The problem between Andrew Mitchell and the Metropolitan Police officers is not to be taken as an isolated event. It exists within the context of what I've experienced directly for some 14+ years 24/7/365 in London's North Kensington as a massive effort to fabricate, called "polishing," to protect people as they carry out misdeeds and advance careers based upon a hoax carried out against one person.
The real problem occurs when I report what is happening, as I have been doing continuously since the beginning of the surveillance technology abuse from mid-August 1998, and nothing is done including extensive reporting to the police themselves from the top down all these years.
That doesn't mean the police are corrupt as a whole. There are many officers, in fact probably the majority, who are dedicated to doing the best job possible on behalf of law enforcement and protecting the public legitimately. However, those who do otherwise can dominate a wide section of police officers inside the police because of the fear to go against fellow officers due to retribution.
The most serious aspect of this failure over all these years is that such fabrication reaches to the top of government as has occurred here where apparently a police officer felt that he could make up a story using fabricated logs to bring down a minister in the government. The police then become an instrument of fear as has occurred with Damian Green and his family in 2008 when they arrested him and entered Parliament to search his office as well as his home. He is now the Minister of State for Police and Criminal Justice.
This whole episode has to be properly evaluated by the Metropolitan Police, but the video as shown in this BBC News article is quite devastating:

If this was he, they (Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and BS the mother of the abused children) are running an indefinite surveillance operation carried out for as long as it takes to destroy based upon fabrications with which an extended number of people and departments of government collude. This has been in operation against me for 14 years and four months 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998.
Fabrication and violence have become the standard in the community as I've experienced and keep reporting. This is how the adults behave in this environment and how the children are being taught to behave. Fundamentally, there is no law enforcement here, and Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret is operating a military surveillance operation where he is apparently above the law. Those using the surveillance technology, now on a distributed basis to neighbours as well, as I once again experienced last night are operating outside the democratic rule of law based upon fabrications and are allowed to do so.
They have been allowed to take the law into their own hands while the police stand by and watch based upon a long history of doing so including participating in the extreme abuse without doing anything to enforce the law properly. This has been allowed to grow to this point over these years and spread this standard so that these kinds of fabrications emerge at the top as has apparently occurred in the incident involving Andrew Mitchell and the Metropolitan Police at the gate to Number Ten.
Perhaps Andrew Mitchell's call for an inquiry should be heeded.
