Obedience, Abuse, Sadism and Murder

From: "Gary D Chance"

Subject: Obedience: Lord Ashcroft, Unite/Teamsters, Cardinal Brady, Education cuts, banking collapse, bailout & bonuses, and sadism in the human character

1. Lord Ashcroft's non-Dom standing, £4 million contribution to Tories and position in Tory Party all pale when compared against Unite and this Labour government.

2. Unite's deputy head is the husband of Harriet Harman Labour Party Deputy Leader. Unite's co-leader is right in with Number Ten. And, eight Unite officials have Commons passes.

Unite has given £10m to the Labour Party. It truly owns the Labour Party and this government who are in a position where they cannot say "no" to Unite and risk losing this funding because their future depends upon Unite. Unite can do as it pleases.

3. Unite engineered a BA strike for affluent cabin crew who still have jobs against the background of BA losing huge amounts of money which has escalated to a world wide labour dispute impacting global recovery and including the notoriously corrupt US Teamsters.

4 & 5. Education is losing £449m with cuts impacting higher education in a devastating manner when the UK has bailed out the bankers with £100s of billions who are getting paid £billions in bonuses.

6. Cardinal Brady refuses to resign unless instructed to do so by the Pope after he failed to "disobey" in 1974/5 with respect to a paedophile priest by supporting the signing of unlawful silence agreements by children not to reveal the abuse to which they were subjected. It then went on.

7. Yesterday, we saw once again the problem of sadism highlighted by your news reports concerning the France2 broadcast of a documentary about a reality TV show depicting the disposition of the human character to behave sadistically to the extreme of causing intense pain and suffering including even to the point of death.

Critically important in your description of this France2 programme was the comment by its producer Christophe Nick (in your online News written report) that there was no inclination to disobey. While there were some protests, participants went on to inflict the shocks although bogus but unknown as such to the participant shocker.

This disposition to sadistic behaviour in the extreme and a failure to disobey in circumstances of stimulus are most alarming still as they have been for decades especially after WWII's devastating example of mass destruction founded on obedience.

I do not draw a distinction between scientific motivation or mob hysteria on a game show and the prospect of being on TV because the samples are so small that percentages are meaningless.

Stanley Milgram had only about 40 participants. Your Horizon programme also had a limited number as did the France2 programme. Trying to distinguish between 60% and 80% with such a small sample is not meaningful when comparing science motivation and mob hysteria connected with reality TV.

Critically important, however, is that the number of people is significantly over 50% which is astonishing. The sense of failure of humanity and its unwillingness to disobey when driven to carry out destructive behaviour is stupendous in the negative.

Consequently, we have situations evolving where Unite cabin crew were whipped up to mass hysteria levels by a strike voting machine which we saw you broadcast December last, and a further strike vote has occurred now with a strike facing BA that could be devastating.

There is no prospect of people disobeying the strike order in large numbers especially now that the power of Unite has spread worldwide to include other unions who could stop servicing BA aircraft in foreign countries.

I heard the Teamster president, James Hoffa, son of [the disappeared] Jimmy Hoffa, speaking on a news broadcast last night stating that the Teamsters would support their "brothers and sisters" in Britain and do everything legal it could inside the US.

It might sound good at the top, but everyone knows that by the time this reaches the rank and file of this organised crime dominated union, legality is something with which they are not concerned. They want people to submit and obey.

Nobody dares disobey the Teamsters because they will kill people. The US labour movement is laced with thugs who rule by fear and violence. Organised crime is entrenched, and they just kill people to rule by fear.

Where was the disobedience in the greed driven financial sector by the investment and commercial bankers who defrauded the world and almost brought the whole financial system to a complete collapse?

Look at the education system now in the UK being destroyed because they are taking the brunt of cutbacks when education is one of the most important assets of the UK: bonuses for the bankers and starvation for the students or no places at university for them.

Worst of all has been the 11 years and 7 months of surveillance abuse carried out against me involving multiple departments of government and 100s of people that no one has stopped. No one disobeys and stands up in this case to make what is happening public except myself as the victim.

In fact the very essence of the surveillance sadistic torture abuse against me is to "teach him a lesson," "obedience," "submission," and so on to stop me from reporting serious problems or doing anything about the torture abuse against me which is carried out indefinitely as a means to kill and silence completely.

This is where the real problem exists. It's the reality of what is happening in the community that is reflected by reality TV and the France2 television programme which shows that people are all too willing to destroy the other side in order to win a competition.

The whole foundation of the surveillance abuse against me is based upon game playing and the need to win which is said over and over by Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret with his characteristic use of language that dehumanises in order to make destruction palatable.

No one disobeys and says "no" in a meaningful way. There have been a few along the way who have conspicuously dropped out, but they have had not effect. None of the news about all these problems has had any effect either.

Those with the surveillance technology rule by smear and fear in this environment using me as a scapegoat just as the abusive priest who was revealed in your "Samantha" interview yesterday where she said she was characterised as "bad" and made to endure sexually sadistic abuse as part of a false psychological ritual for redemption that could never occur.

In the middle of all this in 1974/5 Cardinal Brady used the power of the Catholic Church to force silence on the abused instead of reporting the abuse as he should have done. He forced the victims of crimes to obey the order of silence that he implemented on behalf of others in the Catholic Church.

The course is downward and needs to be changed. The BBC is the only one who can start this happening in a meaningful way in the UK. It is not enough to air programmes that show experiments exposing the sadistic character of people.

What is happening now must be exposed to stop it and prevent the institutionalisation of abuse which is at the core of each one of these situations that has led or is leading to failure and collapse.

Is the BBC locked in an obedience cult itself and thus ignoring fundamental standards of journalism and public service broadcasting?

Child to Child Abuse Always Has Adult at Some Point

From: "Gary D Chance"

To: "BBC News Channel"; "BBC Newsnight"; BBC Newswatch"

Sent: Tuesday, March 16, 2010 7:09 PM

Subject: Children abusing other children and the need for a national strategy to treat abused children. First, however, we need to stop institutionalised abuse.

Nothing can be more incomprehensible in the context of this problem than giving child abusers surveillance technology in mid-August 1998 to use against me after I reported that child abuse in May 1998.

The child abuse went on along with the abuse against me only expanded because of the surveillance technology so that the children were abused further by training them to engage in sexual sadistic abuse against me by surveillance technology during the day and night.

It was so bad and not addressed after many letters to the police that I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister who was Tony Blair at that time in September 1999 detailing what was happening in 36 written pages along with five appendices of some 16 pages in total.

The central abused child started abusing other children at play during the summer of 1999 which I documented and included as part of the appendices describing the date/time and incidents relating to hitting, kicking and choking other children.

The actual verbally sadistic sexual abuse did not turn up in these public incidents of children abusing children but did go along and continued to occur during this time and for years to come in other ways.

Not only was my September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister completely ignored, but the surveillance abuse against me was escalated bringing in a massive police and NHS effort against me with my letter to the Prime Minister finding its way into the file of the St Charles Hospital's Acute Psychiatric Clinic to be used against me.

During all of this escalated abuse and false intervention against me by the police and NHS which I rejected as unfounded, unwarranted and a product of the intense need to suppress the truth by those in authority, Victoria Climbie was being beaten and tortured to death.

Every time there is a child acting in an abusively violent way against another child look for an abusive adult near that child. In the case of your news report one teenage boy abused a girl who then abuse others. If you go back further, you will find that boy was originally abused by an adult, or there was an adult along the line somewhere.

The problem of abusive personalities is that they are the product of this abuse from adults surrounding them while they were growing up who were passing along their own abuse that went from generation to generation.

Don't blame the government for these failures entirely either because the BBC has failed miserably to listen to what I've had to say and describe about what is actually happening.

Newsnight is the worst culprit in this with Peter Barron its editor turning against me in early 2005 supporting the government's denial of my description about what was happening. His letter to me was devastating, and something I shall never forget.

The problem has persisted and continues as of this writing, but Newsnight and the BBC are once again going around in circles reporting on problems that could have been addressed many years ago except for the fact that like everyone else the BBC just doesn't listen either and prefers to blame the victim of abuse.

I won't be watching Newsnight tonight as usual because I realise that its news is nonsense and doesn't reflect what is really happening in this nation. This particular report could have been made many years ago with more meaningful results and perhaps stopped some violence against children in this country that has continued to escalate in this nation.

Why is Peter Barron still editor of Newsnight?

Surveillance technology continues to be used against me as a violent abusive weapon that impacts the lives of everyone in this environment especially the children.

The mother of the abused children whom I reported in May 1998 has never stopped using the surveillance technology against me.

The abused child has grown up to become a non-functioning adult whom she has sought to join in officially with the surveillance abuse because he can be dominated, controlled and trusted to carry out abuse with it that he will not divulge.

He's subjected to more abuse to make certain that he does obey. He always lives with the threat of death over him if he "tells."

The abuse goes from one generation to the next as always, and in this case there has been an attempt to swell the ranks of the surveillance technology abusers in this manner.

No one has still not stopped this surveillance torture abuse. It's not just the failure of a programme for treating abused children in this country that is lacking.

It's the failure to stop institutionalised child and adult abuse by means of surveillance technology known to all that is allowed to go on without any restraint whatsoever.

The BBC is as responsible as anyone for allowing this to continue to the detriment of everyone in the community near the BBC in North Kensington.

Here it would not have cost anything to provide an invaluable public service many years ago, but those like Newsnight Editor Peter Barron at the BBC chose to blame the victim thereby continuing the abuse and its violent spillover into the community.

Never ask why 100s of professionals and dozens of agencies fail to stop abuse for decades. The BBC is right in the middle of that failure and should know exactly why it happens.

"You better stop it," said one of the surveillance abusers.

To whom do you think this person was talking?

Was it the person reporting the problem as I am doing here or the person carrying out the abuse?

If it was the former, this shows that the abusers are successfully continuing with threats of abuse to try to silence its reporting.

If it was the latter, this means that these kinds of statements are useless because the verbally violent abuse continues.

It might as well be Peter Barron and his kind making these statements for all the good he has done in the past five years.

Serious Sex Offender Tracking & Monitoring Surveillance

From: "Gary D Chance"

To: "BBC News Channel"; "BBC Panorama"; "BBC London"; "Alan Johnson"; "CEOP"; "Sir Paul Stephenson"

Sent: Tuesday, March 09, 2010 3:26 PM

Subject: Peter Chapman's (33) murder of Ashleigh Hall (17) was horrible & preventable, but all engaged in this discussion are keeping the British public in the dark and feeding them with what makes the grass grow greener.

The ultimate horror of a young woman of 17 experiencing that kind of death is unthinkable. It is even worse that the comments by those in the media and government are even more unthinkable because of everyone's obvious knowledge of a solution that is not even discussed let alone implemented.

The British public is not being served and, worse, is being abused by those who control power and information.

An earlier interviewee on the BBC News Channel talking with Matthew A said that there are 50,000 convicted sex offenders who need to be tracked in some way or another.

He said that at best only six of these can be put under surveillance for the protection of the public due to lack of resources since it takes a massive number of police officers to carry out surveillance against one person.

The question also came up about going after those who do not report to the police as required. He said that in such an instance all the police forces in the nation would have to be notified which would be an undertaking of considerable magnitude as well.

I also recall a Panorama programme on this very problem of tracking sex offenders to ensure that they do not re-offend. The result of the Panorama programme was that these sex offenders were not tracked and went on to attempt to groom as was shown. The system just does not work as was shown too, and representations to the contrary are just so much verbiage.

I have never done anything in my life to warrant indefinite surveillance carried out against me 24/7/365. Quite the contrary. I've reported problems for decades that have put my life at risk because they involved organised crime in the past. Bruce Bailey was killed in June 1989 in NYC by mistaken identity thinking that he was I. He looked exactly like me and lived on my street at that time.

Despite this sterling reputation of mine and my more than clean history, I have been tracked by surveillance technology for 11.5 years 24/7/365 by those whom I reported for child abuse who continue as of this writing in an effort to cover up that abuse and their other continuous criminal activity.

This reflects a terrible waste of resources against the innocent by the guilty allowing the real sex offenders and abusive personalities to go free and unfettered to commit further crimes. It has had the same impact on terrorism in the UK as well.

The surveillance technology exists to track serious sex offenders economically with minimal resources and people, but it is not even being publicly discussed let alone recognised as existing despite its abuse against me for nine years 24/7/365 since February 2001.

It's pathetic to see people like the Home Secretary Alan Johnson talking about laws in place for everything while side stepping the issue of monitoring and referring to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre when he could address meaningful solutions for this problem but refuses to do so.

All Alan Johnson has to say is that "lessons need to be learned." Elect another lot to government and see what they can do is the lesson that has been learned from this government.

Jim Gamble from CEOP is in a quandary trying to get more and better cooperation from the Internet organisations and others to put child safety first which they are not doing in reality.

The question came up about powers not properly enforced? He said that we have collective power and referred to a mixed economy workforce: needed to work with industry.

He went on to describe a need for a greater and more ethical approach to social networking by these Internet social networking organisations adding that they should do it with a child safety first approach.

He ended his comments by saying that he felt like he would be back again soon saying the same things all over like a "broken record."

This will not happen if this country wakes up to the surveillance technology that exists and is being abused in the worst imaginable way against people like me by the abusers themselves who should be monitored not doing the surveillance monitoring.

It's time to start discussing the surveillance technology that can effectively track serious sex offenders and other criminals who are a direct threat to the public so that the public can be adequately protected which does not exist at present.

David Blunkett was right when he referred to a "prison without walls," only he wants to deny the reality of this surveillance technology.

How many more innocent children are you going to be allowed to be murdered by these depraved people when they can be adequately monitored and tracked so that they cannot disappear and/or offend?

Of course, coincident with this has been the sexual sadistic torture abuse carried out against me 24/7/365 for 11.5 years by those whom I reported for child abuse in 1998 and many others who have engaged in this "joint enterprise" with surveillance technology as a weapon.

Not only are children not protected, but abusers are allowed to carry out surveillance torture abuse of the most heinous kind against me 24/7/365 and the community indefinitely.

The problem goes far deeper than just failing to protect the public, and all activity is so far illusionary because it does not openly embrace the ability to get the job done properly and effectively.

Generally speaking all those involved in this discussion constitute a useless lot spinning wheels to create the illusion of doing something while innocent children continue to be murdered unnecessarily.

Forget about me, but listen to what I have to say.

Children Killing Children Reflects Broken Britain

From: "Gary D Chance"

To: "BBC News Channel"

Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2010 5:03 PM

Subject: An interesting interview about Jon Venables being returned to prison & the problem of "Pure Evil" that exists or doesn't exist.

"Jon Venables return to prison is a setback for the cause of prison reform and rehabilitation"

"James Bulger's mother says killer 'where he belongs' "

I believe that your interviewee gave some excellent and well considered answers about this problem by referring to abuse and its consequences in children and adults including on the international stage.

The system has failed to deal with these extreme crimes in such a manner that they can be prevented. [Jon Venables and Robert Thompson when aged 10 killed James Bulger one month short of 3-years-old in 1993. Both were released from prison in 2001. Jon Venables has been returned to prison for an undisclosed reason.]

We can go back to the Mary Flora Bell case where she killed two younger children when she was only 11-years-old in 1968 to see the continuing failures to deal properly with children in this society since this extreme tragedy was repeated in 1993 by Venables and Thompson.

It was not until Gita Sereny's book "Cries Unheard" came out in 1998 that the public got a glimpse of the horror to which Mary Flora Bell had been subjected as a child by her prostitute mother.

The other child with her was provided psychiatric help up to and during the trial and has dropped out of everyone's consciousness but not so for Mary Flora Bell who received no help and a conviction at the hands of the justice system.

The UK just has not done anything for children and has failed to recognise that, as Gita Sereny states, children are innocent and created as monsters by their experiences.

The whole problem of child protection and the treatment of children by the courts is horrendous when it comes to these extreme crimes that one can only assume the courts and government are failing over and over all along.

Mary Flora Bell was saved by one person in the youth offender's institution where she served some of her prison time. Apparently, this has failed Jon Venables.

All I have to do is reflect upon my 11.5 years of surveillance technology abuse 24/7/365 by those whom I reported for child abuse to realise what these people do to children creating violent children and adults by their abuse.

They are making every effort to be as provocative as possible against me to create violent reactions. When that does not occur, the make it up. They want to pick fights and attack to destroy. In this case they have been using surveillance technology against me for this purpose now 11.5 years 24/7/365 being allowed to do so by this government as it continues unabated at this writing.

This is why I see this pilot project for releasing information about child abusers to parents as a source of information as something that will be abused. Child abusers themselves with whom I've had direct experience are trying to hide their abuse and will make up whatever they want including getting information from the police against someone like me who reports these problems.

They seek to get rid of anyone who reports child abuse and any other antisocial behaviour so that they are free to carry on with violent abuse, criminal and antisocial behaviour.

So much work as been done in this area by the likes of Erich Fromm and Alice Miller with specific regard to Hitler and the horrendous problems which occurred in Germany leading to WWII, but this has been studiously ignored in the UK.

This is the key problem in the UK today as it has been for decades. The BBC could do a significant job of addressing this problem but has failed to do so. When are you going to start?

BBC Changes: Improvement or Dumbing Down?

----- Original Message -----

To: "BBC News Channel"; "BBC Newswatch"

Sent: Tuesday, March 02, 2010 3:52 PM

Subject: My 2 pence worth of comment about the BBC changes and news reporting such as it is.

This is my own personal input and probably does not represent a generalised viewpoint, but who knows?

As far as general programmes go, I don't watch very much of the BBC's programming these days and haven't for a few years. This may be a personal proclivity, but I am attracted to NCIS, CSI, Numb3rs, Criminal Minds, Law and Order (Criminal Intent & Special Victims Unit) along with bits of Cold Case, the Mentalist and even Medium which has been on the BBC I might add. And, let's not forget House.

I am attracted to these programs largely because of their scientific based crime solving or medical diagnosis with all the pitfalls of human interaction that go along with these activities. We need more and more of an objective determination, I believe, which I think accounts for a great deal of these programmes attractiveness. Plus, they are drawn from real events then tailored to dramatic presentation and, even in some cases, toned down a bit from reality.

I actually think these programmes are quite educational as I find them relevant to experience which I've been relating to you since September 2000 that has been going on here from 1998 to the present including this surveillance technology which is seeping into these dramas.

The only place I've seen this on the BBC has been Spooks of late which makes it fascinating for me as well as their drama in terms of power struggles which I believe to be quite relevant although most would not want to accept this as valid given the replacement of government by agents or those controlled by the intelligence agencies.

Except for Spooks none of this is on the BBC where I would have thought that the BBC would have been a natural home for scientific observation and thought along with mathematics and forensics with respect to crime solving. Behavioural analysis is extremely important in understanding our world and those around use to avoid being sucked into criminal enterprise by the manipulative.

These programmes, while fictional, have really touched upon my experiences in a profound way making them most meaningful and relevant.

The BBC is a failed organisation when it comes to investigative journalism which leaves this country vulnerable to the violent and those who would allow violence to flourish. The BBC does this by default in its journalism in not reporting the problems taking place right here. There is a decided lack of real public service where it counts the most at the BBC.

I'll wait and see how the £600 million is re-channelled at the BBC. In the meantime I'll keep watching these other programmes elsewhere and tune in from time to time to the BBC News Channel. I do not like commercials at all, but they are endurable when the programming is brilliant.

The BBC has basically dumbed down across the board. As a result, the public is being dumbed down. These US programmes do not insult the intelligence of their audiences and treat them to esoteric knowledge which becomes a learning experience.

NCIS of late is the No 1 rated television show in the US. Why do you suppose that is? Is it "Abbey" in her lab with all that gee whiz stuff? Is it the MIT geek with his computer skills? Or, the offbeat non-PC approach to inter-actions among staff or for solving crimes with a medical wizard (Scottish origin dramatically) in the autopsy room?

Why are there these English actors in these programmes such as House and CSI (at least for a time anyway)? Why can't they find work in the UK?

Why has the UK talent gone over to the US to find expression? Is it because they cannot express themselves here in writing, production, acting and directing? It's not the size of the market that matters. It's the ability to get something done. That's all these people care about. The quality of productions in the UK at the BBC is hurting.

So what is really wrong with the UK?

Could it be related to the surveillance technology abuse dumbing down and destroying which I've been experiencing and the general inability to portray what is happening in this country?

Is the UK generally suppressed especially by this control freak Labour government? Is so, why isn't the BBC digging into this and reporting it?

Is the BBC part of the problem or a solution for it?

Gary
