Subject: National Citizens' Service and Sir Michael Caine's appearance at the Tory "presser"
What Sir Michael Caine had to say was fascinating but revealed the problem with today's vision of what actually exists in this world which he can drawn upon from his career but does not for the socially deprived areas and estates of this nation.
I refer to my Email of a few minutes ago to add a more recent film of his that also was a harbinger of the present: "The Quiet American".
1. "The Ipcress File" in the 1960s dealt with mind control. [Len Deighton's 1962 book]
2. "The Whistleblower" in the 1980s dealt with abuses at GCHQ where those who knew and threatened to tell were killed while those around them were subjected to threats of falsely using the Mental Health Act to incarcerate and obliterate. [John Hale's 1984 book]
3. "The Quiet American" in the 2000s dealt with the introduction of plastic explosives into Vietnam in 1954 based on Graham Greene's 1955 novel of the same name who usually is ironic in his titles. In this instance the American was not so quiet.
Sir Michael described making a film on an Estate near Elephant & Castle last year with all the same characters that have been stereotyped from the past which still actually exist today.
However, all three of his films above have been telescoped into the reality of underclass life on [an] Estate in North Kensington where I have been subjected to totally invasive surveillance technology 24/7/365 from mid-August 1998 to the present as of this writing.
This is under the operational control of those whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 who were joined by Colonel Vine USMC Ret and Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret in February 2001 seven months before 9/11.
These past 11 years, 7 months and 3 weeks have combined mind control torture 24/7/365 escalated by the introduction of the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known or conceived to exist in February 2001 by US government agents all of which has been used to silence me by either death or the abuse of the Mental Health Act to section me.
What has actually happened is that the criminal element of old has been given the surveillance technology of tomorrow for mind control, extreme abuse and silencing those who would report all the problems that exist in this underclass environment. At the same time children are being brought up to this standard and abused so that they become abusive bullies themselves.
This is what is not being recognised today although it has been in existence for almost 12 years.
I had the opportunity to see the television taping of Bob Hope's 85th birthday show on Shaftesbury Avenue in the mid-1980s when Sir Michael Caine appeared just after the interval to tell a marvellous anecdote about himself and Bob Hope.
Just after WWII Bob Hope donated a couple weeks of his time to raising money in the South London area by putting on a variety show.
At the end of those two weeks, a boy from the local club who was part of sponsoring Bob Hope was selected to stand up and thank him at the end of the last show. That boy, said Sir Michael Caine, was himself.
It just so happened that Jim Lipton (author of "An Exaltation of Larks") was the executive producer of some of these Bob Hope specials and was the executive producer for this one to be broadcast on US television. He was the Master of Ceremonies for that evening. I had met Jim and his wife Kedekai one evening at their home with mutual friends way back in 1972.
For me this was a special show because I had missed Bob Hope's annual Christmas tour of US military bases in December 1963 when he came to Greece and Turkey that year while I was stationed at Trabzon, Turkey in the USAF Security Service just 90 miles from the then Soviet Union border at Georgia.
The runway was too short at Trabzon for a 707 to land, and Trabzon was the only base in Turkey where Bob Hope and his quests did not perform. We were quite disappointed but got on with our job working throughout the holiday season as we did 24/7/365.
I wrote to Jim Lipton upon my return to New York after seeing his excellently produced taping of the show which also included Prince Phillip whose charity received a nice cheque from the proceeds of this performance on Shaftesbury Avenue.
Jim later said that he had sent a copy of my letter on to Bob Hope who would appreciate the fact that I finally got to see the Christmas show I had missed some 20 years earlier.
It had been a treat, but the unannounced appearance by Sir Michael Caine was quite special given the story he told about Bob Hope's never ending generosity and efforts to help everyone everywhere.
My point in all of this is to urge that there be no failure to recognise what has been happening over the past 60 years which have been represented by Michael Caine's films as noted above, my SIGINT* work in the 1960s Cold War and the incredible activity which takes place clandestinely by the US government which can wreck a nation.
All of this is happening now in the UK and poses a grave danger. Michael Caine needs to update his film career with an amalgamation of these past films which have all been rolled into one on [this] Estate in North Kensington during the past almost 12 years.
The Tories need to recognise the reality of this activity that is taking place in North Kensington practically in David Cameron's backyard so that it can be properly addressed because it will scupper any attempt to create a National Citizen's Service.
Mind control and all its variations now exists with this neurologically based surveillance technology founded on Tempest. It has been introduced by the Americans in North Kensington over nine years ago. And, it is being used by the criminal element to create an antisocial and criminal enclave.
I first read Graham Greene's "The Quiet American" while I was stationed in Trabzon, Turkey, in 1964. It's amazing how all of these threads have come together in my life to sadly form a malevolent whole about which I am aware that has been seen during these decades in films by Sir Michael Caine.
However, no one has yet to put all of this together in the context of today's technology and destructive disposition of the human character. Perhaps Sir Michael Caine might want to go on and put all of this together as it is really happening at [this] Estate in North Kensington?
At present we are looking backward and not forward based upon the reality of what actually exists because we prefer to deny that reality rather than admit its existence.
If anyone really wants to address the problem of children to give them a second or any chance for normal development, then the child and adult abusers cannot be given the most sophisticated surveillance technology ever known to dominate and control underclass environments so that abuse flourishes and the honest, decent people are destroyed.
I like the ending to "The Ipcress File" where a dilemma is created by the traitor trying to smokescreen his identity while creating a scapegoat of the honest adversary. The same exists at present with this surveillance technology abuse against me. That is the real danger. Those who are honest, decent and report the truth will be vilified by those who seek to dominate, control and destroy.
So far this has gone on for nearly 12 years, and no one has got it right except a few who walk away in disgust. Any National Citizen's Service will be so manipulated and perverted producing results that are the opposite of those desired if this problem is not solved.
There is at present an alternate government in existence in the UK which will grow replacing legitimate democracy and its institutions unless it is democratically addressed. It will use legitimate efforts such any National Citizen's Service by exploiting it until taken over much like the Third Reich developed in 1930s Germany.

*[My SIGINT experience 1961 to 1964 has two significant aspects:
[1) at that time this massive worldwide operation was totally unknown and remained so for decades; and
[2) the big deception perpetuated by JFK when he promised to pull the US Jupiter missiles from Turkey as a quid pro quo for the USSR pulling its missiles out of Cuba.
[JFK deceived the US public by keeping the US Jupiter missile pull out from Turkey a secret which lasted for over 20 years until the mid-1980s when it finally became public. There were mid-term elections in early November 1962 just after the Cuban Missile Crisis was settled. Keeping this fact a secret increased JFK's stature and enhanced the Democrats nationwide in the mid-term elections for the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate as well as whatever state and local elections were taking place.
[Not until the second half of the 1970s when Admiral Bobby Inman, then Director NSA aka DIRNSA, took the NSA public in Congressional hearings was anything generally known about this super secret spy agency whose initials stood for "No Such Agency." Even James Bamford's 1982 book "The Puzzle Palace" met with a "frown" at the NSA. But, by the time his 2001 book "Body of Secrets" came out the NSA had a book signing party for him with employees bringing along "The Puzzle Palace" for him to sign as well. Earlier it had been basically banned.
[I did not learn about JFK's pull out of the Jupiter missiles from my SIGINT work in Trabzon, Turkey, but from English, French and Irish engineers working for Marconi and Hawker Siddley under NATO contract retraining the Turkish missile men to radar in Rize, Turkey, because the US Jupiter missiles had been pulled out.
[Today, the massive espionage effort in my estimation based upon the past 11.5+ years and especially the last 9+ years has been Son of Tempest used for brainwave monitoring and feedback surveillance which can read brain content and feedback brain functions. The big secret of the UK general and local elections concern the indefinite use of this surveillance technology in North Kensington against innocent people as I've experienced directly.
[My SIGINT experience ran from September 1961 just after the Berlin Wall went up in August 1961 through the Cuban Missile Crisis in October 1962 when I was at HQ USAF Security Service (March 1962 to October 1963). When JFK was assassinated in November 1963, I had been at Trabzon, Turkey, for just three weeks at the time. I was honourably discharged from the USAF Security Service at the end of November 1964 just after LBJ won the US presidential election.
[During the height of the Cold War at that time, I fully supported and was proud to participate in this worldwide military SIGINT operation carried out by many western countries but most especially Canada (CBNRC), UK (GCHQ), Australia and the US (NSA). The secrecy at that time was most justified as the threat from nuclear weapons was all too real. Since I could not and did not want to say a word about SIGINT, I was unable to use the experience for significant employment at that time. I was just another dork who had had been good at mopping floors and typing.
[However, my experience of the past decade or more has been entirely different reflecting the worst nightmare that can be created by Big Brother technology so advanced that it can read minds and all human senses while tracking people wherever they are. This has been used against innocent people such as myself based upon trumped up reasons for the secret R&D of this surveillance technology including medical experimentation and behaviour control.
[Most reprehensible about this extreme abuse of power are the people involved who are sadistic abusers in the extreme so demented that they have done nothing else with their lives for over a decade than to engage in complete destruction to satisfy their own corrupt self interest. They have knowingly been allowed to do this.
[This is why all of this activity needs to be fully exposed so that the British public can have full knowledge of all that has happened to hold those responsible fully accountable for all that has happened which has destroyed democracy and the institutions of democracy in the UK. Otherwise, the British public will not be able to cast a meaningful vote on 6th May 2010 because they will be ignorant of the most serious abuse of power imaginable.]
