Subject: Children abusing other children and the need for a national strategy to treat abused children. First, however, we need to stop institutionalised abuse.
Nothing can be more incomprehensible in the context of this problem than giving child abusers surveillance technology in mid-August 1998 to use against me after I reported that child abuse in May 1998.
The child abuse went on along with the abuse against me only expanded because of the surveillance technology so that the children were abused further by training them to engage in sexual sadistic abuse against me by surveillance technology during the day and night.
It was so bad and not addressed after many letters to the police that I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister who was Tony Blair at that time in September 1999 detailing what was happening in 36 written pages along with five appendices of some 16 pages in total.
The central abused child started abusing other children at play during the summer of 1999 which I documented and included as part of the appendices describing the date/time and incidents relating to hitting, kicking and choking other children.
The actual verbally sadistic sexual abuse did not turn up in these public incidents of children abusing children but did go along and continued to occur during this time and for years to come in other ways.
Not only was my September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister completely ignored, but the surveillance abuse against me was escalated bringing in a massive police and NHS effort against me with my letter to the Prime Minister finding its way into the file of the St Charles Hospital's Acute Psychiatric Clinic to be used against me.
During all of this escalated abuse and false intervention against me by the police and NHS which I rejected as unfounded, unwarranted and a product of the intense need to suppress the truth by those in authority, Victoria Climbie was being beaten and tortured to death.
Every time there is a child acting in an abusively violent way against another child look for an abusive adult near that child. In the case of your news report one teenage boy abused a girl who then abuse others. If you go back further, you will find that boy was originally abused by an adult, or there was an adult along the line somewhere.
The problem of abusive personalities is that they are the product of this abuse from adults surrounding them while they were growing up who were passing along their own abuse that went from generation to generation.
Don't blame the government for these failures entirely either because the BBC has failed miserably to listen to what I've had to say and describe about what is actually happening.
Newsnight is the worst culprit in this with Peter Barron its editor turning against me in early 2005 supporting the government's denial of my description about what was happening. His letter to me was devastating, and something I shall never forget.
The problem has persisted and continues as of this writing, but Newsnight and the BBC are once again going around in circles reporting on problems that could have been addressed many years ago except for the fact that like everyone else the BBC just doesn't listen either and prefers to blame the victim of abuse.
I won't be watching Newsnight tonight as usual because I realise that its news is nonsense and doesn't reflect what is really happening in this nation. This particular report could have been made many years ago with more meaningful results and perhaps stopped some violence against children in this country that has continued to escalate in this nation.
Why is Peter Barron still editor of Newsnight?
Surveillance technology continues to be used against me as a violent abusive weapon that impacts the lives of everyone in this environment especially the children.
The mother of the abused children whom I reported in May 1998 has never stopped using the surveillance technology against me.
The abused child has grown up to become a non-functioning adult whom she has sought to join in officially with the surveillance abuse because he can be dominated, controlled and trusted to carry out abuse with it that he will not divulge.
He's subjected to more abuse to make certain that he does obey. He always lives with the threat of death over him if he "tells."
The abuse goes from one generation to the next as always, and in this case there has been an attempt to swell the ranks of the surveillance technology abusers in this manner.
No one has still not stopped this surveillance torture abuse. It's not just the failure of a programme for treating abused children in this country that is lacking.
It's the failure to stop institutionalised child and adult abuse by means of surveillance technology known to all that is allowed to go on without any restraint whatsoever.
The BBC is as responsible as anyone for allowing this to continue to the detriment of everyone in the community near the BBC in North Kensington.
Here it would not have cost anything to provide an invaluable public service many years ago, but those like Newsnight Editor Peter Barron at the BBC chose to blame the victim thereby continuing the abuse and its violent spillover into the community.
Never ask why 100s of professionals and dozens of agencies fail to stop abuse for decades. The BBC is right in the middle of that failure and should know exactly why it happens.
"You better stop it," said one of the surveillance abusers.
To whom do you think this person was talking?
Was it the person reporting the problem as I am doing here or the person carrying out the abuse?
If it was the former, this shows that the abusers are successfully continuing with threats of abuse to try to silence its reporting.
If it was the latter, this means that these kinds of statements are useless because the verbally violent abuse continues.
It might as well be Peter Barron and his kind making these statements for all the good he has done in the past five years.
