Baloney Served as ISC Meets UK Intel Chiefs Where Lords & Knights of the Realm Gather
UK intelligence work defends freedom, say spy chiefs Baloney I say after 15+ years surveillance imprisonment torture
@BBCNews ISC hearings: my direct experience at ground level revealed an alarming disassociation between it and the top of MI5, MI6 and GCHQ.
There is clearly a need for a very strong and robust ISC to bring together the public, its information and its questions with respect to those at the top of the intelligence services.
The problem as I see it involves management which appears to be absent in a meaningful sense with respect to intelligence, i.e., despite having surveillance powers, they cannot get it right. As a result, there is a huge risk being ignored.
Here are a few examples:
Let's just consider the first three years of my 15+ years being subjected to 24/7/365 surveillance technology abuse from mid-August 1998 to mid-September 2001. The level of UK surveillance technology was tops for that period but misapplied based upoon emotional nonsense, those who sought easy career advancement and the utilisation of people who were hopelessly substandard and criminal in their intent and actions. This persists as of this writing making it relevant and extraordinarily damaging for today as it was in the past putting this country at grave risk.
Tempest
Surveillance technology was given to those whom I reported for child abuse in May1998. During following year or so, I placed a colour transparency on the computer notebook screen which resulted in changing the frequency of the electromagnetic radiation emission. Those using Tempest intercept technology in the flat below who were the child abusers began screaming that something was wrong with the surveillance technology because they could no longer see the computer screen. They began making false and irrelevant allegations as they called the technician to come service it. After he arrived and reviewed the situation, he saw what I had done and instructed them on how to tune in the new frequency. This revealed the fact that they were using Tempest at that time c 1999/2000.
In February 2001 US government agents/contractors Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird, each USMC Res/Ret, arrived with there totally enhanced Tempest surveillance technology to be used against any electronic device including the computer and human brain. This surveillance technology had the ability to detect the electromagnetic radiation emissions from each component of the computer and feedback to it commands which enabled the computer to be controlled remotely quite independent of any communication or Internet connection. This surveillance software was loaded at boot including a keyboard map.
During the summer of 2001 while I was working in the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street, I could not use the notebook computer. I could not enter the password required at the BIOS boot to continue. Lt Harry Bird USMC Res/Ret had not brought along with him the keyboard map software that he loaded right at the initial BIOS boot which stopped me from tying in any characters. This was all revealed by an explanation and apology he made to"Paul Winston" whom I believed to be Metropolitan Police Special Branch at that time supervising his activity. They were using Voice-to-Skull (V2K) as part of the human brain surveillance technology, so I could hear all they said.
Rendition
During May/June 2001 again while working at the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street, Colonel Vine strongly advocated and argued for kidnapping me to which "Paul Winston" objected completely and made him promise that he would not kidnap me. Colonel Vine went so far to cite as an example of their kidnapping success incident where he claimed that they had picked up someone following a Royal Festival Hall concert without anyone ever knowing anything about it.
Torture
During July and August 2001, I sent 60 separate daily Emails to a distribution list including cabinet members, the Home Secretary, the Chancellor and Prime Minister which included the 24/7 diary/log of the extreme torture sleep deprivation to which I was being subjected. Each of these Emails were 15 to 20 pages long and contained a completely detailed account of all that happened along with a meticulous sleep log revealing about four hours of sleep on average per night in multiples of about six to eight segments during an extended attempt to get some sleep.
Terrorism
All of this occurred before 9/11 and started when these resources were being expended in 1998 while Abu Hamza recruited, trained and sent to Yemen eight terrorists to bomb during the Christmas of 1998 including his son and son-in-law. They were not tracked. I was. And, such continued to be the case missing opportunities to pick up 9/11 terrorists and others as they passed through the Finsbury Park mosque. The surveillance technology was the best it could be at that time but was not being used properly. To quote William Sullivan US the ambassador to Iran in 1979 in a slightly different way: there was no lack of "Intelligence," but there was a lack of "intelligence." Intelligence was faked against me while the real terrorists flourished and went undetected.
Management
Jack Straw was Home Secretary from 1997 to 2001 and moved to Foreign Secretary after the May 2001 election. David Blunkett moved to Home Secretary at that time. The UK had imported surveillance thugs in the quise of Vine and Bird in February 2001 who then implemented an escalation of torture and interference that continues as of this writing. When Dana Priest of the Washington Post revealed rendition, I learned what the kidnapping proposal was all about. Then the Abu Ghraib abuses were revealed in 2004. When both of these became public, I thought that surely the talk of kidnapping me and the torture would cease. This has not happened. If anything, the talk of kidnapping me and the torture go on at accelerated levels.
What was said today by the heads of MI5, MI6 and GCHQ can only be characterised by me as so much baloney. They haven't a clue about what actually happens at ground level while they use glossy words to paint a rosy, but faked, picture. This reminds me of the period of time when Frank Serpico was part of the NYPD in the late 1960s, and corruption permeated New York City's police officers. The change that occurred following the Knapp Commission Report was that senior officers were responsible for what those on the ground did as if they had done it themselves. Ignorance was no excuse. Senior police officers then started crawling around on rooftops in the middle of the night so that they could see what their men were doing. Top ranks of the NYPD were also changed.
Surely this cannot be the Intelligence services of the UK for they don't even know what is happening in their own ranks and inside the UK that has been present for 15+ years. Maybe each of them should have a publicly available Email address to get the facts straight from the public. Naturally, this would be subjected to interception by each other and NSA, etc.

Did the UK award a medal to a US Marine for surveillance torture medical research?

There is a stunning example of the proper functioning for approving drugs by the US when a woman at the FDA refused to grant approval for Thalidomide while it was being sold globally with tragic consequences that were eventually discovered. JFK gave her a medal for maintaining proper standards that protected women in the US from the horrible side effects of this morning sickness drug that destroyed their offspring the consequences with which the world is still grappling today.

I urge you to look at this educational material with respect to consent as presented by the Commission involving its investigative work and other aspects of research carried out in the community.
I have been subjected to such medical research by those who introduced neurological surveillance technology against me in February 2001 namely, Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird, both of the USMC (Res/Ret). This medical research as well as general surveillance technology R&D has been carried out in conjunction with the NHS and their own laboratories which I presume are located in the US.
I have brought this subject up continuously during the past 12+ years since February 2001 in connection with its being conducted outside a hospital environment without my consent let alone my having been informed except by its torture abuse and continuous side effects. Such medical experimentation formed a part of my recent Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) complaint on 1st April 2013.
In contrast to the woman from the US FDA who was awarded a medal by JFK for not allowing sub-standard drug development research to form the foundation for licensing Thalidomide in the US, Lt Harry Bird USMC (Res/Ret) was recently apparently given a medal for his activities in North Kensington, London, against me since February 2001 which have included medical research some of which involved incapacitants and/or debilitants. He was described as being in uniform on the day he was purportedly to receive this medal which has been often referenced since including during the past couple days.
The US Marine Corps is in charge of the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate (JNLWD) for all the US military at the Department of Defense. I believe that his connection with the US Marines which he flouts continuously, the US embassy and his activity including the purported receipt of a medal should be investigated throughly. There was a medical student present nightly a few years ago who refused to continue his participation on ethical grounds.
Every effort is currently being made to cover up this criminal activity as I continuously report.

US ambassador in Germany summoned in Merkel mobile row re NSA's monitoring her calls.
An untrustworthy ally? Chancellor Angela Merkel hails from East Germany that was the GDR until the Berlin Wall came down in 1989 just 24 years ago where the Stasi ran the state from its huge bureaucracy staffed by 15,000 on Normannenstrasse for overseas and domestic surveillance. Anna Funder goes on to describe in her book "Stasiland" how the public stormed the Stasi HQ. On page 57 she describes how the German media called the GDR "the most perfected surveillance state of all time."
She writes that the Stasi had 97,000 employees in a country of 17 million and goes on to describe that there was "one Gestapo agent for every 2,000 citizens" in Nazi Germany, and there was "one KGB agent for every 5,830 people" in the USSR. However, the Stasi had 173,000 informers in addition to its employees, and Anna Funder writes that when part time informers were added there were one for each 6.5 citizens in the GDR. Her book describes how this surveillance state controlled the lives and relationships of everyone. The West cannot allow anything like this to ever take a foothold, and Ms Merkel is doing exactly what needs to be done. Everyone else should follow her example. She knows what she is doing. Frank Gardner commenting on the BBC News Channel said he would be surprised if allies were not spying on each other citing as an example the competition to sell arms thus making economic competition by nations subjected to spying for information in order to gain an advantage. His reporting is descriptive, as I took it, that does not reflect his or the BBC's point of view.
Such an attitude by nation states reflects the acceptance of spying that trickles down into a society where we have seen phone hacking in journalism taken on as acceptable if one could get away with it for competitive reasons. Of course, when the truth about the extent of this spying for gain became known, it turned into a national scandal with the Leveson Inquiry alongside an ongoing police investigation. Currently, there is a struggle taking place with respect to media guidelines as a result.
I hope everyone saw Ambassadors on BBC Two last night for it featured a satire about the diplomatic corps in a fictional country where the UK government was trying to compete against the French for a two billion pound sale of helicopters to this country while a British citizen was in prison facing faked murder charges and possible execution. I'll not say more that would ruin it for anyone who has not seen it yet that is available on the BBC iPlayer at:

What I will say is that in North Kensington the same absurd false allegations have been made against me since 2001 as part of a totally invasive surveillance technology operation involving a vigilante mob surrounding my home who have distributed surveillance technology. These false allegations are intended to incite a violent mob hysterically for an emotional response to generate fear and hatred and keep the surveillance technology in place citing "He has to be monitored." As a result, there is a complete abrogation of human rights and the democratic rule of law reflecting the absence of any acceptable standards. If you can get away with it, then it's acceptable.
Naturally, Frank Gardner was describing the reality of international economic competition where nations have the power to carry out clandestine spying, but that standard exists now in the community as I've experienced directly 24/7/365 since 1998 which has contributed to terrorism, serious and organised crime and failures in government. This is called "reality" by these people here with their surveillance technology. Once the government itself starts down the slippery slope, where does it end?
A characteristic of psychopathy is competition where those engaged in this surveillance technology abuse against me are obsessed with winning or losing. They will do anything to win. The title of this Ambassadors' episode, The Rabbit Never Escapes, could very well apply to a surveillance target when psychopathic behaviour reflecting a competition for arms sales or surveillance technology power over others where those involved will do or say anything to win for their own personal gain which can be seen portrayed in this satire on BBC Two.

Commercialised Hatred & Fear By Surveillance Power & Control Abuse
A witch hunt at Big Brother House appears to be an appropriate tribute to the cultural heritage of the UK
With Halloween approaching on 31st October enterprising commercial interests produced mental patients' costumes flogged by the likes of Asda, Tesco, eBay and Amazon until complaints and a national outcry brought this to an end. These costumes presented the mental health patient fear factor with meat cleavers, machetes, face masks like that used on Hannibal Lecteur who consumed human flesh directly and bloody designer clothing or a psycho ward labeled orange jump suit. This fit right in with the other commercial aspects of witches, goblins, ghosts and terrifying mystical creatues that are brought forth on Halloween as objects to inspire fear.
This environment has been right in step with this cultural foundation in the UK by carrying out a witch hunt against me for over 15 years 24/7/365 using surveillance technology as a weapon to do so. Creating fear by using mental health characterisations from the beginning in 1998 has also been the foundation of this effort to subvert the government's legitimate efforts to deal with problems by creating a massive hoax aka Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome. They have brought this to the extreme in a Big Brother cultural society by distributing surveillance technology among neighbouring flats and attempting to sell surveillance widely on the basis of an apparent pilot project ordained and sustained by a government preferring hoax rather than reality.
Nobody objects sufficiently enough to this commercialisation of the destruction of human life to stop it. These are definitely the Killing Fields I've called them in the past, and they are making a snuff film and recordings out of it. What I hear sounds like the endlessly repeated performance that has gone on day and night alll these years to give these people who have nothing to do the appearance of doing something. A five-year management review study has resulted in keeping this effort in place while trying to engineer another election that is nothing more that what was done in 2009 that failed as can be see here.
What is most amazing at the same time is reflected by the commercialisation of mental health patients' Halloween costumes that was quickly scuppered nationally by a huge outcry covered extensively in the media. Quite the contrary here, however, is the fact that what actually exists in real terms is the abuse of the fear generated from false allegations about mental health illness that has been exploited throughout all these years without anybody stopping it. What kind of five-year investigation was actually conducted, and why is this environment so out of step with the rest of the nation when it comes to scare mongering by using a mental health illness hoax?
These people are ferociously continuing this during the so-called election process by faking everything without a murmur from anyone about this reality. The extreme abuse against me continues unabated 24/7/365 driven by those whom I reported for child abuse in 1998 and joined in February 2001 by Colonel Vine USMC Res/Res and Lt Harry Bird USMC Res/Ret with surveillance technology that is now being commercialised under under what has more recently been apparently called a pilot project scheme (someone said 15 units and 15 cases recently) which the government is funding that has been distributed to create a vigilante mob of Big Brother House surveillance technology abusers.
1. Mental Health Patients' Halloween Costumes
Asda and Tesco withdraw Halloween mental patients' costumes featuring violence fear factor from cleaver and machete.
"The £20 Asda outfit included ragged clothing, fake blood, a mask and a fake meat cleaver while Tesco's [Psycho Ward] orange boiler suit came with a plastic jaw restraint and offered to "complete the look" with a machete.
"Online retailer Amazon had also advertised the "psycho ward" outfit, but later said the costume was "not available"."
What actually happens in the community reflects this costume design. There are those who use mental illness like this as a weapon against the healthy because they do not like someone and seek to create hatred and fear based upon false allegations. Those whom I reported for child abuse are doing this to me and have been for over 15 years 24/7/365 by using surveillance technology indefinitely in order to discredit what I report. They are thus abusing the community in this manner, and if their target in this instance me were actually mentally ill, they could spark a psychotic break. As it is, they are making every effort to be as provocative as possible. The new abuse word is to call someone "potty" which actually reflects a necrophilic personality by this use of language.
The great problem in all of this is that the UK government is behind this activity by supporting this abuse without stopping it which involves the police, NHS, justice (legal profession and magistrates) along with the local and central governments. The result has been a destroyed government, yet the more they do the less inclined they are to admit their error and seek to cover up everything by accelerating the abuse against me. The greatest tragedy in all of this is that the NHS mental health professionals cannot deduce that those carrying out the abuse have a mental health problem acted out right in front of their faces which is the essence of Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome. Those using surveillance technology to fake allegations to get the police and NHS mental health professionals to intervene are the one's who are actually mentally ill which they are trying to hide. Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome is a mental illness symptom.
This is like terrorism. They are using false mental health allegations to carry out violence themselves, and all involved ignore what is actually happening while allowing it to grow. No wonder these costumes appear at Halloween. It's part of the actual culture in the UK that is not going away but getting worse.
2. Big Brother House on Display
The National Trust is conducting public tours on Friday and Saturday (27th & 28th September) of the Big Brother House as a cultural heritage ignoring its reality. I find this quite fitting that the National Trust should now associate the Big Brother House with the hundreds of years of British cultural heritage considering its influence on the UK culture as I've experienced directly.
I've been subjected to totally invasive surveillance technology abuse 24/7/365 for over 15 years since mid-August 1998 which goes on as of this writing. With Halloween approaching on 31st October enterprising commercial interests produced mental patients' costumes flogged by the likes of Asda, Tesco, eBay and Amazon until complaints and a national outcry brought this to an end. These costumes presented the mental health patient fear factor with meat cleavers, machetes, face masks like that used on Hannibal Lecteur who consumed human flesh directly and bloody designer clothing or a psycho ward labeled orange jump suit. This fit right in with the other commercial aspects of witches, goblins, ghosts and terrifying mystical creatues that are brought forth on Halloween as objects to inspire fear.
This environment has been right in step with this cultural foundation in the UK by carrying out a witch hunt against me for over 15 years 24/7/365 using surveillance technology as a weapon to do so. Creating fear by using mental health characterisations from the beginning in 1998 has also been the foundation of this effort to subvert the government's legitimate efforts to deal with problems by creating a massive hoax aka Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome. They have brought this to the extreme in a Big Brother cultural society by distributing surveillance technology among neighbouring flats and attempting to sell surveillance widely on the basis of an apparent pilot project ordained and sustained by a government preferring hoax rather than reality.
Nobody objects sufficiently enough to this commercialisation of the destruction of human life to stop it. These are definitely the Killing Fields I've called them in the past, and they are making a snuff film and recordings out of it. What I hear sounds like the endlessly repeated performance that has gone on day and night alll these years to give these people who have nothing to do the appearance of doing something. A five-year management review study has resulted in keeping this effort in place while trying to engineer another election that is nothing more that what was done in 2009 that failed as can be see here.
What is most amazing at the same time is reflected by the commercialisation of mental health patients' Halloween costumes that was quickly scuppered nationally by a huge outcry covered extensively in the media. Quite the contrary here, however, is the fact that what actually exists in real terms is the abuse of the fear generated from false allegations about mental health illness that has been exploited throughout all these years without anybody stopping it. What kind of five-year investigation was actually conducted, and why is this environment so out of step with the rest of the nation when it comes to scare mongering by using a mental health illness hoax?
These people are ferociously continuing this during the so-called election process by faking everything without a murmur from anyone about this reality. The extreme abuse against me continues unabated 24/7/365 driven by those whom I reported for child abuse in 1998 and joined in February 2001 by Colonel Vine USMC Res/Res and Lt Harry Bird USMC Res/Ret with surveillance technology that is now being commercialised under under what has more recently been apparently called a pilot project scheme (someone said 15 units and 15 cases recently) which the government is funding that has been distributed to create a vigilante mob of Big Brother House surveillance technology abusers.
1. Mental Health Patients' Halloween Costumes
Asda and Tesco withdraw Halloween mental patients' costumes featuring violence fear factor from cleaver and machete.
"The £20 Asda outfit included ragged clothing, fake blood, a mask and a fake meat cleaver while Tesco's [Psycho Ward] orange boiler suit came with a plastic jaw restraint and offered to "complete the look" with a machete.
"Online retailer Amazon had also advertised the "psycho ward" outfit, but later said the costume was "not available"."
What actually happens in the community reflects this costume design. There are those who use mental illness like this as a weapon against the healthy because they do not like someone and seek to create hatred and fear based upon false allegations. Those whom I reported for child abuse are doing this to me and have been for over 15 years 24/7/365 by using surveillance technology indefinitely in order to discredit what I report. They are thus abusing the community in this manner, and if their target in this instance me were actually mentally ill, they could spark a psychotic break. As it is, they are making every effort to be as provocative as possible. The new abuse word is to call someone "potty" which actually reflects a necrophilic personality by this use of language.
The great problem in all of this is that the UK government is behind this activity by supporting this abuse without stopping it which involves the police, NHS, justice (legal profession and magistrates) along with the local and central governments. The result has been a destroyed government, yet the more they do the less inclined they are to admit their error and seek to cover up everything by accelerating the abuse against me. The greatest tragedy in all of this is that the NHS mental health professionals cannot deduce that those carrying out the abuse have a mental health problem acted out right in front of their faces which is the essence of Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome. Those using surveillance technology to fake allegations to get the police and NHS mental health professionals to intervene are the one's who are actually mentally ill which they are trying to hide. Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome is a mental illness symptom.
This is like terrorism. They are using false mental health allegations to carry out violence themselves, and all involved ignore what is actually happening while allowing it to grow. No wonder these costumes appear at Halloween. It's part of the actual culture in the UK that is not going away but getting worse.
2. Big Brother House on Display
The National Trust is conducting public tours on Friday and Saturday (27th & 28th September) of the Big Brother House as a cultural heritage ignoring its reality. I find this quite fitting that the National Trust should now associate the Big Brother House with the hundreds of years of British cultural heritage considering its influence on the UK culture as I've experienced directly.

For almost 20 years I had a knowledge that was generally unknown to the world, but even that knowledge was limited until I read The Puzzle Palace and had something to direct others to read. For the past 15 years and especially since February 2001 I've acquired another special knowledge as a surveillance target that was and is generally unknown. No one wants to accept the reality of the surveillance technology based upon Tempest used against computer technology and humans that is beyond anything ever known. We all have a weakness about what is known to us personally and our inability to accept what is not generally known. Every effort is made to censor and stop my collection of evidence, its processing and reporting inluding my comments about current events especially related to the abuse I witness continuously.
Saturday afternoon, a male using this surveillance technology said outside under my front window "I'm going to section you for what you wrote on Facebook." In the UK section means to detain involuntarily for 28 days in hospital under the Mental Health Act because someone is either threat to him/herself or others or both. This was an attempt to suppress by intimidation using mental illness as a weapon. This was the threat used at the end of The Whistle Blower against Michael Caine's character to keep him silent. What I have written is not a threat to anyone but quite the opposite. However, every effort is made to provoke something that can be used against me, i.e., the familiar dirty tricks campaign.
All during this Saturday afternoon, I could not access the Internet with the tablet I'm using because those with the surveillance technology were deliberately blocking me as they do frequently in their efforts to censor and stop what I am doing. They were blocking/stalling quite important evidence from the previous night's continuous abuse. I use Facebook to document on a broad basis with general comments sometimes specifically related to this activity as it coincides with world activity.
In the past I've blocked comments to avoid abuse since those locally using the surveillance technology would comment under pseudonyms to be abusive. They want to control and dominate everything and make distorted complaints to Facebook about what I write and note which has lead to restrictions on my Facebook account in the past. There is nothing I can do about this since Facebook is too huge, and no redress of grievance contact point was available as far as I could find. Since they know all my logon details, they can access my Facebook account to make minor changes which has happened.
I made the following Disqus comment after an ABC News article concerning Aaron Alexis and some more mental illness problems: "He could have been harassed by surveillance technology that included the electronic transmission of sound, Voice-to-Skull (V2N), and ultrasound to make the noises in the linen closet. These could have been done to drive him out and/or create a mental health problem. Doing this to someone who is unstable could result in a psychotic break with tragic results as occurred." Someone asked the following question: "And this nobody would be targeted in such a way why?" with two others repeating "Why?"
It's a very good question. That's how these people operate among many reasons by going after the vulnerable maliciously and sadistically. It's the same kind of question that has been raised about targeting people with nothing to fear. It's arbitrary and capricious or for revenge and retaliation by those with this surveillance technology. The worst case scenario is that it's done intentionally to create a violent incident to sustain fear, funding and power. The problem is that neither ABC News or any other large news agency will explore this as a legitimate investigation because the implications are too problematic. To me that's apathy. It's better for them to ignore it which means that this surveillance technology activity gets sanctioned and continues to grow whether or not it exists in this instance.
What are we left with? The social media including Facebook. This is certainly far better than it was before even with all the cake baking and similar interaction. I'm against the direct interference that I receive which actually pushes the likes of Facebook into cooking and pets as the lowest common denominator that is innoffensive and irrelevant on a higher social level of human interaction in the world. Apathy is getting more and more pervasive in human life and has led to extreme failures. All one has to do is read the news, but then what I have to say never gets into any news media despite years of media correspondence or into the political process despite the same.

Blame the Victim Society
Russian MP Adrei Lugovoi has a point in mocking UK police and justice (1) but perhaps not exactly in the way he intended. The police would not believe Alexander Litvinenko until days before his death when confirmation of his radiation poisoning could be made or so it was described in the media. The victim was ignored when he knew what was happening.
The Home Secretary commissioned a report (2) about the police handling of the various incidents concerning Jimmy Savile that came to their attention which was just released. The victims were not only ignored but one was told not to report the crime and another that he could be subjected to arrest for doing so.
Victims were ignored and felt they could not report the abuse successfully and did not. They were intimidated from the outset which enabled Jimmy Savile to flourish.
There were other very important factors, e.g., database linkage nationally, that were involved, but what stands out is the fact that victims were not respected and heard to the extent that they were disregarded, considered a nuisance with respect to the estimable Jimmy Savile and could be criminalised themselves for making such reports.
Sir Peter Fahy, chief constable of Greater Manchester Police, makes a valid point (3) when he notes the complexity of such cases and the need to address the underlying issues.
Jimmy Savile was a sexual predator, but the essence of what he did involved power in that he could have power over vulnerable young people for his exploitation. This is a violent abuse that is sexual in character. However, the same fundamental abuse can be violent in a sexually sadistic character and have the same foundation but not be the same precise predatory nature.
We can go a bit further and note that serial killers murder their victims for the power that this gives them over life and death of their victims at the instant of death as the “Green River” killer has described who confessed to killing some 49 women over three decades. (See Ann Rule’s book “Green River Running Red.”)
The underlying issue here involve the psychopathic character with ancillary elements of paranoia, sadism and necrophilia as I’ve been witnessing, describing and reporting for 14.5+ years since 1998. The abuse has been perpetuated against me by those whom I reported for child abuse in 1998 who use surveillance technology during all these years without anyone getting anything right.
Not only can a Jimmy Savile-like situation happen again it is and has been for the past 14.5+ year 24/7/365 in my direct experience. If the sadistic abuser can latch onto one victim by using surveillance technology indefinitely, s/he they will never stop.
If s/he they can also use the trappings of a charity management organisation, volunteer status and creating both vulnerability in the targeted victim as well as the problems that are then blamed on the victim, this will flourish indefinitely just as Jimmy Savile did and as I’ve experienced as a victim since 1998 after I reported child abuse in 1998.
It was the child abusers and generally abusive personalities who then perpetuated this abuse against me and have been to this very day continuously abusing others in the process as they have done so. The underlying issue which has not been grasped and understood properly is the essence and behaviour of the psychopathic personality that forms the core of the surveillance technology abuse in this instance.
Psychopathy is extraordinarily important because it effects some 1% of the population (600,000 is a huge number in the UK) and manifests itself in varying types and degrees of antisocial and criminal behaviour. As I’ve noted previously according to Robert Hare’s research, 25% of those in prison are psychopaths who have committed 50% of the crimes. This number keeps turning up in those who were involved in the 2011 UK riots and those who fail to perform community orders.
This is important for the police, health, justice and prison systems professionals to fully understand which has not even begun to start happening yet because:
1) the police overlook the psycopathic factor and its behaviour characteristics,
2) the health professionals cannot diagnose it due to its unique mental illness character,
3) the justice system is frustrated because judges cannot understand why a large number of offenders are recidivists, and
4) prison reform will just not work until the psychopaths are identified and handled separately and differently.
This is why when I send out correspondence, they go to these various ministers of state, the Chancellor and the Mayor since the underlying issue forming the foundation of my experience is psychopathy that has impacted all of them in terms of their responsibilities, yet the problems are still occurring, and there is no visible dealing accurately with the essence of the problem to stop it here and to bring about policy changes to create an interdisciplinary government to make it effective across the nation.
The health professionals have to come to grips with psychopathy in such a way that they can educate the police in its characteristics especially the younger officers who do not have experience. This then has to feed into the justice and prison systems and back out again into the worlds of the police and health professionals so that an emerging database of characteristics underpinning criminal behaviour with this common denominator emerges.
The serial criminal of whatever kind who repeats these offences over and over needs to be understood completely by all these professionals so that an effective database can be created, and those who repeat the same crime over and over against one or just a few victims as I am experiencing must be understood in the same way.
When you add surveillance technology to the methods used by psychopaths to carry out serial crimes as I have experienced directly by its indefinite usage against me since 1998 24/7/365, a huge problem emerges that is far more difficult to detect, solve and ultimately results in the protection of the public.
This serial psychopathic criminal can hide behind surveillance technology while using it for crimes that can be virtually undetectable, and no one is going to pay any attention to the victim which will allow theses criminals free reign to blame the victim.

This number keeps turning up in those who were involved in the 2011 UK riots and those who fail to perform community orders.
This is important for the police, health, justice and prison systems professionals to fully understand which has not even begun to start happening yet because:
1) the police overlook the psycopathic factor and its behaviour characteristics,
2) the health professionals cannot diagnose it due to its unique mental illness character,
3) the justice system is frustrated because judges cannot understand why a large number of offenders are recidivists, and
4) prison reform will just not work until the psychopaths are identified and handled separately and differently.
This is why when I send out correspondence, they go to these various ministers of state, the Chancellor and the Mayor since the underlying issue forming the foundation of my experience is psychopathy that has impacted all of them in terms of their responsibilities, yet the problems are still occurring, and there is no visible dealing accurately with the essence of the problem to stop it here and to bring about policy changes to create an interdisciplinary government to make it effective across the nation.
The health professionals have to come to grips with psychopathy in such a way that they can educate the police in its characteristics especially the younger officers who do not have experience. This then has to feed into the justice and prison systems and back out again into the worlds of the police and health professionals so that an emerging database of characteristics underpinning criminal behaviour with this common denominator emerges.
The serial criminal of whatever kind who repeats these offences over and over needs to be understood completely by all these professionals so that an effective database can be created, and those who repeat the same crime over and over against one or just a few victims as I am experiencing must be understood in the same way.
When you add surveillance technology to the methods used by psychopaths to carry out serial crimes as I have experienced directly by its indefinite usage against me since 1998 24/7/365, a huge problem emerges that is far more difficult to detect, solve and ultimately results in the protection of the public.
This serial psychopathic criminal can hide behind surveillance technology while using it for crimes that can be virtually undetectable, and no one is going to pay any attention to the victim which will allow theses criminals free reign to blame the victim.
