You left out the most important aspect of the population growth impacting Britain in years to come: the violence and crime which will develop all the more especially given the free use of surveillance technology in local control areas.
You haven't even begun to consider what has happened in the past 12 years with respect to bully gang, child abusing, viciously violent family groups given surveillance technology to use as a weapon of management under the auspices of local control tenant management, social services, police, NHS, local and central government along with elected officials and general public.
As the population concentration tightens with housing becoming more and more limited, there will be explosions of conflict, crime and violence in the concentrated areas where those in authority will use surveillance technology to create an image of serenity by manufacturing a scapegoat to blame for problems.
As in my case for 11.5+ years 24/7/365, that scapegoat has been the one who reports the problems to be addressed properly. [When people cannot do a job, they manufacture image instead.]
This will lead to bigger problems developing where people who come into contact with surveillance will be abused by its use regardless of whether they are targets, users or onlookers.
They will develop seriously disturbed personality disorders and suffer from post traumatic stress disorder from the violence which they witness, create and/or are subjected that will result in extreme behaviour problems perpetuating and growing active or passive violence, crime, drugs and general antisocial behaviour in all ages.
This is what has happened in this environment during the past 12 years as a result of those using surveillance against me as a lethal weapon since mid-August 1998 to destroy by either driving me out of my home or killing me off so that they can take over my flat.
The consequences have been horrendous reflecting a whole new problem source with all the same but more extreme problems of the past magnified but buried behind the façade of surveillance technology image creation abuse.
This is how the population problem will be addressed along with an ageing population that costs more and becomes a burden.
You haven't even begun to address this problem. Your "Is Britain Full?" programme tonight [Monday, 19.04.2010] only touched upon all the social needs of a growing population.
It didn't even begin to tackle the real problems from the dysfunctional consequences which will occur from local control and surveillance in the hands of those bully gangs who seek to dominate and control through the police, NHS and social services who will be compliant with image management and scaremongering.
You're off in the wrong direction because you're ignoring what is actually happening and has been for 12 years in my direct experience in North Kensington next to the BBC's Television Centre.
