I want to expand on earlier comments yesterday after reading further this morning about:
1. From Top Chef Just Desserts to Real Housewives, Reality TV Gets Violent - The Daily Beast
Does Reality TV reflect the violence in society or contribute to it by providing a means to pander to violent voyeurism encouraging those who appear to partake in conflicts which verge on and sometimes roll over into violence? Does Reality TV encourage the public to participate in Toxic Surveillance because it is seen to be acceptable on television?
2. The Kensington Avenue Strangler: Philadelphia's Prostitute Hell - The Daily Beast
It's a terrible thing that those in the society who are supposed to protect everyone do not as the complaints against the police here reveal. These are all too common and can be found across economic and social class with failures that are amazing.
This is an excellent article about society's attitude to those who are entrapped by this life, use drugs to escape reality and then cannot escape its violence because of the drugs. It is ripe for a serial killer to come along, and I wonder just how much the police will actually do?
I'm reminded about the "Criminal Minds" episode involving a "cleaner" where scores of people had disappeared from such an environment. Although a fictional rendition, this drama revealed the failure of the local police to even want to recognise that there was a problem, so the "cleaner" went on until the BAU intervened.
This is the kind of article that is needed to get this into the nation's consciousness and keep it there so that these problems can be address. The great tragedy today is that those in authority create problems to keep from solving the real ones thus creating an illusion that they are doing something. That's one which needs to be addressed as well.
3. Hollywood Publicist Ronni Chasen's Murder Sparks Police Hunt - The Daily Beast
I do not begrudge the dedicated efforts and number of officers assigned to the Ronni Chasen murder in Beverly Hills. I would just like to see the same response to the serial killings on Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia among the prostitutes. We need to hold all human life sacrosanct and protect the public with the same diligence everywhere. Any murderer or violent criminal allowed to stay free has the potential to commit his/her crimes anywhere against anyone. All deserve the same police response and protection everywhere. There are no tourist buses going to Kensington Avenue in Philly. One sees this aberration in Beverly Hills as some kind of additional voyeuristic entertainment spectacle of the most macabre kind.
4. The Death of Mitrice Richardson: A Malibu Murder Mystery - The Daily Beast
This bizarre case has police (sheriff) bungles all along. Was this young women troubled and behaving erratic which the sheriff's office ignored when processing her for not paying for a meal then turned her loose with nothing? Her remains were found a year later six miles from the sheriff's office in a remote location where the evidence was rendered useless by the sheriff's office botched recovery. What really happened here from the beginning to the end? After reading this, I wonder if anyone is telling the truth?

Once again these all blend together when considered against the background of my direct experience as a target of what I call Toxic Surveillance to which I've been subjected for a total of 12 years and three months 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998.
In human society worldwide but most especially in the West there is a regression toward accepting an increase in violence as part of the human condition and as an essential ingredient for reality TV as well as torture to extract information from suspects given terrorism looming in the background.
As a result, there is a disposition to accept and exploit violence in the worst area of Philadelphia while a violent murder becomes the object of tourist bus curiosity and voyeurism in Beverly Hills.
A common thread I see running through all of these where violence is accepted or becoming acceptable is the accumulation or simply the acquisition of wealth which might be very small indeed. People lay their lives on the line for the smallest of gains or commit extreme crimes often for no gain other then a perverted psychological reward.
Elements of society are seen as exploitable with respect to violence from Philly's Kensington Avenue where both prostitutes' customers and the police treat them as objects of violent abuse up to and including rape and murder to tourist buses in Beverly Hills viewing a murder scene of an entertainment publicist and Reality TV where conflict on the threshold of violence is sought as entertainment by depicting the human condition in some way.
All of these elements are contained in the abuse of Toxic Surveillance against me during all of these yeas of torture 24/7/365. All those involved who number in the 100s by now have structured their lives around violence as a means of existence and used me as a scapegoat to create that violence upon whom they project their own violence in an effort to deny or escape it in themselves.
But, this is perpetual. It goes on indefinitely never stopping 24/7/356 driven by the same people for as long as possible while they use the Toxic Surveillance as long as they think that their sadistic behaviour can continue without their getting exposed and caught for what they are actually doing. They will kill before that happens unless the Toxic Surveillance does first.
Society has become inverted. The standards are now reversed in my direct experience for over 12+ years as a result of surveillance technology being placed at the disposal of viciously violent personalties. Initially, this included those whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 along with those whom I reported for antisocial and earlier crimes including an apparent rape and attempted murder.
This initial 2.5-year period was escalated in February 2001 by the arrival of Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others with their most sophisticated surveillance technology to be used against any electronic device and the human being as well. They arrived just after George Bush was first inaugurated as president and made many verbal representations about their authority coming from the top of the governments in the US and UK. This was seven months before 9/11.
These two activities merged with the child abusers going on to work closely with them especially Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret. He and the abused children's mother are always present to "cook the books." The whole process is founded upon a multitude of false allegations made against me along with numerous false negative characterisations all of which are used to keep the Toxic Surveillance in operation while denying the accuracy of what I report.
This surveillance technology reflects an enormous advancement in law enforcement, security, intelligence and medicine but is being used in a completely malicious manner by criminals to sustain their criminally corrupt activity at the expense of those who are honest and decent. Toward this end they have used the NHS (National Health Service), police, social services, local and central government departments, elected officials, tenants and residents of this environment and the general public as direct participants in the Toxic Surveillance torture abuse revealing the disposition to sadistic violence as a fundamental human problem.
So far the tenant management organisations in London's Kensington & Chelsea have failed as has the Council itself. In 2008 the overall TMO collapsed followed by the local EMB in 2009. These were tenant management organisations. While they have been regenerated, their futures are shaky at best. Finally, this year the Kensington & Chelsea local council has announced recently that it is seeking to merge back office activities with the two adjacent councils of Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham.
Family, Adult and Corporate Services are those which are being emphasised for such a consolidation. These are directly related to the extensive Toxic Surveillance abuse that has occurred for the past 12+ years under the operational control of child and adult abusers who have institutionalised abuse in the Royal Borough all these years and seek to cover up what has happened with further abuse. This will only lead to a further demise in government.
The surveillance technology which could solve crimes and bring about a revolution in medicine is being used in the old ways of the police to abuse by faking allegations in order to destroy those whom they do not like while creating an appearance that they are doing something meaningful. One step forward two steps back.
I bring this up in the context of these three articles [I added the fourth above later] because they show a disposition to cultivating violence and a vast gap between solving real crimes both in terms of areas and in terms of the knowledge about the crimes.
Reality TV shows the disposition toward conflict and violence as entertainment value as do the tourist buses in Beverly Hills. All those watching me inside my home 24/7/365 think that it's great entertainment. "It's better than TV," one said. Or, they use words like "interesting" or "fascinating." They think it's "fun." Most of all they are addicted to it as if it were a drug which involves hundreds of people over these 12+ years. No one will stop it. Try to drag the mother of the abused children away form it, and hysteria will occur of a most extreme kind.
While the crimes on Kensington Avenue are understood with a great deal of potential evidence, the crime in Beverly Hills is a mystery so far to the police (or they don't want to say anything). There is an apparent lack of motivation in the police in Philly, but there is tremendous motivation by the police in Beverly Hills to solve the crime. This surveillance technology could assist both these local lpolice forces, I believe, to enhance their efforts to solve these crimes, yet it is generally unknown to the world.
There is a disposition of the Philly police to engage in crimes with those whom they think are underclass, hence police work is not accomplished. This disposition to be onlookers is shared by the public who in some way contribute to borderline criminal activity by creating the audience which enables producers, etc to pander to violence.
While I think it is important to report real crime so that the public can better protect itself and ensure that those who are paid by the taxpayer to protect the public do so, I see the gratuitous creation of violence as unacceptable and feeding the notion that it is OK to watch. Tour buses and Reality TV contribute to the Toxic Surveillance Society where the criminals use it to fake allegations and negative characteristics to get the all-too-willing people in authority to come look at what does not exist which they find "fascinating" and will not stop an obvious hoax being perpetuated.
This is why I see your reporting of these crimes as being very important and worthy of national level journalistic attention, and why I want to bring to your attention Toxic Surveillance so that you can be aware of its existence to keep your antennae tuned to picking it up. Toxic Surveillance comes from the US. I believe that it comes from Top Secret America. And, I believe that it poses a serious risk to everyone just as I've experienced it for the past 12+ years.

Extreme & Unfathomable Crimes' Message
What are we seeing in the extreme and unfathomable crimes and potential crimes of today? [An Email sent to the Daily Beast, Wednesday, 17th November 2010]
I've only been reading the Daily Beast since the Newsweek merger was announced and have found it most interesting because of the few articles that strike my interest.
1. One of them was the murder of Ronnie Chasen
2. Another the serial killings of three women separated by 20 years
3. A third a 13-year-old girl found alive after four days of captivity
The common thread of these revolves around psychopathic behaviour, the solutions to these crimes using forensics and the technology of today which can facilitate the sadistically disposed to commit them.
I come to these from a recent background of just over 12 years where I've been subjected to continuous surveillance technology captivity, torture, medical experimentation, surveillance R&D and the likelihood of murder to hide the truth at some point.
Thus, the psychological characteristics of those who commit these crimes are of great interest to me as is solving them.
But, for me the worst aspect is the fact that these are being carried out from inside the government by those who can con others into believing their false allegations and false negative characteristics to create a false threat and danger which enables them to use the surveillance technology indefinitely against a given target like myself to milk the system for all they can get out of it.
The stories above have ancillary characteristics with other recent stories about Randy Quaid, the Canadian Air Force Colonel serial killer and even the US Defence Department's budget as it relates to intelligence spending and TSA [Top Secret America] about which the Washington Post has most fortunately made us aware.
My point is not to go into my experience but to stimulate in you an additional curiosity along lines where the criminal deviant is gaining access to the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known and using it for extreme criminal purposes which in my case are made to look legitimate when they are not.
Authority cannot be assumed to be trusted as in the case of the Canadian Air Force Colonel and base commander who had access to information which he used to facilitate his perverted crimes.
Randy and Evi Quaid cannot be immediately dismissed as paranoid or in some manner mentally ill and in need of therapy. What they report about their electronic devices being hacked and monitored is a simple fact of life today. Toxic Surveillance goes way beyond but is based upon the same Tempest principle. Their sense of being on a "hit list" should be taken seriously and not dismissed.
There is a whole undercurrent of malevolent or would-be malevolent people in the world who want to gain by crime because they do not have the ability to gain legitimately. At the same time there is a complex of motivations which also involve the perverse psychological rewards derived from crime.
Since I know my situation completely and have kept extensive documentation on it for over 12 years 24/7/365 as it progressed, I look for similarities in other situations which might add to my understanding and provide me with indications of how widespread and deep this abuse exists.
Keep in mind while you pursue these kinds of aberrations in the world at large that there could be a new element at work derived from intelligence development that has come out of TSA [Top Secret America] during the past decade founded on little known principles, i.e., Tempest, developed since the 1950s.
This enables the twisted and perverted involved in the huge TSA monolith to gain materially and psychologically (psycho pathologically) by acting out perversions with the surveillance technology and other more normal methods of extreme criminal activity.
I can see a scenario where organised crime might want to obtain this surveillance technology, or those who are part of TSA and sadistically disposed along with being "no-hopers" using it in much the same manner as if they were organised crime itself.
I see the latter as becoming serial criminals moving from victim to victim but being undetected and not suspected, an "Unsub" (Unidentifed Subject), as the criminal agents.
We've got to start thinking in completely different ways about all the events we see around us, and we must rely more and more on forensics which means databases like DNA.
People given surveillance technology and the ability to totally invade the privacy of others will find an absolute power that brings out in them the worst aspects of the human character as experiments at Yale and Stamford have shown 50 and 40 years ago respectively.

US Monetary Policy Today & Rest of the World
Five myths about the Federal Reserve
Here are my rebuttals to each of these five statements:
1. What monetarists have maintained is that money supply increases in excess of the real growth in the economy will result in price increases and not real growth increases. The Fed buys gov LTD from money centre banks crediting its current accounts with them. This money will "leak" by lending into the capital markets if businesses and consumers cannot borrow as expected. That money will inflate prices of whatever investments are attractive from gold to services.
2. Interest rate arbitrage AND expectations of further inflation push down the price of the dollar making goods and services for the importing US consumer immediately more expensive from overseas causing US inflation and/or business contraction. Buying/selling dollars is totally irrelevant. A weaker dollar is not welcome as the global protests have shown. Beggar-thy-neighbour policies depressed economic activity in the 1930s.
3. Fed purchases of gov LTD monetise the deficit pure and simple and takes pressure off squeezing the private sector financing which has to be impacted by the huge, ongoing US deficit. There is a shortage of financing for US gov deficit if no one wants to buy US gov debt because there are expectations that it will continuous to balloon. The Fed and Treasury have to work together now like at no other time in history.
4. When it comes to monetary policy integrity of the US, the Fed will be independent of the gov. Witness Paul Volcker's "Saturday Night Special" in October 1979 when he decontrolled the price of money and set money supply growth targets on steady instead of price targets. That was one year before the 1980 national elections. I wonder what Jimmy Carter thought about appointing Paul Volcker in 1979 when short term interest rates soared into an inverted yield curve? Incidentally, Paul Volcker saved the Western world's monetary system by doing so.
5. Ben Bernanke had no choice but to do what was needed to prevent a collapse. He (the Fed) poured in $1.7b of liquidity into the system and did whatever else was necessary. He would have to set it right later, but there are still serious problems that now need $600b in LTD purchases for stability. Alan Greenspan was not the man for the job and "fed" the bankers what they wanted. I suspect there are many who understood what was happening but could do nothing.
I want to hear what Paul Volcker really thinks, and I would like to hear the same from Rupert Pennant-Rea the former Economics Editor and Editor of the Economist before becoming a deputy governor of the Bank of England a job he lost ingloriously after being caught out working too hard and mixing business with pleasure at the Old Lady on Threadneedle Street.

13/11/10 13:53:27 In the winter of 1959 when I had just turned 16, I read Howard Fast's 1951 novel "Spartacus." At at that time I was studying Roman history and wrote a paper about it for my Roman humanities class. It was not part of the curriculum. I just read this on my own and submitted this paper when one was due. This occurred in the deep south some 35 miles east of Atlanta, Georgia at the original campus of Emory University which had by then moved to Atlanta. The essence of Spartacus was slavery and freedom which was very much a suppressed issue at that time in the deep south of the US. The following year I saw the film when it first came out.
Slavery takes on different forms, and I view this use of the phrase "I am Spartacus" to violate the essence of what Spartacus has come to symbolise. No one can make extreme threatening comments publicly as was done in this instance or more recently against Yasmin Alibhai-Brown without being held accountable and responsible. The judge has made the correct decision in this case. Those who have opposed this decision have enslaved themselves as part of a tyrannical mob who approves jokes about bombing when Spartacus represents the essence of opposition to such tyranny that was engendered in the "joke" Tweet.

III. Toxic Surveillance

13/11/10 11:22:29 I'm glad to see this particular example of today's journalism being brought to journalism schools giving students an opportunity to hear directly from Marcus Brauchli about what I consider to be the most profound problem in the world today that is comprehensively presented to Washington Post readers by the use of technology and the Internet. The importance of what the Post has done in terms of content and method (form?) will take a considerable amount of time to sink in fully, but such an appreciation will inevitably occur precisely because of the technology used to communicate and the interaction it makes possible.
One of the key reasons that Top Secret America is so important has to do with his statement: “The most powerful officials have virtually no power to compel a news organization not to publish something.” If what those in power want suppressed cannot be achieved by legal means, the essence of Top Secret America that has yet to be exposed will cause to happen by its dirty tricks based upon technology that is far beyond the willingness of most to accept although it is known and described, and I don't mean simple hacking.
What the Washington Post has been able to do at this point in time will be seen, I believe, as the pivotal point between the old world of struggling to publish the truth against a recalcitrant power and a new world where that struggle will encounter the ability to know ("intelligence") turned against a domestic population in advance and in order to sabotage in such a manner that censorship is achieved. Any effort to try to describe what is happening will be ridiculed especially by those carrying out the dirty tricks.
Why I like to see this being brought to the journalism schools as here means that today's students have a choice about how they want to pursue their careers in the future in light of what Top Secret America represents in both content and method of communication. It will take a lot of study to grasp the meaning of this fully, but then that is the job of the students. I just hope that this can be brought to as many schools as possible if Mr Brauchli has the time which I'm sure he doesn't. Well, there is the technology and Top Secret American at the Post with its searchable database.
I'm just wondering when Marcus Brauchli will start chipping away at the essence of Toxic Surveillance (a product of Top Secret America) to stop its abuse by publishing it?

13/11/10 13:53:27 In the winter of 1959 when I had just turned 16, I read Howard Fast's 1951 novel "Spartacus." At at that time I was studying Roman history and wrote a paper about it for my Roman humanities class. It was not part of the curriculum. I just read this on my own and submitted this paper when one was due. This occurred in the deep south some 35 miles east of Atlanta, Georgia at the original campus of Emory University which had by then moved to Atlanta. The essence of Spartacus was slavery and freedom which was very much a suppressed issue at that time in the deep south of the US. The following year I saw the film when it first came out.
Slavery takes on different forms, and I view this use of the phrase "I am Spartacus" to violate the essence of what Spartacus has come to symbolise. No one can make extreme threatening comments publicly as was done in this instance or more recently against Yasmin Alibhai-Brown without being held accountable and responsible. The judge has made the correct decision in this case. Those who have opposed this decision have enslaved themselves as part of a tyrannical mob who approves jokes about bombing when Spartacus represents the essence of opposition to such tyranny that was engendered in the "joke" Tweet.

13/11/10 11:22:29 I'm glad to see this particular example of today's journalism being brought to journalism schools giving students an opportunity to hear directly from Marcus Brauchli about what I consider to be the most profound problem in the world today that is comprehensively presented to Washington Post readers by the use of technology and the Internet. The importance of what the Post has done in terms of content and method (form?) will take a considerable amount of time to sink in fully, but such an appreciation will inevitably occur precisely because of the technology used to communicate and the interaction it makes possible.
One of the key reasons that Top Secret America is so important has to do with his statement: “The most powerful officials have virtually no power to compel a news organization not to publish something.” If what those in power want suppressed cannot be achieved by legal means, the essence of Top Secret America that has yet to be exposed will cause to happen by its dirty tricks based upon technology that is far beyond the willingness of most to accept although it is known and described, and I don't mean simple hacking.
What the Washington Post has been able to do at this point in time will be seen, I believe, as the pivotal point between the old world of struggling to publish the truth against a recalcitrant power and a new world where that struggle will encounter the ability to know ("intelligence") turned against a domestic population in advance and in order to sabotage in such a manner that censorship is achieved. Any effort to try to describe what is happening will be ridiculed especially by those carrying out the dirty tricks.
Why I like to see this being brought to the journalism schools as here means that today's students have a choice about how they want to pursue their careers in the future in light of what Top Secret America represents in both content and method of communication. It will take a lot of study to grasp the meaning of this fully, but then that is the job of the students. I just hope that this can be brought to as many schools as possible if Mr Brauchli has the time which I'm sure he doesn't. Well, there is the technology and Top Secret American at the Post with its searchable database.

On 18th June 1942 a patrolling PBY spotted Japanese survivors after the Battle of Midway and called in the Ballard a seaplane tender to pick up the 35 survivors from a lifeboat which included the Hiryu's chief engineer. Valuable information was obtained from them. (ibid,, p 314)
These US Navy aircraft had to content with Japanese attack aircraft flying out of Wake Island which were a definite threat to the lumbering PBYs aka Catalinas. In Iraq the US had unchallenged air superiority with no threat from the skies, yet this Apache attack helicopter apparently took pleasure in destroying these two insurgents, their equipment and shack rather than capture them for information when they tried to surrender.
The legal advice must have changed from WWII in the Pacific in 1942 by the time of the Iraq invasion and its aftermath followed some 60+ years later in 2003 and on.

The social services, police and NHS have all failed completely in Kensington & Chelsea not just from incompetence but from malice and sadism of the most extreme kind expressed by surveillance torture abuse 24/7/365 against me indefinitely for 12+ years. Blackwater Now Xe Unfazed By Wikileaks Revelations?

Blackwater is a symptom of something that was under way before 9/11 but blossomed. It was far worse at that time than anyone would want to believe let alone admit. It still goes on today, and nothing will stop the extreme abuses of that cadre of warped personalities that migrate to the opportunity to be violent, torture and kill.
In February 2001 former US Marines Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird descended on me with surveillance technology of the most unbelievable kind to imprison, torture, experiment and eventually kill. This is a civilian neighbourhood in London. They joined a surveillance operation against me that had been in effect for 2.5 years by that time. The disposition was there.
They just make up whatever it takes to emotionally charge everyone to carry out crimes and allow them to keep using surveillance technology. It's the Jessica Lynch syndrome reverse engineered to kill rather than rescue although they operate as Angels of Death pretending to help when they viciously do as much harm as possible.
The horror of the worst nightmare that could be imagined from Big Brother is upon us and has been been for almost a decade in my direct experience. When I read about the futility of getting any prosecution against obvious violence by Blackwater personnel, it tells me that those hiding behind surveillance technology are going to skate free especially in this apathetic and unbelieving world we inhabit at present.
They have pretended to be military all the way with Bird recently claiming this as a "beach head" declaring that he was "embedded." He thinks he is in a "war" and has identified me as the "enemy." Foreign military personnel in the UK basically cannot be prosecuted except by consent since UK law protects them. If Vine/Bird and others are reservists, as I suspect, and DoD contractors, as I also suspect, they should be subject to the law as described at the end above.
The big problem is finding out their status and affiliation which they want to hide as much as they can. Toward this end of accountability TSA has taken a giant step, and the "leaking" of this Wikilieaks' information has made a significant contribution. I would like to think there will be a ground swell of sentiment building to expose all of this activity and bring it to account especially since it is doing so much harm to the US and the US military as well as other nations like the UK.
It is inconceivable that US military personnel like Vine/Bird et al would ever behave in this way without being stopped, but such is the case today. It is far worse because everyone joins in just as the US forces turned a blind eye to the Iraqi atrocities and did nothing as these disclosures reveal. Worst of all is that Blackwater has changed its name, goes unscathed and gets into State to protect its people throughout the world. I think that Blackwater now Xe portends more serious implications in the future than anyone even begins to suspect as Vine/Bird reflect.

As I said, some do not want to believe let alone admit the truth. These people have been known to me from the beginning since I reported their child abuse in an adjacent flat. The former US Marines who joined almost a decade ago became known very quickly and have remained in place all these years. Vine travels a bit, though, like to Kabul after the successful invasion at the end of 2001. There are no mysterious "they" and what they have done has been well noted by them and my experience.
It doesn't matter to me that there are those like yourself who choose to be dismissive in your own brutal way. Your suggestion is brutality coincident with those who seek to deny the validity of what I describe so that they can continue with their torture. Someday you will learn the accuracy of what I describe, but it's better now than later.
The Telegraph article linked above notes that the British government "constantly denied" the extent of Iran's involvement in the Iraq insurgency which was revealed by the Wikileaks documents.
I met two psychiatrists from a nearby hospital to explain the fact of the hoax by the child abusers, but they would have none of it and blamed me, the victim, themselves. Since I had met them, I also recognised their presence as they rolled out into the community to participate in the surveillance torture and experimentation adding their surreptitious medication to the activity which has so far failed. These people are not a mysterious "they" either, and I heard them describe exactly what they were doing.
That particular NHS hospital obtained some financing for itself at that time by leasing a ward for the making of a porno film http://bit.ly/dkL1MF There are psychiatrists who are quite willing to be suppressive in the interest of the powers that be just as there are psychiatrists who are terrorist and kill many as occurred at Fort Hood. We've got to understand character, evaluate it properly and take the correct and legal actions to prevent abuses wherever they might occur.
The problem with Blackwater now Xe is that they most likely will become part of this vast culture of violence developing further as they have already demonstrated in the past. If these are not dealt with properly, it can only get worse, and people like yourself who turn a blind eye to the truth and seek to "medicate" those with whom they do not agree are a real threat and danger. Canadian Colonel Williams' Atrocities And Indefinite Surveillance Abuse
"Victims pleaded for lives before being murdered" Senior Canadian military officer's serial torture, rape & murder horror.
The horror of this serial killer's ability to carry out his crimes derived from access to information about everyone because he was the base commander. This senior Canadian military officer carried out 82 sexually perverted burglaries and two torture, rape, kidnap murders filming and photographing all of them. This crime reflects an unimaginable horror quite beyond words which shows that no one is above suspicion. Trust has to be managed so that people are protected against all predators.
As I read this horror story for the first time today, I was struck as always by these incidents about their similarity with respect to characteristics to what has been done to me for the past 12 years and two months 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998. I've related this to the television programme "Criminal Minds" which portrays the FBI's Behavioural Analysis Unit (BAU) in its pursuit of serial killers who kidnap, torture, rape and murder writing about the similarities between my experience and what is being portrayed in "Criminal Minds."
Reading about Colonel Williams is like reading the synopsis of a "Criminal Minds" plot where the serial killers gain information about victims and are able to carry out torture, rape and murder crimes. I'm thinking about the episode near the beginning of the series where a computer repair guy gains access to homes by repairing computers remotely thus enabling him to look through the local video camera feed. The characteristics of the various programmes revolve around the psychological profiling of these criminals so that the BAU can identify them and stop their crimes.
I've been studiously gathering information about what has been done to me for 12+ years 24/7/356 and communicating as much of it as is relevant and practicable to those in many different positions of authority so that the problems I am experiencing can be addressed properly and stopped under the democratic rule of law. The psychological characteristics and actions of those using the surveillance technology parallel those of the criminals portrayed in "Criminal Minds" and elsewhere.
I've been subjected to intense sexually sadistic abuse for 12+ years 24/7/365 by those whom I reported for child abuse and others using surveillance technology as a means to have complete information about me in order to carry out a whole catalogue of crimes against me including false imprisonment, torture, interrogation, surreptitious medication, medical experimentation, surveillance technology R&D and attempted murder so far with grievous bodily harm with intent already committed.
Every case's circumstances are unique and individual to that case, but the characteristics of what is done and the characteristics of the perpetrators share common ground. This enables those in fictional representations such as the BAU in “Criminal Minds” to identify suspects and apprehend perpetrators. In this situation the abuse of surveillance technology and the manufacture of extreme allegations against me enabled those abusing it to gain the interest and participation of a wide spectrum of people across numerous government departments as well as the general public including tenants/residents in this environment.
Their continuous attacks against me as being “potty,” “psychotic” and “sick” enable them to deflect attention away from themselves and onto me by projecting these and other characteristics so that other people would think that they were actually participating in a valid exercise of identifying problems which needed to be addressed. However, these were not valid problems. They did not exist. All the allegations were false and remain so. All these people were actually participating in extensive criminal activity including torture and attempted murder but failed to recognise it or, if they did, to do anything about it. I suspect many were sadistically disposed and quite willing to go along whatever the pretext.
The relevant point between my situation and the Colonel Williams case is that neither position nor socio economic status matters. In most cases those who are criminally disposed to serious crimes are portrayed as coming from the social underclass, but that is not the criteria which needs to be examined. It's the psychological characteristics of the individual regardless of class and/or position which derives from both nature and nurture that creates character and personality. It's the ability to judge these properly that enables the correct assessment of a situation and to be on guard against those who would abuse trust in any position.
There is trust involved with the use of surveillance technology just as there is trust involved with being a military base commander. Each of these situations involves intimate information about the activities of people which can be abused. People are made vulnerable by a violation of that trust. No one person can have exclusive access to this information without some means of management control.
In my situation such lack of control is quite obvious since those using the surveillance technology are the same people and have been for all these years 24/7/365. They are free to abuse in anyway they choose and to “cook the books” because they are always here with the surveillance technology to know all that I do in order to counter what I document and report to protect themselves against being caught.
Colonel Williams was noted as saying that he killed the two women because he did not want to get caught. He did not want the crimes against them which included burglary beforehand to become known since he had carried out 80+ of these burglaries. He thus made certain they could not talk. The same is taking place here by those with the surveillance technology only they have to engage in a much wider and more complex effort to silence me by attacking me personally with false allegations and false negative characterisations to put everyone off me as well as gain their full cooperation against me.
They seek to murder me either directly or by having me commit suicide as a result of the endless torture abuse that goes on 24/7/365 second-by-second which has occurred for 12+ years involving a significant number of people all the time. At the same time they seek either the police or the NHS to arrest or hospitalise me for a crime or for being mentally ill. They seek to manufacture allegations toward these objectives. Finally, they need to destroy all the information that I have accumulated during the past 12+ years 24/7/356 which documents all that has been done second-by-second so that they can say what they please without having to deal with exculpatory evidence.
While this is not serial crimes in a conventional sense carried out over time against different victims, the serious crimes are carried out against me by repeating them over and over while at the same time actually carrying out the same abuse crimes against those who participate because these people change as time goes by. The sadistic sexual abuse against me is a rolling wheel that is repeated over and over along with other elements of torture abuse intended to grind down and eventually crush. The latter turnover in tenants/residents brings in fresh victims as challenges to get them involved in the criminal activity. The same applies to those in various government organisations who change over time or because the organisations change. They all participate in the surveillance activity because it is fascinating, and they can spy totally on another human being. Some even engage in the set up activity which enables this surveillance abuse to be perpetuated for all these 12+ years that still continues as I write.
One cannot look at socio economic class as a factor in determining the character disposition to sadism, brutality and serious crimes. It depends upon the psychological character of the individual and cuts across class distinctions. Thus, there are military officers involved in perpetuating this crime (Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others) as well as the child abusers whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998. This is what the terrible case of Colonel Williams in Canada helps us to realise. At the same time all those who come along from various backgrounds and positions of authority who participate in the surveillance technology abuse can be seen in the same light.

While we can all understand the conventional rape that Colonel Williams carried out on his captives, rape without penetration is not self evident in my situation. I believe that if he was not caught, these would have gone on and gotten worse with each new victim until he was caught.
Captivity is not consciously correlated with surveillance domination and control, but that is precisely what is happening in my situation. I am held imprisoned by the surveillance technology and stalked and abused with it wherever I go letting me know that I can never get away from it. At the same time I am subjected to complete domination and control by those using it who can carry out torture at any time they wish. Colonel Williams knew when his potential burglary victims would not be home by virtue of his position of trust as base commander who had access to their schedules. Just as with Colonel Williams who graduated from four score burglaries to abduction, torture, rape and murder, those using surveillance technology against me will graduate to more serious criminal abuses with it as time and success allow. People who would do this in the first place are disposed to ever increasing abuses. However, in the case of the surveillance technology abuse I have had the opportunity to document, report and attempt to stop these crimes before they go on to become very extreme ones in the future. This is another reason Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret, the mother of the abused children and others seek to stop my activity so that they will not be stopped and can continue with their ever increasing criminal activity.
It is time that surveillance technology use be subjected to rigorous management control to prevent its abuse as a weapon for the serial criminal to carry out crimes indefinitely which are not readily discernible to others because they are manipulated by the criminal as is occurring here.
Under no circumstances can anyone be allowed to use surveillance technology exclusively and continuously as they are in this environment to completely dominate and control a situation. Characteristics of behaviour need to be recognised for what they are and quiite independent of socio economic class. I wonder what triggered his burglaries in Sep 2007? It is most important to report all crimes when they happen no matter what they are and be careful of those who fake allegations against another to hide their serious crimes.
