Violent people manufacture a threat in order to be violent. They are called bullies.
Viciously violent people try to create violence in others to the point of manufacturing extreme violence to make them appear less violent while they carry out their violence against their scapegoat blaming their victim and covering up what they are actually doing by the abuse of surveillance technology 24/7/365 for 14 years and four months since mid-August 1998 as has been done to me.
There is all of this effort against guns and knives in the UK, but those reported for violent child abuse and ongoing general violence have been given surveillance technology to use as a weapon both perpetuating violence and hiding it at the same time while they have also been armed with guns and talk of slashing and sticking with knives as well.
The violence is being perpetuated by the government in this instance with people taking on the mantle of government which they believe permits them to be violent. These people brag about how important they are showing off their guns to prove that they are up against someone who is definitely violent when it’s all fabricated. Thus, the police have themselves introduced guns into the community on the same basis that others carry them for self protection which the police are trying to stop.
Mon, 17 Dec 2012 - 14:58:52: BBC News - Wales child abuse: 105 cases being investigated from those now residing in 22 police forces & Ireland
"Follow the evidence without fear or favour," said the police at the National Crime Agency (NCA) who are investigating the 105 child abuse claims to date from the 40 North Wales care homes. Violent people, i.e., bullies, pick on the vulnerable. Surveillance makes everyone vulnerable. Where is the “without fear or favour” in this London environment by the police after I reported child abuse in May 1998? Where is it now? The fear is manufactured and the favour is present to maintain power to cover up the crimes while blaming their surveillance target victim.
