What about child and family services, policing and the NHS whose costs they drive up to the point of collapse? Why doesn't the government go after those who destroy?

When the books are cooked as he did, he looked grand and glorious until he revealed the truth. BS & Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret have done a "great job," but it's easy when they fake it. It's really tough to do a proper job and obey the law, rules and regulations to keep risk under control. BS/Bird's losses are an unknown black hole.
