Terror Profiteering

Just before I watched the BBC Two Odyssey drama yesterday, Sunday night, 28th June 2015, I made the following comment about the creation of terrorism in this environment which fit in well with the subsequent US drama broadcast on BBC Two about profiteering from terrorism by sustaining it as those charged with attacking and destroying it are eliminated.  This is what has been occurring in this environment for 17 years.  And, the intent to kill is just as strong as it is depicted in the BBC Two US drama.

Terror profiteers have been at it all along creating terrorists while they make money from those on the front line against terrorism domestic or abroad whose lives are directly at risk.  These are the ones who shout the loudest, and some are connected with #ToxicSurv as I've been experiencing since 1998 and Feb 2001 when the USMC arrived outside my windows in London. Storms 14 Years Apart Connected By Torture Abuse

What ties these two storm periods together for me is the surveillance technology imprisonment and apparent efforts to remove me from my home.

On Xmas Eve Eve of 1999 which was on a Thursday, I was subjected to a police siege all night long that included people outside talking loudly about removing me from my home. A female was waiting for me to turn off my light as evidence of my presence so they could raid the place. I finally went to bed about 0300 leaving the light on near a wall in the living room then at the base of which there were what I called sound detection boxes installed at the base of my wall from below about two feet from where I slept. I could hear voices of those with their heads stuck inside the sound detection boxes talking and waiting for me to move. When I did, they would run outside with the sound recording to see if it was adequate enough to stage the raid. It never was. This was torture.

The storm in 1999 arrived on Xmas Eve after a day of dull darkness and light rain. When I went out early that morning, a woman shouted asking if they had gotten me out, and the reply came that they had not. I returned home that Xmas Eve Friday night about 1800 and went to bed without turning on the light since the whole operation was in place and continued all night as the storm swept through into the early morning hours of Xmas Day reaching its worse about 0400. I continued to listen to all their activity and tried to sleep to make up for the lost sleep from the night before while I sought to make as little noise as possible listening to the chatter from the sound detection box a couple feet from me.

The storms of 2013 some 14 years later after spending all these Xmas holidays subjected to this same kind of abuse have been rolling through so far in numbers a day early with a storm during Xmas Eve Eve and another due to be at its worst early on Xmas Eve. By this time they have distributed surveillance technology of the most sophisticated kind with neighbours operating it. There are fundamental Muslim Islamists who advocate Sharia law next to the head of the bed wall in the bedroom so I get their abuse some two feet away from my head as they disturb me with false allegations and hitting the wall to wake me and create abuse by using the surveillance technology. The same is true when I go into my bathroom or am in my living room with voices and abuse coming from the kitchen next door to my bathroom wall and voices from the public Walkway, outside or the surveillance technology electronic transmission of sound.

Now, that's real progress, isn't it, for the UK? Indefinite surveillance technology moving from a police seige that lasted a month 14 years ago during the Xmas holidays to one this year where the neighbours and others are involved with the same people at the surveillance technology core whom I reported for child abuse in 1998. They mounted the police seige in 1999 after I sent the Prime Minister a letter about the surveillance technology abuse that started in mid-August 1998. They also began to immediately reinforce the surveillance technology after I sent the letter by adding more radar imaging devices in the flat above which helped destroy my eyes quicker.

I've really learned a lot about the British and their standards of value, the democratic rule of law and human rights as it is really practised by the government in the UK. This evening the same kind of seige is being mounted as the storm winds can heard outside that are anticipated to get much worse by 0400 at their estimated peak. It doesn't take much expertise or ability to mount this kind of torture abuse, and it appears that this is the standard for behaviour in the UK as far as my experience reveals. Xmas doesn't mean very much here, and peace on earth, good will to men is a grand slogan only used to create an image for the rest of the world while hiding the reality of what actually happens in the UK.

They seek to cover up by any means what I can report so they can get on with abuse against and theft from others. This is a society of predators and is not much different from Syria where a British doctor was just murdered as the BBC News Channel reported this evening with an interview with his sister describing what his mother was told. Even Russia has released political prisoners before this Xmas. But, the British government still holds me imprisoned by surveillance technology inside my home subjected to torture abuse, medical experimentation, surveillance technology R&D and its lethal use waiting for death to occur while they threaten to remove me minute-by-minute to accelerate death by natural causes.

NHS Mental Health Services at Breaking Point

Funds cut for England mental health trusts where community care gone & only crisis help available with teams swamped.

The great problem I have experienced with the NHS mental health providers since 1999 has been Munchhausen By Proxy used by those I reported for child abuse in May 1998 who were then given surveillance technology to use against me from August 1998. They used this to protect themselves from my reporting while expanding their abuse to adults, namely me, who are made totally defenceless in much the same manner children are defenceless against adult abuse.

They then brought the NHS into the process in a significant manner in 1999 by continuing to make false allegations against me using the surveillance technology in which the NHS mental health professionals participated. No amount of reporting with evidence to the NHS mental health institutions from early 2000 until now has been effective in stopping this abuse of the system including the NHS.

The NHS mental health professionals were unable to recognised and properly address the mental health problems of those abusing the surveillance technology against me including psychopathy, necrophilia and sadism. Munchhausen By Proxy is a mental illness in and of itself.

There was a huge and continuous waste of resources all around including the NHS as a result of this failure that accumulated exponentially. The NHS professionals did not and still do not listen to me when I explain exactly what is happening, that they are harassing me and that they are wasting resources as continued this year up through the end of November 2013. They prefer like abusers to blame the victim.

It is a great tragedy that the NHS mental health professionals and institutions are so grossly incompetent in terms of professional expertise and managementy that what is described in this article has come to be as a result. I believe that their assessment tests are inadequate, and they rely on medication to bring symptomatic relief while the underlying problem continues unabated. The mother of the abused children has used the surveillance without stopping all these years and is medicated by the NHS while she also engages in substance abuse, i.e., alcohol, and perhaps Class B and A drugs as well.

These people use the surveillance technology to try to create a mental health problem and get me sectioned. When none exits, they make it up anyway and try to ram through their false allegations with extreme emotional hysterical behaviour to incite those in the NHS to act on their Munchhausen By Proxy false allegations. They are using mental illness in the community as a weapon to attack those they do not like and seek to use the NHS as a false prison for punishment based on their manufactured allegations. It's no wonder NHS mental health services are suffering from being overwhelmed by users given this situation. I wouldn't go near an NHS mental health professional after my experience.

I agree with Thurston Clarke's assessment of JFK as reviewed by William Keylor about his book in "Autumn of the President." The world would be completely different today had he lived. I served in the USAF Security Service from 1961 to 1964 while JFK was in office until his tragic assassination 50 years ago. I served from the Berlin Wall's building to the election of LBJ and spent 18 months at its HQ in San Antonio during which the Cuban Missile Crisis occurred.

I had been just three weeks into my one-year tour in Trabzon, Turkey, on the Black Sea 90 miles from the Soviet border at Hopa, Georgia, when he was assassinated. I am surprised, however, by this time that the myth he "stared down" Khrushchev over Cuba is not fully recognised for what really happened. He bargained on his own with the Soviet leader and agreed to swap out the aging US Jupiter missiles from Turkey for the withdrawal of Soviet missiles from Cuba. Nobody knew about this except a few people [See James Bamford's Body of Secrets]. He kept it a secret from the American public with mid-term elections pending in early November 1962. This did not become public in the US for over 20 years. While I was stationed at Trabzon, I met several employees of Hawker-Siddely (diesel engines) and Marconi (electronics) who were working under NATO contract to retrain Turkish missile men into radar at Rize which was on the Black Sea half way to the Soviet border from Trabzon. They were from England, Scotland, Ireland and France. This was not classified information and was openly known. Still, I never said anything about it and never heard anything for decades until the 1980s. I worked in an area that did not officially exist and was completely unkown. I Never Said Anything for decades.

I think the secrecy was a huge mistake, and in a democracy such as the US the public should have been told. He created a political image, but his actions were different from that image which left him open to blackmail by the Soviet Union for making a secret deal with Khrushchev. This had to send some of the ultra right-wing generals at the Pentagon into the stratosphere for they surely learned about it. After all, NATO was involved.

Also, JFK wouldn't accept the Army's lie as described by Neil Sheehan in his "Bright and Shining Lie" from the beginning of 1963 when the South Vietnamese Army were not willing or able to undertake the fighting against the Viet Cong. He wanted to withdraw from South Vietnam as described, but the president of South Vietnam was assassinated just three weeks before JFK. The CIA was on the move, and Mongoose might very well have been out of control and operating beyond JFK's knowledge. I believe that the full information about his assassination has still to see the light of day.

See BBC One's Panorama tonight at 2100 for Britain's Secret Terror Force. These British soldiers acted out of uniform to carry out surveillance from the gutter vantage point as dustmen and similar workers.

Today the same goes on in London's North Kensington against me with US Marines using the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known that they introduced with their arrival in February 2001. They and others with them threaten to kill continuously as part of their torture abuse. They are actually killing, however, with electronic weapons at the same time while causing as much damage as possible hoping to discredit what I report by blaming their innocent victim (me). They do not wear uniforms and participate in the community with those I reported for child abuse as far back as 1998.

They have expanded this operation by distributing the surveillance technology to neighbours apparently at a price for profit and have also used me as an additional non-consenting marketing guinea pig to attempt to sell the surveillance technology on a wider basis. At the same time they are trying to take over all my property and my home by eliminating me. This totally invasive surveillance technology violence has become a standard of my daily life 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998.

Will it be 40 years before this is revealed too?

The police say:

1. The women had a controlled existence with some degree of freedom; and

2. The police have never seen anything on this scale before (length of time).

The police have been knowing participants in my enslavement and captivity with torture by surveillance technology for over 15 years 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998, and they are making every effort to wipe me out now to cover up this horrendous crime in which they are directly involved.

A television programme on forced marriages brought one of them to contact a charity who then informed police. I am not surprised by this at all and wait to see the full information disclosed.

One wonders about slavery in the UK where the right to life is allowed to be denied for decades even while everyone knows about it as has occurred in my direct experience for over 15 years by those using surveillance technology against me whom I initially reported for child abuse in May 1998.

Abusive Management Creates Child Protection Workers' Pressure

"One respondent told the survey: "We were told if you have a teenager on your case who is 14 to 16 years old then they cannot have child protection plans anymore because they are either deemed 'capable of voting with their feet' or 'able to self-protect'." "

Oh, good, a 14-year-old gets to run away from home and be subjected to the street predators instead but deemed capable of self protection. The abusers are managing the system.

In a world of phenomenal technological advances, why is it that the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known has been given to those whom I reported for child abuse along with others reported for antisocial behaviour and crimes?

This has been going on indefinitely 24/7/365 since 1998 and continues as of this writing. The abusers have come to dominate and control government.

Family and Children Services in Kensington & Chelsea merged into Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham councils at the end of 2010. Obviously, the budget whatever it was could not possibly handle child abusers who were using the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known. That must have been quite expensive as child abuse flourished and grew.

When I tried to report this at the end of 1999 to the Prime Minister, I was summoned before a couple psychiatrists at the nearby St Charles Hospital where my letter to the Prime Minister was displayed to me in a folder bearing my name. I had described the ongoing child abuse that summer where the abused child was acting out violence against other children as he continued to receive abuse.

I was the one who was then subjected to extreme abuse by these psychiatrists and a psychiatric nurse who joined in the surveillance technology abuse against me. When I met with them in early 2000, it was the time when Victoria Climbie was being tortured to death. They paid no attention to the fact that I was reporting child abuse and reiterating it to them. They did not listen to me and embarked on an abuse campaign against me instead.

This year I was once again summoned to attend a meeting with one of these psychiatrists with whom I would have nothing to do and filed a complaint. My third major complaint over these years. Part of the complaint resolution was an invitation to make an appointment with them. Yesterday Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said he had never met a doctor who did not want to help patients. There are many Dr Shipmans in the NHS and many doctors who mis-prescribe medications for the wrong reasons such as powerful antipsychotics as calmatives that have serious side effects. These doctors are helping themselves not the patients.

The police have been the same. Try to file a complaint against the police with the IPCC as I have done this year and see what happens. Those charged with protecting children not only fail to do so but set up a process so that child abuse can continue which is covered up by all those involved who seek to blame and eradicate the person who reports the child abuse. Jimmy Savile flourished in the NHS, and the police did not act properly when complaints were made in numerous locations around the country. This goes on today as of this writing still.

The problem is far from solved, and those charged with child protection fail miserably bringing about all the pressure on themselves about which they complain. No one wants to get involved with people like these so high vacancy rates develop. Then along comes Jeremy Hunt who pretends these kinds of violently destructive problems are so rare that he's never met a psychopathic doctor when 1% of the population is psychopathic. How many people are employed by the NHS? How many psychopathic personalities become involved in child protection who happen to be child abusers and set up a structure of institutionalised child abuse?

Colonel Vine USMC (Ret/Res) who set up surveillance technology abuse against me in February 2001 with Lt Harry Bird USMC (Ret/Res) went to Sri Lanka just after the tsunami on Boxing Day 2004. He had gone to Kabul at the end of 2001 just after the successful invasion of that country. He's an apparent frequent traveler to trouble spots like these at critical times which I believe are connected with bringing his extreme suppressive activities to areas of insurgency throughout the world.

So far this surveillance technology operation against me in London's North Kensington continues 24/7/365 consisting of imprisonment, torture interrogation under threat of death, medical experimentation and surveillance technology R&D. While the Tamil Tigers were blocked from escape and bombed, those using the surveillance technology against me in effect do the same thing only with electronic weapons on a continuous experimental basis.

David Cameron has received extensive information from me about this for many years. His proposed critical words in Sri Lanka to shine a light on the problem there reflects extreme hypocrisy since he does not address a similar problem in London about which he is fully aware. The activity being carried out against me is lethal and appears to be exported elsewhere.

II.  Former Home Secretary Charles Clarke (Dec 2004 to June 2006) Testifies at the News of the World (NoW) Phone Hacking Trial

Charles Clarke adviser Hannah Pawlby 'was hacked by NoW'  along with family & a senior MI6 agent family friend in 2005.

BBC News Channel broadcast noted that Andy Coulson called her in June 2005. Here there are reported two phone messages left for her regarding an important story apparently involving the false allegations against her and Mr Clarke. She and others were hacked at least 12 times noted by evidence found by the police. The great tragedy is that this was just before the 7/7 deadly London terror attack. It is outrageous that the NoW was hacking the Home Secretary's personal adviser and a senior MI6 agent at this time about false sewer allegations.

Even worse, however, was the fact that the Home Office was involved in a far worse surveillance operation against me and had been for years since 1998 at this time in 2005. I received the first of two abusive letters from the Home Office's Simon Watkin dated 3rd March 2005 (link to this letter posted here a couple days ago) concerning my correspondence to the Home Secretary who was Charles Clarke at this time having just taken over from David Blunkett in Dec 2004.

I was subjected to continuous 24/7/365 false allegations of the most destructive kind straight out of the sewer in an effort to "shut him down" in order to "break him down." I was then falsely accused by the Home Office of being mentally ill in order to deny my complaint by blaming me the victim.

I note here at this same time Charles Clarke was not deemed mentally ill and is testifying in court today on behalf of the prosecution against the NoW defendants when he was in charge of running a far worse abusive operation. [Facebook]
