"No public [UK] probe into Iraq 'abuse' "

BBC News Channel

Sadly, this has been a particularly outstanding day for information regarding systematic torture carried out by the British military with respect to the comments by Phil Shiner, Lawyer, followed by a response from Bill Rammell, MP.

The questions put by your presenter to Mr Rammell were very well done and most impressive in light of the fact that this most serious issue of utmost national importance is not just confined to the British military but reflects an overall policy of torture by this Labour government which I have experienced directly for 11+ years 24/7/365 administered by abuse from surveillance technology.

I note that Mr Rammell's government Email address from his web site indicates his role as Parliamentary Secretary at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office which makes my very brief comments about this matter all the more relevant to him and the problem of indefinite torture carried out in the UK itself as a matter of policy by this Labour government.

The pattern of torture which has now emerged more definitively from the British military and the alleged involvement of government and civil servants parallels my experience for the past 11+ years since August 1998 where hundreds have been involved in the torture abuse carried out against me 24/7/365.

Further, at the heart of this torture abuse are former US Marines Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others who arrived in the proximity of my home in February 2001 with their most sophisticated brainwave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology which provided satellite tracking, totally invasive surveillance and an electromagnetic weapon for torture abuse any time and any where.

This has never stopped for all the 11+ years 24/7/365 at any time as steps were made at key points when I brought this torture abuse to the attention of higher levels including the Prime Minister in September 1999 and when I sought the protection of the court in March 2001.

I have suffered grievous bodily harm, actual bodily harm, personal injuries and an attempt to manufacture physical and mental health problems as part of a Munchhausen By Proxy Syndrome to blame the target/victim in order to cover up all that has been done.

There is a widespread effort to both carry out this abuse on an ongoing basis up to the present writing along with any and all abuse connected with covering up what has been done by destroying me in any way possible that does not look like it was done by those who are actually doing it.

With all due respect to Mr Rammell he will have to re-evaluate all that he is saying because the problem of torture is not just systematic and endemic in the British military as we are now seeing but permeates the civilian life of the UK in a most persistent systematic manner that involves hundreds of people and multiple departments of government along with elected officials, civil servants and ministers of state up to and including the most recent two Prime Ministers.

I refer Mr Rammell to my published information which is only a very small part of what I've experienced and direct his attention to my Twitter account for recent months of commentary about this activity with real time notes about the ongoing torture abuse.

Recently, there was reference to a male surveillance abuser who said "You'll have to go to the MoD for that." I do not remember precisely to what he was referring, but it appeared to me at that time that this was in reference to some activity I might pursue to redress my grievance about this extreme abuse of surveillance technology used against me as an indefinite torture weapon.

In the past there have been other references to the MoD as well as the US DoD along with US officials and their positions noted along with UK officials and their positions. These have included the President, White House, Prime Minister, Number Ten, US Secretary of State, Colin Powell, Hillary Clinton, Home Secretary, various names of Home Secretaries, and so on.

I keep a complete diary/log of all these references along with a thorough record about all that is happening.

Since Mr Rammell is associated with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office as Parliamentary Secretary, I want to bring to his attention that former US Marines are operating as surveillance torturers and assassins on UK soil completely above and outside the law.

Are these agents of a foreign power operating on a proxy basis for UK torture where an attempt is being made to cover up this torture?

They have made comments about some relationship with the MoD along with other departments of government and their secretaries of state as well as the Prime Minister referring to Tony Blair and more recently Gordon Brown.

I'm glad to be able to communicate this information to Mr Rammell in light of the allegations now surfacing with respect to the British military and the activity I've experience with respect to former US military personnel who are operating in a similar manner inside the UK.

I want to point out that Colonel Vine was initially off on trips to other locations around the world including Kabul after the initial successful invasion of Afghanistan and Sri Lanka after the Boxing Day tsunami.

There have been indications that similar operations to which I've been subjected for 11+ years 24/7/365 are being carried out in other UK cities such as Liverpool as mentioned by Lt Harry Bird from time to time.

I believe that a civilian inquiry with full legal powers needs to be carried out into the torture policy of this Labour government both inside and outside the British military since there is an overall pattern of such abuse which permeates the UK and has done so while this Labour government has been in power in my direct experience.

My years of correspondence to three Labour Councillors and my Labour MP have done no good whatsoever to bring this extreme criminal activity to an end. The Councillors so contacted included those who also live in the [omitted] as part of their omitted] where this abuse is actually taking place.

Perhaps Mr Rammell would like to re-consider his comments in light of the torture abuse that is endemic in the UK and not confined to the British military but appears to be associated with it.

This extraordinary torture activity about which Lt Harry Bird claims that I "will die first" before he stops has been allowed to go on despite my best efforts to bring it to an end properly and legally.

Since all these efforts have failed, my only means left in order to protect myself as best I can from the extremely destructive torture activity being carried out against me has been to make this information public.

There have been so many people involved along with the extensive use of government departments and the general public that those who have tried to cover up this activity will find it impossible to do so.

Gary
