I've read the article about you yesterday, posted a couple Tweets and want to write to you about my experience with respect to the risks which I believe you are addressing.
There are several areas where we share a common denominator: my father was in the US Navy during WWII and Korea; I served in the USAF Security Service 1961-4; and my experience since 1998 reflects the risk concerns you are now trying to address at the NSA. Oh, yes, and I have an MBA from Columbia's GSB 1973 and an undergraduate BA from GS 1969.
I have been subjected to what I call Toxic Surveillance since Sunday, 16th August 1998, after I reported child abuse in an adjacent flat Tuesday, 5th May 1998, which was provided to this family group below after three months of stalking and harassment. The core of the surveillance technology originated in the flat above but was distributed to various users.
In February 2001 this indefinite Toxic Surveillance was joined by USMC Colonel Vine, USMC Lt Harry Bird and others apparently civilian with at least one female. This was seven months before 9/11. They introduced the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known to human civilisation based upon the Tempest intercept principle against weak emissions. While Tempest had been used against my computer technology from 1998, this was also used against the human being from February 2001 onwards to this writing 24/7/365.
False allegations were generated to sustain this extreme surveillance technology abuse throughout all these almost 18 years. Fundamentally, this was an experiment and described as such with explicit knowledge that they were "breaking every law in the books" as also explicitly stated.
However, this has been carried out globally against thousands of people, and Colonel Vine has traveled elsewhere including Kabul after the successful invasion of Afghanistan following 9/11 and Sri Lanka following the Boxing Day tsunami at the end of 2004. I believe that this surveillance technology has been used as part of the torture programmes which have emerged at Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib and elsewhere at black prison sites as well as in civilian neighbourhoods such as what I am experiencing in London's North Kensington.
The essence of this surveillance technology used against humans is that it can intercept brainwave electromagnetic radiation (EMR) that has been decoded to monitor the target's eyesight, hearing, feeling (pain), movement and thoughts (images and words) along with feeding back sound (Voice-to-Skull V2K), images for dream inducement and memory probing along with surreptitious medication to debilitate and incapacitate.
Thus, an interrogation programme is carried out 24/7/365 by a torture process of sleep deprivation (waking up frequently throughout the night) and general torture abuse to induce thoughts which can be read. This is distributed to adjacent flats where those next door can participate in the torture abuse activity including children. This also takes place by similarly distributed surveillance technology in public areas such as the Walkway outside my front door and the public area outside my windows. This surveillance technology can track me wherever I am located and carry out the same abuse wherever I am located.
Hundreds if not thousands of people have been involved in this activity since 1998 where the surveillance technology has been freely displayed to many and allowed to be used by these. Included are Iranian asylum seekers who are Sharia law advocates and fundamental Muslims threatening me as an Infidel who should be killed under Sharia law by beheading or stoning. I reported this which had been occurring before the death of Lee Rigby in South London.
North Kensington has had a special problem with respect to terrorists since 1998 especially the London bombings and would be bombings of 7/7 and 21/7/2005 where a couple of these were arrested in the Colville Terrace area not far away to the east. Abu Hamza's wife lived in the Shepherd's Bush area to the west at the time of his recent extradition to the US for trial in NYC. One of the 21/7 dud bombers tried to blow up a Hammersmith & City Tube train at the Shepherd's Bush station. He fled up the tracks and was eventually returned from Italy for trial in the UK.
Abu Hamza while at the Finsbury Park mosque in 1998 recruited eight bombers including his son and son-in-law who were sent to Yemen to bomb there on Christmas 1998 at the time the extensive and totally invasive surveillance technology was carried out against me started by false allegations from those whom I had reported for child abuse. The exported UK terrorists were tried in Yemen after the terrorists on the Yemen end captured and held hostage a UK tourist organisation group in a bid to free these eight imported terrorists who had been captured by the police in a routine stop. The tourists were freed by the Yemen army with some deaths. See Mary Quin's book Kidnapped in Yemen for an extraordinary account of what happened and its aftermath. She testified at his trial in NYC.
One of the 9/11 bombers was reported to have passed through the Finsbury Park mosque as revealed at his NYC trial although another source reports two. I believe that there was a significant risk elevation by the use of this surveillance technology falsely against me with great intensity by a large number of people continuously for years which contributed to 9/11 and 7/7 & 21/7/2005 among other attacks. On the eve of the 9/11 attacks a male yelled out front "I hate Americans" as Lt Harry Bird USMC (Res/Ret), the mother of the abused children, BS, and others including Colonel Vine assembled as they did every evening to carry out vigilante mob abuse while using the surveillance technology against me inside my home.
This is risk out in the public domain about which I continued to write and communicate to bring it to a halt. On my Tripod surveillance web site you will see copies of two Emails I sent to USAF Lt Gen Michael Hayden, DIRNSA, by way of the human resources office since that was the only Email address available. The 7/7 and 21/7 bombers were picked up crossing paths and tracked in the UK for a short bit but dropped due to lack of surveillance resources while they were using a significant amount of resources against me an innocent person. In July 2009 Columbia Magazine published an article about a guy from the College who was head of the NCTC about which I sent a "doubting" letter founded upon the fact of my experience where this risk was not being addressed but allowed to go on for years:

The would be Detroit underwear bomber attempt occurred on Christmas 2009 after I had sent a fax of this risk assessment to both President Obama and Prime Minister Brown explicitly stating the higher risk element for the reasons cited. This terrorist had passed through the UK education system and was susceptible to recruitment by radical clerics in the UK. His story is now well known. His father had reported him before the bombing attempt, but he still got through.
More recently two terrorist attackers were caught, tried and convicted from North Kensington while plotting to kill police and military personnel on the street. Photos of the nearby Shepherd's Bush police station and a Territorial Army base were found in 2014 raids further north of here and in Notting Hill to the south where these two terrorists along with others elsewhere were captured.
The trial finally took place earlier this year. Once again the high risk associated with this large surveillance technology operation resulted in its being the mid-point between these two captured terrorists seeking to kill police/military personnel on the streets like Lee Rigby was murdered. I maintain that this operation has been a significant contributor to terrorist risk on an ongoing basis from 1998 to the present.
I'm going to stop for the moment and send this since I am subjected to continuous abuse by those using the #ToxicSurv who make every attempt to interfere with what I am doing to stall or stop it if they can. It's better to keep what I write short if possible.
