This is nothing compared with what is happeing inside the UK in London's North Kensington in my direct experience where US government agent/contractors have been operating Toxic Surveillance for almost a decade. This is not a war zone, yet it is under martial law devised by those former US military personnel using the Toxic Surveillance all of which is outside the UK's democratic rule of law and control. On top of which they play drty tricks to destroy and are not investigating anything legitimately. They are milking the system for all they can.

Baroness Pauline Neville-Jones is in the House of Lords and, as such, does not have a constituency and is not elected to any office. Most in government in the UK are elected officials unlike the US where the president appoints the cabinet and administrative postions. It's not unusual for a government minister to be from the House of Lords where they are appointed. The poblem for me is communicating with them as I have wanted to do in the past when she was a Conservative shadow minister (out of elected government but "shadowing" it in opposition) before taking over this role officially. She also has a significant background in government with respect to intelligence having headed the Joint Inteligence Committee in the past.

If there is a serious problem like the one here, I like to send along my thoughts and commetns by Email, but this cannot be done to someone in the House of Lords. For the House of Commons it's easy because elected officials are accessible. My MP is the Chairman of the Joint (Commons and Lords) Intelligence and Security Committee so I can sound off to him which I do frequently. But, this problem described here is way out of control with the US government agents/contractors taking over at the expense of everybody else and British sovereignty. If Dame Neville-Jones thinks the problem is a potential crisis in Afghanistan, it's a catastrophe in North Kensington.

They just cannot do anything about them since we are picking on people who live basic lives on limited money and need to finance their war effort with drugs which we let them do, so we can keep fighting.

The French won the US Revolutionary War by sea and by land. They kept the British fleet occupied on both sides of the Atlantic so that the rag, tag 80% privateers as you call them could cope. Lafayette did a credible job on land. This was the French army and navy. They were military and not contractors.

Contractors cost a fortune and are part of the revolving door problem between the military and civilian defense workers. They get a huge amount of money much more than military or government employees. The revolving door problem rips off the US taxpayer. It's cushy collusion for top pay where those inside pay huge amounts waiting for the day when they can revolve to the outside world and cash in.

We, the West, are the ones who have done irreparable harm to our own war effort as I witness daily from the likes of Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret by his destructive behaviour that makes him about the ugliest American that ever was. He creates terrorism.

It's necessary these days to preserve these serial killers and deviants of all kinds to study them because the means to get valuable information from them to stop this in the future by others now exists. It's possible now to read and decode brainwaves surrounding the head to gain a wealth of information about a person so that we can begin to develop a knowledge database to answer many questions including those raised above in the discussion. This process should be part of the sentencing after conviction which the state controls just like imprisonment but openly stated and only non-consensually used after a conviction for such an horrendous series of crimes. Killing these people will just keep us ignorant and subjected to future repetition by others committing these crimes.

The police can use this as an interrogation tool in these very serious investigations as a totally non-invasive method to read brainwaves or the thoughts of these people while being verbally interrogated. I think you will learn at some point that this has been used extensively by the US military in such places as Guantanamo or Abu Ghraib but not openly acknowledged yet. Camp X-Ray was a perfect name until they changed it. Torturing people is a means to break them down so they don't inhibit their thoughts. But torture is completely unnecessary.

Aileen Wournos was a serial killer in Florida in 1989 and 1990 as everyone knows from the films "Overkill" (1992) and "Monster" (2003) where Charlize Theron won an Oscar for her portrayal of Wournos. Nick Broomfield made two documentaries "The Selling of a Serial Killer" (1994) and "The Death of a Serial Killer" (2003). Sue Reynolds wrote an excellent book "Damsel of Death" (UK) and "Lethal Intent" (US). There is a book by Michael Reynolds called "Dead Ends."

So, there's much material out there about this particular serial killer who was executed at Raiford, Florida in Oct 2002. At the end she wanted to be executed to end her own life. Given all that was written and filmed I believe that a most important aspect has been overlooked which comes up in Nick Broomfield's "The Death of a Serial Killer." She complained of or described three things:

1. Putting an electronic circuit board behind her cell's medicine cabinet or mirror above her sink at the Broward County jail;
2. Installation of a large satellite dish on top of the roof of this jail; and
3. Something she described as "noise pressure."

She claims all of these things happened at about the same time, and she thought they were in some way connected to her. I think she was right, and that she was the target of experiments which she picked up but could not articulate. She was driven to complaining in such an extreme manner that no one paid any attention to her and wrote her off as insane. I don't think she was. No one listened to her which drove her to act in the extreme. She had something to say.

I've read these books and seen these films to see if there was any more about this possible experimentation to which she appeared to be subjected. I couldn't find anything. After her death, her personal papers were destroyed on her instructions. She's now gone. There are no records except what was collected while she was alive. She should have never been killed by the state. There was much that could have been learned about a woman serial killer who killed seven men in 1989 and 1990.

Don't throw that opportunity away with this series of crimes that might be far greater than anyone could imagine. The police could show him the 180 photos, and see what he thought about them. He might not be able to identify them, but he might have thoughts about them that would be useful to the police. It can be used as part of interrogating him and monitoring him all the time to see what he might reveal.

How do I know this? I've been a target of this technology 24/7/365 since February 2001 just after Bush was inaugurated. He brother was Florida's governor during this time just before Wournos' execution in Oct 2002. I've learned all about it because those who are present using it all the time against me are criminals with disturbed personalities. They cannot help talking about it and teach me everything because they seek to abuse me non-stop. One of them is the mother of the children I reported for child abuse in May 1998, and the other is an import from the US a Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret along with a Colonel Vine USMC Ret who travels to such places as Kabul. I am completely innocent of anything, but they do not stop their abuse against me seeking to cover up what they have done in some manner.

Let's not kill off these people who have committed atrocious crimes because we can learn a great deal about them and about what they have done especially for the relatives and friends of their victims. The technology is available and being used in secret. It's time to get it out into the open to be used for the benefit of all instead of enriching the few who use it to fake everything. It's time to go forward not backward. I just wonder how many journalists might know about this technology and are not reporting it?

Julian Assange: is the public interest being served?

Julian Assange granted bail at high court | Media | Guardian Britain's Crown Prosecution Service opposed bail. Sweden had nothing to do with it.

Is the public interest being served? Contrasting terrorism and those who seek to expose deficiencies.

Consider the fact of 12 years and four months 24/7/365 of Toxic Surveillance imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation and surveillance R&D accomplished completely outside the prison system, legal justice system and democratic rule of law.

This is driven by the US with agent/contractors Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others dominating and controlling this activity in this environment.

I believe that it is the US behind Britain's Crown Prosecution Service seeking to keep Julian Assange in prison. The US is here seeking the extradition of Abid Naseer although the UK has insufficient evidence to prosecute him.

Generally speaking the UK serves as a penal colony for the US which makes a significant contribution to the failures in the UK to properly track terrorists putting other countries including the US at risk.

1. In the same court, Westminster Magistrates' Court, a similar extradition hearing is under way. Abid Naseer was 1 of 12 arrested on 8th April 2009 in a premature raid for bombings to take place on 15 to 20 April 2009.

Bob Quick, Metropolitan Police Anti-Terrorist Unit head, inadvertently exposed documents to cameras when entering Number Ten. 11 were deported, but Naseer feared mistreatment and was allowed to stay.

These were al Qaeda terrorist bombings to take place against the UK, Norway and US the US claims in its extradition arguments.

Many, if not all, of these 12 were arrested at universities during the day.

2. Sweden was bombed by a suicide terrorist on Saturday last who came from the UK having spent the past decade in Luton and its Bedfordshire University from 2001 to 2004.

There are indications that he was part of a larger al Qaeda driven terror campaign network where connections to other bombings or attempted bombings in the UK had included Luton as a crossroads contact point.

Luton and Bedfordshire University were radicalisation centres and crossroads for bombers such as 7/7/2005 and one of the fertilizer bombers.

Not only was this all missed with these bombers, but the Stockholm bomber went totally undetected. It's been a complete fiasco.

They tried Ali Dezaei for espionage on behalf of Iran, but he was acquitted and subsequently elevated in the Met to an Assistant Commissioner until the pressure caused him to go off the rails against someone.

4. Summary

I can tell you first hand that the police and all those involved in this surveillance for all these years either participated in torture abuse faking allegations or supported it. Bob Quick went on to head the Metropolitan Police Anti-Terror Unit and botched the activity in April of last year which led to his resignation.

As far as I am concerned given my direct experience for all these years, these people are grossly incompetent and fake it to succeed. As a result terrorism flourishes

An article in The Daily Beast by Wendy Murphy called Julian Assange's prosecution “bogus.” Judging from my experience I believe that the prosecution against Ali Dezaei was bogus. He was acquitted. I know that all that has been done against me for 12 years and four months 24/7/365 has been bogus.

At the same time terrorists are bombing Sweden in 2010 and subject to a hearing in the Westminster Magistrates' Court for extradition for planning such an international campaign in 2009.

North Kensington like Luton has been an epicentre for terrorists. The 21/7/2005 would-be bombers who connected with the 7/7/2005 London bombers had residential and operational apartments in opposite directions of where I live and not that far away.

One of the 21/7/2005 dud bombers tried to set off his bomb at the nearby Shepherd's Bush Hammersmith & City Line Tube station just south of the BBC. Another of these dud bombers chickened out and dumped his rucksack with a bomb in it in Wormwood Scrubs just north of the BBC and not far from their operational apartment.

These 21/7/2005 dud bombers went undetected just as the 7/7/2005 went undetected who passed through Luton on their way to bomb London causing 52 deaths and 700+ injuries.

Nothing I kept reporting for years leading up to 2005 did any good nor has it since. There is a big hole in intelligence and security which I believe comes from those faking it who can't do a proper job using up resources that deprive legitimate activity so that everyone is at risk.

This includes the US as well as noted by the Xmas Day bomber and his UK background at university. Although Bob Quick's group were focused on the 12 arrested in April 2009, he made a mistake that forced the arrests prematurely.

There was not enough evidence to prosecute them, and they were let go but deported. All except one who is currently having his extradition hearing heard at the same time as Julian Assange is dealing with his extradition. There's a study in contrasts here that has to be investigated.

Since February 2001 the US has been behind this massive surveillance activity against me driven by those whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 and joined by Colonel Vine USMC Ret and Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret in February 2001 who took over. This is still taking place as of this writing while the bombings go on undetected.

There is an incredible effort to cover up the revelations of truth coming from Wikileaks while I am subjected to intense abuse to stop me from reporting the truth as well.

The public interest is not being served by these bogus prosecutions and persecutions as public safety is being put at risk from the bombers.

We live in a global community which is being put at risk from terrorism while those in charge are spending their time engaged in criminal activity to protect themselves and not the public.

It is time to expose all of this to the light of day so that the public fully understands what is happening. That is the only way to change these abuses and bring them to a stop.

13/12/10 22:50:27 There's a whole parallel series of events here that drives home the problem of the rule of law and the protection of the public. That's the terrorist attack in Stockholm by a Swedish Iraqi Muslim residing in the UK near London where he went to university and lived with his family in Luton until a couple weeks ago. The irony is that Wikileaks is reporting just these problems to prevent such abuse that has ensnared Julian Assange himself.

Look at the massive waste of resources that have been expended against him to jail him in the UK for this apparent "politicisation" of the law to attack in one unfortunate way for a perceived espionage problem as described by Wendy Murphy above and for counterespionage purposes as elaborated in comments here.

Meanwhile this bomber completely escapes detection and almost creates extreme havoc in Stockholm but misses due to premature detonation of the petrol bomb in his vehicle. The New York Times tells us that there is an al Qaeda cell in Sweden with travel back and forth to and from that country. It also tells us that Sweden is engaged in NATO signals intelligence in Afghanistan.

While all the effort has taken place in London to arrest and detain Julian Assange as the Swedish intelligence is concentrated on Afghanistan, this bomber has been completely undetected by the Swedish and UK security and intelligence people so much so that he bombs. What good has it done to have Julian Assange in jail in London? Events have proven his point and justified what he's doing.

This morning I sent an Email to TDB as this related to my situation with respect to the waste of resources. Then I saw this excellent article which only drove home for me further the problem that government is not coordinated in dealing with the most important problems of our day. And, the US is apparently behind pushing Sweden to get Julian Assange as it is in pushing Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret in my situation not that the two are in anyway equivalent. It's a revelation of a pattern of behaviour

The US is putting nations and their people at further risk as well as itself since the Xmas Day bomber came out of Europe as did the recent packages all of which originated in Yemen. The issues being brought to light here in persecutions not legitimate prosecutions revolve around fabricated violent abuses that are used more like COINTELPRO (Counter Intelligence Programme) of the 1960s and 70s maliciously by the FBI. This today adds extreme risk from terrorist attacks which are actually occurring. And, no one listens to the warnings. The public is not protected only those in positions of authority are.

A year after the attempted bombing of the Delta/Northwest airliner approaching Detroit on Xmas Day another British educated terrorist residing near London in Luton up until two weeks ago carries out a bombing attack in Stockholm.  

One cannot say that it was the US NCTC that got it jumbled this time. It's necessary to go back to the source once again in the UK where the very real possibility exists that this latest suicide bomber was either picked up and dropped by the security and intelligence services or was missed altogether.  

Given the reports that are emerging about his presence on the Internet, e.g., Facebook, with comments and graphics indicating a clear terrorist orientation, I wonder why this Stockholm bomber was not picked up and tracked by the UK security services?  

I can think of one good reason why UK security has failed once again given the 12 years and four months of 24/7/365 totally invasive surveillance technology carried out against me by BS, Lt Harry "Ill Eagle" Bird USMC Ret and others in North Kensington.  

This constitutes not just a massive waste of resources of all kinds but reflects levels beyond gross incompetence that involve outright fraud deliberately and knowingly allowed to take place for the purposes of greed, glory and power.  

This is Toxic Surveillance at work against a totally innocent person that is educating and training everyone to be terrorists themselves as the standard for behaviour in the UK.  It is the government who is doing this, and it is the government who will not stop it.  

If this cannot be gotten right after 12 years and four months of totally invasive surveillance 24/7/365, there is not much hope that the security services in the UK can get anything right. 

Consequently, the UK has become a training and educational centre for terrorists where they reside either at some point before going off on terrorist training and missions or before going off on a terrorist mission to other countries as has just occurred. 

No amount of correspondence from me or communicating this as widely as I can for all these 12 years and four months has been able to bring this abuse to an end.  It is not baffling to me why these terrorist attacks continue to happen as they do.  

I live with terrorism as a standard carried out against me on an institutionalised basis 24/7/365.  It's no surprise that this is the standard which goes undetected and unchecked in the UK.  No one is doing a proper job, and everyone is engaged in extensive criminal activity using surveillance technology to cover it up.

WikiLeaks Helps America: How Julian Assange Proved U.S. Working Hard on Policy Problems - The Daily Beast - and . . .

On Sunday evening three days ago I read the WikiLeaks synopsis in "The Guardian" which included a line about information concerning rendition flights in the UK. I'm waiting to see more about this because it's currently a huge and explosive diplomatic and domestic issue in the UK who has settled out of court with 16 torture victims paying them millions so the intelligence services would not have to testify in open court.. So far there's been nothing more. I am dependent upon the media to read and report the content of these documents as journalists do for all information reporting.

I don't have the time to read the documents myself since I am subjected to 24/7/365 surveillance torture abuse by Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others. They never stop, and I never stop documenting what they do. He and Colonel Vine USMC Ret who is in charge travelling the world in this capacity introduced me to rendition in May 2001 three months after they started this surveillance imprisonment and torture. Their pleas to kidnap me from London were refused, but they have never stopped struggling to do so or use its threat as a torture mechanism.

Part of the WikiLeaks documents include instructions to gain information from foreign nationals that would be helpful to the State Department. These included credit card numbers and DNA. How? Profiling with DNA? Seeking items purchased and indebtedness? These requests are way out-of-bounds. Looking for thought processes and thinking are OK and need to be done if in a legitimate manner (not with surveillance technology of the kind to which I'm subjected), but there are indications that something far more sinister is going on. What about the recent reports from Sweden, Norway and Denmark concerning US embassy surveillance teams tracking their people?

Vine and Bird are linked to the London US embassy to some degree, but I do not know (yet) how much and what it is. I spent this afternoon writing an Email for a couple hours about what is happening here on a daily basis as a result of their surveillance technology abuses' impact and its antisocial behaviour consequences in this environment. I was about to finish it about 1700 GMT when my access to the Internet was interrupted by the surveillance abuse which delayed my sending this Email to its intended recipients for an hour. This meant that they would not receive it until tomorrow morning when they returned to their offices since it did not go out until 1800 GMT. They will do anything to slow me down and stop my activity if they can.

This is just a small dirty trick, but one that goes on daily. There are many, many more carried out continuously. They have been at it for almost a decade non-stop. The nature of their surveillance technology's capabilities far exceeds anything that George Orwell even began to imagine. There is a very dark underside to all of this activity by the US State Department worldwide, and I believe that there is much to be gleaned from these documents that is significantly important in that regard only one must be aware of what is present. If knowledge of what exists is absent, there will be no alertness to something else going on.

I am most concerned about a quote I read yesterday in TDB attributed to Robert Gates who said that Russia was a defunct democracy controlled by an intelligence driven oligarchy. There is a great deal of that in the US government these days, and I believe that a healthy bit of intelligence dominated government can be found in the State Department. This is what makes these WikiLeaks so important with respect to these documents which have to be digested in that context. All information is important and must be considered in the context of all that is happening some or a great deal of which might be hidden in secrecy.

I. WikiLeaks Documents China’s Google Hack, UN Spying, More Secrets - The Daily Beast - Just scratches surface of real problem

My comments:

There was a time when espionage was legitimately carried out against nasty foes. There are still many bad guys in this world, but, unfortunately, there are too many enemies within who are perverting what was legitimately done for their own greed, glory and power today at everyone's expense.

Francis Gary Powers was flying a legitimate mission in 1960 when he was shot down. So were the 17 US airmen in their C-130 tail number 60528 who were shot down by MIG-17s when they strayed into Soviet Armenia in 1958 while on a recon mission. 11 of them were USAF Security Service airmen whom the Soviets never acknowledged as being killed. I served in the USAFSS from 1961 to 1964 including Trabzon, Turkey, 1963/4 the IP for 60528's mission. The threat was real, e.g., Cuban Missile Crisis Oct 1962. The work legitimate. It had to be kept completely secret.

All of that has now changed. I've been the innocent target of totally invasive surveillance for 12 years 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998 and carried out by two former US Marines, Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird, since February 2001 seven months before 9/11. I've experienced it all and know directly what is being done which goes way beyond these revelations today.

I do believe that US embassies around the world will be sponsoring, supporting and sustaining this kind of totally invasive surveillance for espionage purposes. Vine and Bird have often referred people to the US embassy here in London where they apparently are connected in some manner.

I think that while these leaks are important in providing a sense of direction for abuse, they do not even begin to go far enough into what is really happening. Some of the information sought is what would be expected of diplomats abroad. None of it is really shocking. What is really shocking is the kind of Toxic Surveillance currently being carried out against innocents like me indefinitely as part of US/UK policy that includes imprisonment, torture, medical experimentation, R&D and eventual assassination.

I served loyally with dedicated effort as part of the US intelligence effort during a critical period of the Cold War only to receive this kind of treatment by US Marines and others for over 12 years so far as my reward. There can be no more secrets, and everything must be revealed if democracy is expected to survive. The bad guys are now on the inside. They have to be weeded out, or the bad guys outside will succeed.

20250 mission control. You were lucky. Not many realise that Chicksands was in Luton near London, and you had a FLR-9 aka Elephant Cage. Everyone wanted to go to Chicksands. I worked with then for a SSgt at USAFSS HQ who had been at Chicksands. His wife was British. I saw a photo on its website (now gone) of Johnny and June Carter Cash at the bar in the club after he gave a concert there once. Did he stop by for one of these concerts while you were there? He was a 292 in Germany for three years (1952-5) and blames USAFSS for his tinnitus. He also said he was able to empathise with the inmates in the prisons where he performed because of his years in USAFSS. Daughter Rosanne Cash had a song called "Radio Operator" for him on her Black album after he died.

Finally, after Richard Branson's Virgin airline (one aircraft at that time in the early 1980s) completed its first year, the aircraft spent a week in the BA maintenance facility at Heathrow. I had flown from NYC to London on its last flight before that week and was scheduled to fly back on its first day out. We all including the flight crew had to be bused from Gatwick to Heathrow for the plane. On the bus I sat next to a young British Luton woman who had just married a USAFSS guy from Chicksands, and he had been sent to NSA. She was going to join him there. Small world as always.

Tell me: was there a sign inside the building at Chicksands that pointed out that the activity was against international law as the now defunct website described back in the 1990s?

USAFSS has evolved into the USAF ISR Agency with ISR standing for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance with a Wing at NSA. I find the surveillance aspect of its name quite worrisome given what Tempest has now become having been a target of it for the last 12 years. USAFSS took over Tempest in the early 1970s its history website states. If you were under surveillance, you would probably know as I do from these abusers.

III. Why would anyone possibly want to surveil you in the past 12 years? You served during the Cold War. What possible intelligence benefit could be gained?

Power to the no-hopers who have no ability, training, education, experience or qualifications for anything other than abuse. That's why its necessary to watch out for the revolving door with current military people entering what the Washington Post calls Top Secret America. Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret claims to have been a former commando. He has no qualifications for anything.

Using this Tempest based surveillance technology provides the opportunity for them to lie, cheat, steal and destroy. It creates a life of crime hidden behind surveillance technology. It is beyond comprehension at present. That's why it's being done successfully. No one wants to believe this exists.

It's also surveillance R&D against the human brain to decode its electromagnetic radiation (no implants needed) which takes all these years and many more people and years. This is where the real threat lies by using this surveillance technology against the human being maliciously. It can have an extraordinary beneficial impact which is why I am seeking to expose what has happened and continues to happen to bring it under democratic control before its own ability to control makes that impossible. First, however, everyone must understand that it exists and what it can do.

I've just begun reading James Bamford's "The Shadow Factory" which came out in 2008. He starts off with Michael Hayden (then Director NSA (DIRNSA)) in his office totally protected against Tempest interception noting that not an electron could escape. Michael Hayden went on to become CIA Director (DCI) which for me meant merging this Tempest intercept technology or communications intelligence (COMINT) against the human being into human intelligence (HUMINT).

Now Michael Hayden sits on the board of a company who has just sold security contractors to the State Department as reported by the Washington Post/Top Secret America to be deployed around the world. This includes as part of the deal the current incarnation of Blackwater who are known for their brutality and changed their name to Xe. See www.blackwaterusa.com

If you keep track of the bits and pieces you can see how this all fits together giving the Wikileaks significance when considered against this background of the US State Department sending out to all its embassies worldwide an augmented force of security contractors who might very well act in a similar capacity as have Colonel Vine USMC Ret and Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret which I've experienced for the past decade.

There are reports of such US embassy espionage surfacing in Sweden and Denmark recently. All that is happening must be taken very seriously with excellent questions asked like yours: why? What's the point? I'm just a non-consenting human guinea pig used for much bigger things to come unless it is exposed and brought under the democratic rule of law umbrella. Actually, they made a terrible mistake in targeting me as they have been learning all along.
