Washington Post? I know those using surveillance were monitoring it and commenting as I did so. You can see what I wrote at: http://bit.ly/ad1plX

Every effort is being made by those who abuse surveillance technology against me to stop all my activity because I am accurately reporting what they are doing. Last night my Internet connection was stopped several times forcing me to reboot the computer and reset the router each time to get reconnected. A verbal comment was made "Do you want to do it again?" when it was stopped the final time.

This is censorship of the worst kind and keeps valuable information and comment that is descriptive and related to news articles including the FBI cheating on tests from being expressed. No wonder Congress and the media are in the dark. This is the TSA mushroom culture: keep 'em in the dark and covered with manure. That's probably abusive.

*****Then It Goes On As Follows******

28/09/10 13:23:05 A long argument goes on amongst those using the surveillance technology: BS. Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret and others about censoring my Facebook comments on the Washington Post's Top Secrete America Facebook page that occurred this morning. At one moment I had entered “Ditto that” about previous comments which was accepted without any problems and decided to add the information shown above which got the rejection message and blockage as noted above.

BS/Bird are arguing that they have the “right” to stop me from posting this information against a couple other people (maybe more) who are arguing against it. All “Ill Eagle” can say is “It's wrong,” and BS says “It goes international.” Their abuse of surveillance technology enables me to hear what is being said for the most part which is intentional since they are able to verbally abuse me further in the course of the “good guy/bad guy” argument.

28/09/10 13:30:55 “Interesting,” says a surveillance male. This is the real Big Brother in action in all of its abusive power to crush the individual with surveillance technology under the control of those with extremely abusive antisocial personality disorder. He doesn't appear to be precisely in touch with reality as he says this while witnessing criminal activity.

28/09/10 13:32:52 “We can't bring him out now,” says another surveillance male following on from earlier surveillance technology abuse which takes place every day by manufacturing allegations while seeking to incite others to carry out this objective which would be the ultimate shut down and destruction of human activity, and, they hope, of human life itself.

28/09/10 13:37:58 “Psychotic,” says a male in some uncertain context amid comments by others “He's up there” and “Pull him out.” All of this is intended to continue the verbal abuse and fear of violence.

28/09/10 13:42:01 “Never had it so good,” said a female voice sounding like BS but uncertain about what she actually means whether this is herself or someone else.

28/09/10 13:43:40 “Republican,” said Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret trying to associate me with the IRA, but I always reply “Who would have anything to do with George Bush's political party? Then he says quietly in a conspiratorial tone of voice “It's my job” meaning “dirty tricks” is his business, and “dirty data” is his currency.

28/09/10 13:46:58 “I'm usin' it,” said Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret evidently indicating the surveillance technology while BS adds “Right there.”

28/09/10 13:50:22 “You think he'll kill himself,” asks a surveillance male about BS/Bird's continuous claim which they hope to create as an outcome so that they can get away with their extensive crimes carried out during the past 12+ years 24/7/365. No such luck, I say, but they go on projecting this onto me when they've each indicated that they would commit suicide if they did not get their way which is highly emotional and manipulative.

28/09/10 13:55:45 “What's going to happen to him?” asks a surveillance male meaning after they “Pull him out.” Then he goes on to say something about “Potty.” BS starts moan groaning in protest.

28/09/10 13:57:28 A surveillance male laughs and says “He knows he's . . . up there.”

28/09/10 13:59:42 A surveillance female then says something about “Paranoid.” Whatever its context, this is real persecution and certainly not a “persecution complex.” In addition those with the surveillance technology have the extreme need to dominate and control as they have done for 12+ years 24/7/365 while exhibiting repeated signs of delusion of grandeur.

28/09/10 14:05:10 “We;re goin' to pull him out. You'll see,” said a surveillance male. This has been going on like this for 12+ years 24/7/365 with nothing ever done. It's sadistic torture abuse and criminal harassment for starters. They have mounted raid after raid for years including a month-long police siege with nothing done. New people here are repeating the same old gambit like one-trick ponies.

28/09/10 14:44:18 “No electricity,” says BS. I've just spent 49 days without hot water that was cut off from another source and just as mysteriously cut on again. My natural gas has been turned off since on or before 2nd July 2009. Now, they want to cut off the electricity? Dirty tricks galore.

28/09/10 14:46:01 It's all over,” says Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret. After a while, he demands “Pull him out” than added “It's getting harder each time.”

28/09/10 14:48:38 “He raped his mom,” says BS. Naturally, she has the evidence to take this to the police and create proceedings in the legal justice system, but instead she uses it on a presumption of guilt basis to emotionally charge hatred and rage in others to incite a vigilante mob to action which is fully supported by the police, NHS and other government departments as well as scores of people. This is more effective and cheaper government at the local level which David Cameron seeks to implement nationwide. After arriving in February 2001 Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret first made this false allegation nine years ago at the end of August 2001 after BS had been abusing surveillance technology against me 24/7/365 for three years since mid-August 1998 without saying a word about this false allegation.

28/09/10 15:02:16 “Is he still up there?” asked a woman loudly outside under my front window. This the the general incitement that has resulted from the surveillance abuse by BS, Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret and others. False rumours are spread continuously all around with the expectation that forces will act destructively. All of this constitutes criminal harassment and torture for starters satisfying the sadist pleasure needs of those so inclined to this perversion.

28/09/10 15:05:51 “Why did you pick London,” asked a surveillance male. Lt Harry “Ill Eagle” Bird USMC Ret has milked the British system for almost a decade finding out that the British are gullible and exploiting their incompetence to his advantage. The class system prevails, so he bosses everyone around using smear and fear tactics, and he can do as he pleases by playing on the fact that bigotry is a central part of the British character in underclass environments. He is totally unqualified to do anything except destructive violence and managed to hang on here since February 2001 by means of surveillance technology abuse That's some achievement. Tenant management has used him to create a glossy image by having someone continuously attack me to discredit what I report, and he's full of dirty tricks. He's been their imported thug. This is the function of TSA “security” contractors in the world. He didn't “choose” London. He was invited to come here.

John le Carre's "Our Kind of Traitor"

John le Carre's new book "Our Kind of Traitor" (Penguin/Viking, 2010) is superb reflecting the essence of the Washington Post's Top Secret America but set entirely against the background of the UK's Secret Service (MI5). It's well worth reading.

"The terror thing, and the threat of civil unrest, were doing wonders for the private-security sector. Some of her very best ex-officers were earning twice as much as they'd earned in the Service and loving it." (p 123)

". . . We are suffering, as an ex-great nation, from top-down corporate rot. . . ." (p 119)

"What about the outsourcing of our Intelligence requirements to friendly companies, banks by no means excluded? We're not a crusade, Hector. We're not hired to rock the boat. We're here to help steer it. We're a Service." (p 175)
