Dear Mr President
My father died on 20th July 1968 and is now buried in Arlington National Cemetery. When you meet with Prime Minster David Cameron tomorrow on the anniversary of his death, I want you to spare a thought for what he did to preserve and protect democracy and its values.
Then give a thought to what has actually happened and some consideration to what you and David Cameron are going to do about the US/UK surveillance imprisonment, torture, medical experimentation and surveillance R&D carried out against me 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998 for almost 12 years so far on an indefinite basis.
I've lived all my life with the background of a surprise attack that has been an integral part of my awareness from the time I was born in Honolulu in December 1942 although I was not exactly conscious of it for some years.
My father, a career US Naval officer, was stationed at Pearl Harbour on 7th December 1941 and changed his mind at the last minute not to take a Chinese junk out to Ford Island at 0745 that Sunday morning. He survived the attack and was captain of fleet tug, USS Zuni, during the Pacific war receiving letters of commendation from Admirals Halsey and Nimitz as well as the Legion of Merit.
I went to the first year of school in Guam in 1948/9 where the remnants of WWII were very much in evidence in the caves we explored and still in the ground where the M1 spent cartridges were all over. My lunch box was an M1 ammunition box.
During the Korean War he took food supplies to Korea from Oakland as captain of a food cargo ship, USS Merapi. I got to go aboard as a 9-year-old for a sail around San Francisco Bay once, and he brought along our Cub Scout pack for a visit. .
I've been an analyst all my life and have gotten the most important judgements correct. I've been respected for my integrity in "telling it like it is" having earned that reputation internationally some 30 years ago as a pension fund manager in the US, Canada and UK. and continue to do so.
I served in the USAF Security Service from 1961 to 1964 working at its HQs doing final analysis and reporting the reports of which went on to NSA and GCHQ. I was there during the Cuban Missile Crisis. I was stationed in Trabzon, Turkey afterwards some 90 miles from the border of the then Soviet Georgia. James Bamford's "The Puzzle Palace" has some discussion of Trabzon.
The foundation of protecting against a surprise attack as been an integral part of my life as you can see from Pearl Harbour through the Cold War where I served in intelligence for my military service.
I take what I do seriously and try to be as accurate as I can. I deeply resent those who fake it for their own personal benefit at the expense of everyone else not just myself as I've experienced during the past 12 years. This is why I continue to document and report so that a foundation of accuracy and truth can be developed for security.
Fortunately, after the first wave attack at Pearl Harbour, the Japanese did not return for a planned second wave. The US military was thus spared further decimation and able to get back on a war footing to win at Midway some six months later which turned the Pacific war.
It's better, however, not to have any Pearl Harbours such as occurred again on 9/11. It is also important to realise that the abuses which I have experienced went on for three years before 9/11 and included US agents as well as a rendition proposal.
In the early 1980s I attended a luncheon whose speaker was William Sullivan the former US Ambassador to Iran who had been its ambassador at the time of the US Embassy takeover.
I asked him a question about the Intelligence being supplied to Washington at that time and whether it was sufficient. He replied there was no lack of "Intelligence" sent to Washington about the risks. There was a lack of "intelligence" in Washington.
One of Admiral Nimitz' top commanders was Admiral Spruance whom he claimed was responsible for winning the victory at Midway. He said about him "The one supreme thing Spruance had was judgement--judgement based on intelligence and knowledge of his profession." ("Miracle at Midway," Gordon W Prange, Penguin Books, 1983, p 394)
My job of late has been to try to keep the faked information out of the Intelligence pipeline so that resources are not wasted, and no one is distracted.
The surveillance technology being used today has great beneficial uses for humans in medicine and great beneficial uses with regard to protecting the security of the world.
The latter has to be used under proper democratic management controls while the former has to be used openly as part of the scientific and medical community.
This is your challenge today since we now live in a completely different world.

St Charles Hospital Porn Financed Surveillance S&M Torture

Publication yesterday of the fact that St Charles Hospital in North Kensington (Exmoor Street between St Marks Road and Ladbroke Grove) earned "significant income" from renting a ward for the location filming of a pornographic film has revealed to me a most sinister connection between income and expense that heightens concern for transparency in government.
Penny Mordaunt, MP, North Portsmouth and former director of the Kensington & Chelsea Council revealed in the House of Commons that a hospital which she did not name had leased a ward to a film company in Kensington & Chelsea which turned out to be a pornographic film. She did not say when this event occurred but indicated that this was important as regards to transparency in government characterising the income as "significant."
I want to explain why this is far more important than she has acknowledged at present because the income thus generated has been used for insidious and sinister medical experimentation venturing into surveillance rather than the "presumably" normal health care.
I've connected this "off the books" financing for the nearby St Charles Hospital to its professional staff coming out into the community to participate in surveillance torture abuse including surreptitious medication, medical experimentation and generally supporting the false allegations of those whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 with extreme abuse I call "Repression By Psychiatry." The Evening Standard has disclosed that the hospital was the St Charles Hospital although no one there will confirm this they report. Further, comments by Evening Standard readers have indicated the probable name of the film, its director's name and that it was made in 1999.
This was the time those in the NHS began to roll out into the community in the proximity of my flat in the fourth quarter of 1999 following my lengthy letter about the whole problem to the Prime Minister sent by fax and post in September, 1999. (See links below)
In early 2000 I met with two psychiatrists at the St Charles Hospital, Drs Richard Evans and Mo Zoha, along with a psychiatric nurse, Guy Caplan, who was present at each of these meetings on 13th January (Mo Zoha and Guy Caplan) and 2nd February (Richard Evans and Guy Caplan).
My complaint letters to the St Charles Hospital Chief Executive and subsequently to Richard Evans himself following an extremely abusive and threatening letter from him can be read at the links provided below. They will explain these meetings and their results in full.
I was then subjected to very intense prowling, stalking and harassment by these doctors in proximity to my flat participating in the surveillance technology torture abuse driven by those whom I had reported for child abuse in the flat below.
On one such evening about 2330 on or before 8th March 2000 people were approaching my front door which I heard while in the bathroom. A male said "No, you go first, you're the doctor." Just after this they departed. Reference to this can be seen in item number 4 in the link below to "St Charles Hospital "Repression By Psychiatry" Correspondence to My Member of Parliament - Abuse of Power II"
The whole surveillance torture abuse activity consisted of many participants among them NHS professionals from St Charles Hospital whose voices I recognised because I had met with them. Dr Richard Evans was the most prominent with Dr Mo Zoha appearing once coincident with the psychiatric nurser Guy Caplan. This activity went on intensely for years and continues up to the present day.
Some examples of their participation consisted of watching me take a bath when Dr Richard Evans said "I didn't see anything, but he still has to go" among a large group in the flat below my bathroom. Extensive early in the morning activity occurred which included Dr Richard Evans answering questions about which kind of medication he was providing surreptitiously.
On one occasion in the middle of the night Dr Richard Evans dictated a statement for . . . the mother of the abused children, to write in her own hand writing and sign. He specified that she had to use the word "psychotic."
After she had signed it, she wanted to withdraw it, but was not allowed to do so. This was done in the presence of Metropolitan Police officer "Paul Winston" whom I believe was with Special Branch at that time which has now become the Anti Terror Unit.
On another occasion during the evening Dr Mo Zoha and psychiatric nurse Guy Caplan were present in the flat below while a large group of people were out front acting as observers. Dr Mo Zoha was sitting on the balcony below my front window apparently with a monitor screen facing those seated below which showed me inside my flat so all could see. This was accomplished by the use of radar imaging devices in the flat above used at that time to be able to see all my activity.
There are many more examples of their presence along with the police and others which are part of my continuously detailed daily diary/logs that I have kept all these 12 years 24/7/365.
This is just one aspect of the whole torture abuse activity carried out against me during the past 12 years 24/7/365 by the use of surveillance technology based upon a whole spectrum of false allegations including terrorism, crimes and antisocial behaviour manufactured by those using the surveillance to sustain its usage in order to hide the child abuse and all the other crimes in which they engaged.
This is why I find the objective of the torture inquiry announced yesterday tantamount to a whitewash at its beginning because it is limited to international torture that took place overseas while the most important torture has taken place domestically in the UK for the past 12 years which started three years before 9/11 and included US government agents from February 2001 seven months before 9/11.
This torture inquiry as it now stands will be unable to put the stigma of UK torture behind because it is not even addressing the most important torture that has existed well before 9/11 and continues while I write this Email.
I believe that the "off the books" financing from a porn film production enabled domestic torture by surveillance to be carried out by the NHS so that it would not show up explicitly as a drain on financial resources described in revealing terms of what these expenditures actually were.
The fact that this occurred before 2002 when the Kensington & Chelsea Primary Care Trust (PCT) was instituted is irrelevant because this torture abuse by NHS personal participating in the surveillance activity has continued all along. The last I looked the K&C PCT had a substandard rating of "Fair."
It's quite obvious from what can be seen here in 1999/2000 that a cover up was under way to suppress what I was reporting. That has continued all along up to the present day.
I believe that the funds gained by St Charles Hospital from renting a ward to a film company to make a porn film have been used to carry out unlawful and criminal acts by the NHS professionals described and named herein as well as others whose names are not known as they engaged in surveillance torture abuse in the community.
I heard Dr Richard Evans telling someone in the flat below that he wanted to show his girlfriend where he had spent so much of his time. I believe that this was a very costly operation and that its NHS costs were hidden from direct NHS government funding budget scrutiny by the alternative source of "significant income" derived from porn film production at St Charles Hospital at this same time in 1999.

Surveillance Authorisation & Control
I am in the process of entering this "idea" under civil liberties on the new Your Freedom web site for the Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, at the Cabinet Office.
The number of users has bogged the website down for the moment. That's great. I hope everyone gets onto it.
What is your idea?
I believe Nick Clegg wanted surveillance authorisation and control to be carried out at the magistrate level so that a judge was responsible., and the former Labour government wanted a senior executive level person in the Council to be able to authorise and control surveillance.
At the very least surveillance authorisation and control needs to be accomplished at the magistrate level so that a judge authorises and can control what is being done. If this needs to be strengthened so that specialist judges are responsible for authorisation and control of surveillance, then so be it.
There needs to be a redress of grievance process connected with the authorisation and control of surveillance so that the specialist judge can receive feedback directly from those who experience abuse in order for problems to be addressed promptly before excessive damage is done.
I’ve been subjected to totally invasive surveillance for almost 12 years since mid-August 1998 24/7/365 which has nothing to do with an investigation and everything to do with fabrication by extreme abuse including imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation, surveillance R&D and destruction of all human activity and life.
This is very much a reality of the past 12 years under the former Labour government, and all my continuous and extensive efforts to address this problem failed by a system of denial that blamed the victim, me, in order to protect those abusing surveillance so that many benefit from the attempt to silence my reporting and discrediting what I did report.
I call this Toxic Surveillance that is very much a fact of life in the UK which will get much worse if it is not subject to careful authorisation and control. Why is it important?
Having directly experienced surveillance abuse of power for nearly 12 years 24/7/365 I consider this the most important problem facing the UK today bar none for it impacts the life of everyone everywhere in some way. Just the possibility that this can occur and has actually happened indefinitely for a dozen years without the prospect of ending it or obtaining any protection whatsoever under the democratic rule of law implies that the UK is a totalitarian state where every person is at risk of being subjected to this kind of total abuse and destruction of human activity and life.
I cannot overstate its importance and can only communicate its comprehension so that all can recognise the horror from such surveillance abuse that exists given the state-of-the-art technology that has existed for the past decade which continues to be developed in situations like mine. The implications for such future abuse are quite profound indeed. It goes beyond anything that has been imagined in the past and threatens democracy itself. If this surveillance technology abuse continues in this manner in the future, these forms for responding as I am doing here will not exist.

I’ve been subjected to totally invasive surveillance for almost 12 years since mid-August 1998 24/7/365 which has nothing to do with an investigation and everything to do with fabrication by extreme abuse including imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation, surveillance R&D and destruction of all human activity and life.
This is very much a reality of the past 12 years under the former Labour government, and all my continuous and extensive efforts to address this problem failed by a system of denial that blamed the victim, me, in order to protect those abusing surveillance so that many benefit from the attempt to silence my reporting and discrediting what I did report.
I call this Toxic Surveillance that is very much a fact of life in the UK which will get much worse if it is not subject to careful authorisation and control. Why is it important?
Having directly experienced surveillance abuse of power for nearly 12 years 24/7/365 I consider this the most important problem facing the UK today bar none for it impacts the life of everyone everywhere in some way. Just the possibility that this can occur and has actually happened indefinitely for a dozen years without the prospect of ending it or obtaining any protection whatsoever under the democratic rule of law implies that the UK is a totalitarian state where every person is at risk of being subjected to this kind of total abuse and destruction of human activity and life.
I cannot overstate its importance and can only communicate its comprehension so that all can recognise the horror from such surveillance abuse that exists given the state-of-the-art technology that has existed for the past decade which continues to be developed in situations like mine. The implications for such future abuse are quite profound indeed. It goes beyond anything that has been imagined in the past and threatens democracy itself. If this surveillance technology abuse continues in this manner in the future, these forms for responding as I am doing here will not exist.

I am delighted to see these relationships resume after a period of uncertainty and that there is some public interaction on Twitter. I want to address four key topics I believe are of the utmost importance:

All four of these are intertwined, but I wanted to set them out as the key areas that emerge from my last 12 years’ experience in London’s North Kensington as part of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (K&C). I want to bring in the death of Alexander Litvinenko as a point where the current secrecy/cover up with respect to my experience indicates that no one can adopt a holier than thou attitude. The same is true for the arrest of the 11alleged Russian spies.
There is a common foundation in the face of extremely serious global problems which I believe will provide an impetus for agreement and moving forward rather than regressing once again at some point to colder and hostile relationships.
I approached the 3rd issue with some trepidation since I did not want to contribute to cooling in anyway, but David Cameron has raised this issue himself which makes it more comfortable for me to do so:

I’ve been subjected to the attempt to create a massive hoax surrounding me by those using surveillance for 12 years 24/7/365 while they have used lethal, i.e. Toxic, surveillance technology indefinitely against me with the intention to destroy human activity and life itself in order to be able to claim whatever they say as the truth.
It is my belief that Russia has this same surveillance technology and is also developing it in much the same way that the US and UK are developing it by using non-consenting human guinea pigs who are imprisoned by it for torture interrogation, punishment, medical experimentation, surveillance R&D and execution. The whole process is sustained by using the surveillance to manufacture allegations of a most preposterously untrue character that no one could possibly verify. Hence, they bully their way into domination and control by the use of surveillance technology abused in the extreme which forms a foundation of deceit for their own greed, glory and power.
The cause of the death of Alexander Litvinenko only became known when he was almost dead. No one would believe him, and the radiation would have been undetectable after death. Since it was verified, however, the trail of radiation poisoning through London and aircraft between London and Moscow was traced. This was a serious public safety and health problem which impacted the lives of many who now live under a cloud of uncertainty after radiation exposure.
I am subjected to electromagnetic radiation from the surveillance technology although of a lesser frequency and longer wave length that will still kill eventually and cause serious injuries along the way as has already occurred with cataracts or the loss of my eyesight which was restored by surgery. Those using the surveillance technology made every effort to blind me by trying to prevent proper treatment so that I could not continue to document and report what is happening as I am doing here. They have failed to this point, but it does not mean that they have stopped their attempts.
Every possible allegation is made to discredit what I have to report by making false allegations about mental illness, trying to create physical illness or simply claiming that these exists when they don’t to get others to interfere in my life to disrupt it. Any number of false allegations have been made about my being a terrorist, bomber, sleeper and so on relating to reasons why the surveillance technology monitoring of me should be continued indefinitely 24/7/365 which has been the case since mid-August 1998. I am characterised maliciously as the enemy who is a threat and danger in order to isolate me and alienate others from me so no one actually obtains any first hand, accurate information themselves. All of it comes channelled through those using the surveillance technology.
Using surveillance technology enables these people to manufacture allegations, know all that I document and report to cover themselves and facilitates the process of destroying my activity as well as seeking to have others arrest me for some trumped up or caused problem. They cannot allow this to reach the light of day in a comprehensive manner and will kill to prevent that if they cannot get me locked away in some other manner. Again, the fundamental foundation is a massive hoax which leads me to appreciate the fact that this could very well be the case with respect to the 11 Russians arrested for spying. However, there is another element which adds a different dimension of validity to what might have been happening with “deep cover” spying assets.
Today’s spying has moved away from contact with sources to obtain information by stealing it which is the essence of HUMINT. Proximity has become the essence of intelligence operations by combining HUMINT with SIGINT. It’s the secretary or mail room clerk in the next office or same building who could be collecting all the intelligence desired by means of Tempest derived intercepts of all electronic technology, computers, etc, and the human beings him/herself. This is the research to which I’ve been subjected for the past 12 years or more explicitly since February 2001 when Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others joined the surveillance operation already in progress since mid-August 1998.
Any device that emits an electromagnetic radiation emission no matter how small is subject to having that emission intercepted which can be done at some distance. At the same time this signal can be emulated for feedback purposes to assume control of the electronic device or render it inoperable. All of this can be done to the human being as well because the neurological system is electronic with its electricity generated by chemical reactions. This sends out an electromagnetic radiation emission which can be intercepted, decoded and also fed back to control or destroy a human being. That is the state-of-the-art of this surveillance technology today and has been in use against me since February 2001.

What this means is that the dolt can be recruited, trained in an environment like this against someone like me and sent out to use this technology by infiltrating into a very low level, mundane job to capture intelligence from those at the top by monitoring both the people and technology with Tempest based surveillance.
Therefore, it is credible that those 11 Russians arrested as “deep cover” agents were genuine sleepers who were being groomed with primitive trade craft to grow into positions of proximity where they could use Tempest related surveillance technology against human beings and electronic technology devices to gather all the information available without detection or knowledge that it was removed. The kinds of activities that have been released so far in this matter indicate that this might have been the ultimate objective for these 11 Russian agents at some point in the future.
At the same time I cannot dismiss the massive hoax being conjured up against me and can see that US/UK agents are quite capable of saying and doing anything to deceive and frame others as the FBI did in the 1960s/70s with COINTELPRO (Counter Intelligence Programme). Today the surveillance technology is available to destroy human activity and cause people problems so that they are made to look like the source of the problem when in fact it comes from another source as I’ve been experiencing over and over for all these 12 years of surveillance techology abuse 24/7/365. COINTELPRO has used mentally deficient people to make false allegations to keep someone tied up in legal proceedings until bankrupt. The same goes on today. The 11 Russians might be so disliked by FBI elements that they subject them to a massive hoax based upon today’s surveillance technology to debilitate and incapacitate them.
My point is that all of this activity is misguided and actually harms and destroys as Toxic Surveillance in much the same way as Toxic Debt destroyed the financial and economic systems of the world. It won’t be long before Toxic Surveillance will undermine trust and confidence in government and authority to the extent that society itself will collapse in much the way that Enron or the financial and economic systems collapsed because of deceit. A society cannot function on a foundation of fraudulent mistrust. Human activity will come to a halt. It’s not just the destruction of my life that has occurred for the past 12 years, but it is the destruction of all those who come in contact with Toxic Surveillance who are conflicted to such a degree that they find themselves unable to function.
That’s why I see the rapprochement between the leaders of the US, UK and Russia as extremely important at this point. It is time to come clean about all of this subterfuge and stop the malicious use of secretly developed surveillance technology using non consenting human guinea pigs such as myself so that it can be redirected for the beneficial use of humans while being controlled properly as a surveillance tool in a world of terrorism that is threatened by WMDs.
This neurologically based surveillance technology has fantastic medical applications which will revolutionise medical science but is being hidden away solely for the purpose of malicious abuse and destruction. At the same time it is a magnificent tool to use properly as a surveillance means to identify and stop terrorism since it can economically track people and bring together networks of cells of those who are seriously intent upon extreme destruction especially by means of WMDs.
Prime Minister Putin said that the US agents were “out of control.” He’s right for I’ve seen and experienced that myself during the past decade 24/7/365. It is time for all major nations to bring Toxic Surveillance under control so it can be used effectively and beneficially by all by sharing its science and coordinating policy and control.

Human Right to Privacy Violated Inside Polling Station by Political Party Members
[NB: a full transcript of exactly what was said to and by me by the political party members inside the polling station is at the end after this Email.]

Subject: I object most strongly to the presence of political party members inside my polling location accosting people as they enter/depart the large polling room.

Dear Mr Cockell
I object strongly to the presence of the three political party members I encountered today while voting at the Thomas Jones Primary School on St Marks Road just south of Lancaster Road.
The three people each wearing large coloured ribbons representing the Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat parties were inside the school just at the inside entrance to the large voting room seated on a row of chairs and/or standing talking with people.
When I went in, a seated male said "Hi" to me. I ignored him, said nothing and walked into the large room to cast my vote.
As I left studiously ignoring these three people, one of them, a woman, started talking to me. I paused, looked back, and she got up from her chair coming over to me asking "Have we got your . . .".
I cut her off at this point telling her that I objected to their presence inside the polling place. She then repeated what I had said to the other two adding "We are entitled to be here."
I said nothing in response to this claim and added that I would be making a complaint as I left.
I assumed that she was going to ask me for my polling card information which has happened in the past. I've always objected to this event each time I've voted and have been against this since my first vote in this country and council in 1992.
I do not believe that any political party member has the right to be inside the polling area carrying out political activity regardless of what it might be.
No one has the right to know my personal details from my polling card. It is private information which only those in an official voting verification role have the right to request when they give me a ballot.
The fact that I am voting is a matter of privacy as well and is my right to disclose as I please but not the right of political party members to know that I was present casting a ballot at any given time.
I also believe that they prey upon people by pretending to be in an official capacity inside the school polling location at the entrance of the actual voting room thus intimidating people to provide the information as if it were an officially required act.
The woman had asked me "Have WE got your . . . " The "WE" carried air official authority request as if they were entitled to something and acting in an official voting capacity.
She also claimed she had the right to be there which I do not believe to be the case.
I do not believe that political party members should be any closer than some 50 feet from the street entrance to the polling place on election day in any a capacity that reflects electioneering as was the case here.
After I left, I walked down St Marks Road to the north encountering a PCSO and regular police officer talking at the corner of what believe might have been Bartle Road.
I stopped and let them know about this situation that I considered to be wrong leaving it to their discretion about what to do given overall problems in the area and whether or not this is actually something which is contrary to rules/regulations regarding polling place electioneering.

13:16:17 "Hello, sir," said male political party member sitting on chair right next to entrance of the voting room amid talking by female who was standing with a male. I ignored him and went into voting room.
13:16:32 "Hello," I said as I began the voting process.
13:18:59 "Sir," says a female party member sitting in chair as I passed by from the voting room toward the exit; "Will you excuse me," she asks. "Have we got your number or your [date/data to] requirements?" she asked.
13:19:04 "I strongly object to your presence here, and I'm asking you to leave the premises. You're not supposed to be on the premises . . ." I said.
13:19:10 "Yes, we are. We're allowed to be," said a female. "Yes, we really are," said what sounds like a second female voice.
13:19:13 "I will register a complaint about this," I said. "Fine you do," said a female. "All three parties," I added.

I object strongly to the presence of the three political party members I encountered today while voting at the Thomas Jones Primary School on St Marks Road just south of Lancaster Road.
The three people each wearing large coloured ribbons representing the Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat parties were inside the school just at the inside entrance to the large voting room seated on a row of chairs and/or standing talking with people.
When I went in, a seated male said "Hi" to me. I ignored him, said nothing and walked into the large room to cast my vote.
As I left studiously ignoring these three people, one of them, a woman, started talking to me. I paused, looked back, and she got up from her chair coming over to me asking "Have we got your . . .".
I cut her off at this point telling her that I objected to their presence inside the polling place. She then repeated what I had said to the other two adding "We are entitled to be here."
I said nothing in response to this claim and added that I would be making a complaint as I left.
I assumed that she was going to ask me for my polling card information which has happened in the past. I've always objected to this event each time I've voted and have been against this since my first vote in this country and council in 1992.
I do not believe that any political party member has the right to be inside the polling area carrying out political activity regardless of what it might be.
No one has the right to know my personal details from my polling card. It is private information which only those in an official voting verification role have the right to request when they give me a ballot.
The fact that I am voting is a matter of privacy as well and is my right to disclose as I please but not the right of political party members to know that I was present casting a ballot at any given time.
I also believe that they prey upon people by pretending to be in an official capacity inside the school polling location at the entrance of the actual voting room thus intimidating people to provide the information as if it were an officially required act.
The woman had asked me "Have WE got your . . . " The "WE" carried air official authority request as if they were entitled to something and acting in an official voting capacity.
She also claimed she had the right to be there which I do not believe to be the case.
I do not believe that political party members should be any closer than some 50 feet from the street entrance to the polling place on election day in any a capacity that reflects electioneering as was the case here.
After I left, I walked down St Marks Road to the north encountering a PCSO and regular police officer talking at the corner of what believe might have been Bartle Road.
I stopped and let them know about this situation that I considered to be wrong leaving it to their discretion about what to do given overall problems in the area and whether or not this is actually something which is contrary to rules/regulations regarding polling place electioneering.

13:19:04 "I strongly object to your presence here, and I'm asking you to leave the premises. You're not supposed to be on the premises . . ." I said.
13:19:10 "Yes, we are. We're allowed to be," said a female. "Yes, we really are," said what sounds like a second female voice.

You above all others have spoken the truth at a critical time in history. Many will try to bully you into submission, but I hope that you will stick to what you have said and get on with honest campaigning. You do yourself and the nation a great service.
I say this because I've been subjected to totally invasive surveillance technology torture abuse for 11.5+ years after reporting child abuse in an adjoining flat to the local Council exactly 12 years ago tomorrow.
Three months later surveillance technology was provided to the child abusers in mid-August 1998 along with others engaged in antisocial and criminal behaviour to use as a weapon against me 24/7/365 to stop my reporting and drive me out.
The surveillance technology has escalated all along as I continued my extensive reporting to all and sundry including Prime Minister Tony Blair starting in September 1999 after significant reporting failed to stop what had become ongoing child abuse that by then which also included adult abuse.
In February 2001 US government agents joined with their most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known seven months before 9/11 and subverted my legal processing in the High Court seeking protection from this abuse.
In July/August 2001 still before 9/11 I sent daily diary/logs consisting of some 15 to 20 pages of extensive detailed torture including sleep deprivation logs about this atrocious surveillance torture abuse to cabinet members including Prime Minister Blair, Chancellor Brown, Home Secretary Blunkett and others including the media
Ministers of this Labour government have been corrupt to the core and an apology for this extreme abuse of power is due the people of the UK and the Queen as you suggest.
I suspect that you do not know about this particular activity and are making your statements based upon other aspects of the corruption which I've also noted growing and occurring. This government has been corrupt to its core for many years.
This should, I hope, give you a more firm foundation upon which to continue your statements about the darkest of all possible times in British history from the abuse of surveillance technology of the kind I've experienced for social control, torture, medical experimentation, surveillance R&D and the assassination of people like me who speak the truth.
Please keep up your honesty and speaking the truth. It is the only way democracy in the UK can be saved.

Hislop, Durrell, Gellhorn and Tyranny

I thoroughly enjoyed your interview with her and found it quite fascinating. I've learned something about her and her books which I'll make a mental note to read.
I immediately began thinking about Lawrence Durrell's "A Spirit of Place" when she used this phrase in the context of understanding a location on her travels.
Durrell was a traveller, poet, commentator and novelist as well as a sometime journalist or press person for the British government on Cypress 1952 to 1955.
I pulled out his "A Spirit of Place" and found this amusing and relevant bit about political inclinations described in 1949 from his vantage point in Belgrade. This came from a letter to Theodore Stephanides in 1949 while he was with the British Embassy there:
"There is little news except that what I have seen here has turned me firmly reactionary and Tory: the blank dead end which labour leads towards seems to be this machine state, with its censored press, its long matching columns of political prisoners guarded by Tommy guns. Philistinism, puritanism and cruelty. Luckily the whole edifice has begun to crumble, and one has the pleasurable job of aiding and abetting this blockheaded people to demolish their own ideological Palace of Pleasures." (Lawrence Durrell, "A Spirit of Place: letters and essays on travel," E P Dutton & Co, New York, 1971, edited by Alan G Thomas, p 101)
Given my experience with this Labour government during the past 12 years, Durrell's perception of it as an end product manifestation seen in Yugoslavia 60 years ago is quite telling about the direction its power would take.
The horrors of the Spanish Civil War are what I would have thought and not at all romantic given the carnage. I find it interesting that you should have mentioned Eric Blair, Ernest Hemingway and Martha Gellhorn in this context for I had begun thinking about them as the discussion developed especially the latter.
I was wondering how such carnage and brutality of the Spanish Civil War could have not been as significant as Martha Gellhorn's visit to Dachau a couple days after its liberation later in 1945. She said that this profoundly changed her life after which it was never the same again. She wrote a novel "Point of No Return" about it and described it in an essay collected among others in "The Face of War."
The incredible inhumanity of person to person beggars belief in war, but the atrocities of the concentration camps were incomprehensible after their exposure. For someone seeing this first hand at liberation could have been unbearable.
Which brings me to the point that the surveillance technology torture and medical experimentation to which I've been subjected 24/7/356 for 11.5+ years while this Labour government has been in power are echoed by both Durrell and Gellhorn in their writings but have been brought to London by technology so sophisticated that even the BBC doesn't want to report it.
Travel is a marvellous stimulus, but often the whole world and then some can be found in our own backyard.
