Achilles Heel at US National Counterterrorism Centre?

Re "The Secret Sharer" by Paul Hond
http://www.columbia.edu/cu/alumni/Magazine/Summer2009/feature2.html

"I have seen the enemy, and he is us," said Pogo some decades ago. The greatest threat is still from within, and I wonder what Michael Leiter and the National Counterterrorism Centre (NCTC) are doing about it?

It's not that this is a domestic threat inside the US, but instead it consists of US personnel behaving in a manner internationally [such] that their abuses of civil liberties and human rights are carried out in such an extreme manner that terrorism is being created along with the alienation of local populations in friendly western countries as I have been experiencing as a surveillance target in London directly since August 1998 but more especially since February 2001 just after George W Bush was initially inaugurated and seven months before 9/11.

I am wondering what the NCTC is doing about these international abuses by US personnel such as Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird, former US Marines, who joined an already existing surveillance abuse effort in February 2001 by carrying out the most sophisticated and totally invasive surveillance technology tracking and invasion of privacy abuse on an indefinite basis 24/7/365 based upon a massive hoax of their own creation in order to create a threat out of whole cloth for their own greed, glory and power[?}

They are the ones who feed the junk information into the intelligence pipeline that distracts and bogs down the process of evaluation which is intended [to] counter the real threats. I submit that they were doing this before 9/11 in 2001 in my direct experience and continued this activity which subsequently also contributed to the London bombing and would-be bombing of 7/7 and 21/7/2005.

They are still carrying on with this abuse as of this writing eleven years after it started originally. No amount of documenting the facts and reporting them have enlighten[ed] anyone about the reality of this situation and its threat with respect to creating terrorists and distracting resources in such a manner that terrorists are offered a better opportunity to succeed.

Columbia's Professor Richard K Betts is quoted as saying that "people do not tend to reason objectively about evidence" and give a greater weight to evidence which supports their belief. That is an absolute truth, but for the manipulator from within this is used to play others by feeding belief systems with fabricated evidence to achieve corrupt self interest objectives that also breed terrorism and facilitate terrorism.

Given all that has been done at NCTC to broaden the information evaluation process, I have seen that this does not have the necessary impact at the ground level where corrupt information originates and causes the fundamental problem of terrorism as I've directly experienced for many years and addressed continuously without success.

While it might be laudable that the information is processed and evaluated at the NCTC level for dissemination and reporting, what actually is being done to work back down the line of fraudulent information that is intended to misrepresent and mislead? As I see it especially after reading this article, this is the Achilles heel of the whole NCTC process which will lead to another terrorist attack of great significance.

Michael Leiter says he works ". . . with everyone from "first responders" . . . to the military in Afghanistan, and everything in between." I submit further that he is missing a big section of what he needs to address. This is not necessarily his fault for they make every effort to hide which is made possible by the surveillance technology they use or at the very least seek to deceive in any way that they can to get away with their fraud which has been successful in my direct experience from before 9/11.

If his goal and that of a centralised process for intelligence information is to ensure that an attack is prevented, what I've experienced for many years appears to be completely outside the loop of such activity to the degree that this surveillance activity operates completely outside the law on an even more extended basis than it does on the ground here in North Kensington at the epicentre of where the 21/7 would-be bombers operated.

"Assessing the threat" was the title to the section providing his comments. He is not fully assessing the threat because the rogues are still operating on their own to the detriment of western governments and the people of this world, and they are knowingly being allowed to do so. Michael Leiter is not operating on full information. This is a critical failure in counterintelligence involving its very essence.

Contrary to what Columbia Professor Brigitte Nacos says, I cannot yet fully agree that Michael Leiter "knows the problems . . . knows what has to be done." So far I have not seen the evidence of that in what I believe to be one of the most critical areas of his international activity. He still has a big job ahead of him.

The more sophisticated the intelligence gathering technology the more easily it is abused. I am not talking about moles. I am talking about those with general criminal personalities who are a part of the system.

I intended to send Michael Leiter and/or the NCTC a copy of this Email, but there was no Email address whatsoever available on the NCTC web site. This is an organisation responsible for information that does not want to be informed. I shudder.

Sincerely yours

Gary D Chance GS '69, GSB '73

No Excuse For Not Tracking Delta Aircraft Bomber

On Christmas Eve I sent the following Email to the BBC News Channel after watching a documentary about MI5 expressing my concerns about abuse, waste and the inability to track possible terrorists a day before such a terrorist tried to blow up a Delta aircraft landing in Detroit on Christmas Day.

Today the day after Christmas on Boxing Day we are learning that the would-be bomber was London based and an engineering student at some point at University College London.

Subject: Our World: Inside MI5. Excellent documentary although I have a couple comments (as usual).

1. Not enough surveillance to cover everyone: wrong.

This is simply not true. As you well know, I've been subjected to totally invasive surveillance technology since mid-August 1998 and the brainwave monitoring and feedback surveillance since February 2001.

This most sophisticated surveillance technology introduced into my life and North Kensington ever known to human civilisation can track and fully monitor many people with very limited resources.

This has been misused and abused against me during this period from seven months before 9/11 until this writing. It has been used as a weapon to destroy and report false information.

Given how this has been used in this environment I believe that it has directly contributed to terrorism and most certainly distracted resources from the real terrorists by continuing the torture activity and false allegations for perverse objectives.

2. "Spooks" & MI5: entertainment v reality: not precisely correct.

Former MI5 DG Stella Rimington said that there was far more risk and conflict in "Spooks" than actually exists at MI5 in its operations characterising the former as entertainment.

She added that every effort is made not to put agents at risk in confrontations although her books are quite dramatic which I'm sure she will acknowledge while at the same time maintaining that there is a close parallel with MI5.

The same is true for "Spooks." I watch "Spooks" looking for the essence of what is happening, betrayal, alt-gov and surveillance, and find it to be quite close to reality in the turmoil that exists inside intelligence agencies especially the CIA with rogues high up seeking more power to bring about what they want with respect to other nations in this world.

The alt-gov issue has been most important tied up recently with what is called "Nightingale" as a "New World Order" of those who are trying to gain power for themselves by manipulating governments.

The essence of MI5 is to protect democracy so that this cannot happen, and I am sure that agents are at risk and in dramatic conflict situations which never emerge.

You do not have to go any further than the operations being carried out against me by Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret since February 2001 for almost nine years 24/7/365.

They are using brainwave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology to usurp and destroy the sovereignty of the UK and its democratic rule of law including the destruction of law enforcement, justice and prison systems along with the NHS just for starters.

Everything that they have been doing undermines and destroys all that this society is supposed to represent. They are doing so intentionally and refuse any instructions to behave according to law, policy or standards.

The mere fact that they have been operating for almost nine years 24/7/365 is totally outside the law of the UK (RIPA 2000 [Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000]). They are engaged in torture, medical experimentation and surveillance R&D for their own benefit at the expense of everyone in the UK.

And, nobody including MI5 is stopping them. As a result we have had terrorist attacks in London in 2005 which are related to this area by those who lived and set up bomb factory works not far away while one of them tried to detonate a bomb on a train near the BBC while another dumped his rucksack in Wormwood Scrubs again not far from the BBC. [These are all areas within easy walking distance of where I live and this surveillance abuse takes place.]

Incidentally, these two groups (7/7 and 21/7) were linked but not tracked ostensibly for lack of resources.

This is a situation that calls into questions these and other public representations about MI5 and the police regarding the protection of this country which need to be made public and openly discussed for the very foundation of democracy is at threat from within.

What happens when those in charge are abusers?

To: "BBC News Channel" <news24@bbc.co.uk>

Sent: Tuesday, December 15, 2009 5:40 PM

Subject: Vanessa George & Angela Allen indeterminant sentence for a minimum of 7 and 5 years respectively. Justice's statement was stunning, but . . .

"Nursery paedophile Vanessa George jailed indefinitely"
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/8345756.stm

Vanessa George betrayed all those around her and those who employed her the justice said in so many words which was well stated, but I find it incomprehensible [that] when such activity is reported, it gets covered up.

Who is really being betrayed? The children obviously but by a far wider group of people than most would want to contemplate.

It was amazing how Vanessa George was located since there wasn't a clue about her abuse in Plymouth. The police did a superb job in tracking down all the connections, but why is it when something is handed to them on a silver platter by reporting it, they join in the abuse?

I've been reporting child abuse by a family group and most especially the mother of the abused children since early May 1998. They were given surveillance technology in mid-August 1998 to use against me in a most sexually sadistic and physically destructive way possible while trying to create mental illness.

At the same time the child abuse went on sparking an extensive letter with diary/log exhibits from the summer of 1999 [that] was sent to the Prime Minister in September 1999 after failures of my reporting. The abuse against me was escalated in a most significant way.

These child abusers and especially the mother of the abused children involved the abused children and other children in the surveillance technology abuse against me and tried to stop my reporting about other incidents of child abuse that occurred here.

They have gone on doing this by creating antisocial behaviour and criminal activity as a standard in this environment which included ongoing child abuse on a community basis in this manner.

The mother of the abused children more recently tried to get one of the originally abused children to officially participate in the surveillance abuse against me.

All in all this is a horrendous situation where no one has done anything about the ongoing abuse against adults and children with the government supporting and sustaining the surveillance abuse. It still goes on.

"Distressing and shocking case" said Louise Hubbel about this case taking over from Louisa Baldini who's been there all day.

The great problem about this case for me is that it does not reflect that anything significant is being done to address the problem of child abuse, and as I experience it, child abuse is being fostered by those in positions of responsibility so that they can join in too with abuse all around.

Using surveillance technology permits these abusers to keep abusing, and no one does anything to effectively bring it to an end.

Nothing will ever be as shocking and distressing for the nation when the details of this extensive institutionalised abuse comes out after its 11.33 years so far from surveillance technology torture in the hands and under the operational control a viciously violent and murderous child abusers.

Why you do not report this in the public's interest is quite incomprehensible. In light of what is continuously being exposed in this country month after month, how can you allow child and adult abuse to go on when it has been reported to you (BBC) continuously since the end of August 2000 to many BBC radio and television programmes?

"He killed his mother," said Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret just now by way of justifying the abuse against me based upon this presumption of guilt relating to a totally fabricated crime that has never occurred. Or, as I always say "No, he didn't."

This is abuse justifying abuse that establishes a law enforcement, legal justice and prison system completely outside the democratic institutions of the UK and its democratically determined rule of law.

So, there you have it. There is an alt-gov clearly established in the UK that is flourishing with its foundation based upon abuse with child abusers at its core.

And, you won't report a word about it. There isn't much optimism about reducing child abuse, is there?

"Do the bankers just not get it?"

To: "BBC News Channel"; "David Cameron"; "Nick Clegg"; "Merrick Cockell"; "Karen Buck"

Sent: Saturday, December 12, 2009 2:32 PM

Subject: Dateline London: Gavin Esler asked: "Do the bankers just not get it?" in the discussion about bonuses & taxation of them.

Despite all the literature that has been published over the past three decades or more about investment banking and its shift from management by corporate finance to management by traders with the transaction in its ascendancy, no one really hones in on the ongoing problem with these bankers.

The solution is not global at this point in time but localised for each country. I believe that there has to be a definition provided about what society is all about and what one expects from participating in that society. If you don't like it, then go somewhere else if you think you've got a better idea.

It just so happens that these people handle huge sums of money and have the power to charge what they want for their ability to create financing and investment capital and also generate huge amounts of profit for their own accounts by making markets in equities and bonds as well as trading in these with their own funds putting the firms at risk at various degrees.

1. I do not believe that they should be paid the vast amounts they receive by any means just because of their position and job.

2. I do not believe that any organisation or business sector has the right or should have the ability to dictate what it wants at the expense of society.

This is what has happened in finance, and it has been happening for decades out in the open for all to see since the early 1970s and most especially in the aftermath of the 1973/4 debacle and subsequent debacles.

1. These people all of whom including investment managers of all shapes and sizes as well as the investment bankers are paid vast sums for management fees which they do not earn that must be stopped. Nobody, but nobody, is worth that much.

I tried to reduce thus compensation made at corporate expense when I was a pension fund manager from 1977 to 1982. These people just do not earn nor are they worth what they are paid by those trustees responsible for the these institutional assets.

Corporations also pay huge fees for corporate finance which are not justified at all.

There is also a problem with well heeled individuals paying these huge management fees which result in sucking in the smaller investors, but that can be handled if the institutional investor, investment management and corporate finance are "re-aligned."

2. The problem of blackmail starts at the bottom and works its way to the top covering whole nations and the world. These guys and gals who do this work undercut and undermine their clients to create an atmosphere of fear so that they are afraid to not use their services.

This goes way back to the days when Morgan Guaranty Trust led by Carl Hathaway piped Wall Street and pension funds down the growth stock mania golden path of the early 1970s. Big corporations were afraid not to have Morgan Guaranty Trust as their investment manager in case they were wrong. Everyone else was afraid not to do what Morgan Guaranty Trust was doing.

By the end of the 1970s the likes of Salomon Brothers who was dealing in government securities and creating products for sale that were only the income or only the capital bits from government debt went on to cheat in the markets to such a degree that Warren Buffett had to be brought in to clean up its image in the 1990s.

He said recently on a BBC programme that he could not clean up the compensation problems that existed where they were getting too much. Warren Buffett pointed out quite correctly that these people just do not deserve this pay nor do they have any exceptional ability.

I recall being contacted by Salomon Brothers salesmen from time to time when I had about $130 million of fixed income securities in-house mostly in government debt. They would try to undermine me directly implying that I did not have the ability to manage this properly, but they could. There was also some insidious remarks made about going above my head to undermine me. I just ignored them.

These bankers and investment managers are bullies who will go on and on abusing everyone because of their positions of power and clout which has to be taken away from them. The only way this can be done is for the owner of the funds including the corporations and organisations to bring the work they do in-house and do it themselves.

It's a manner of common sense mostly and does not take a great deal of gee-whiz expertise. What has been missing in these decades which led to the meltdown was the fundamental ability to do the basics right. This was overlooked in the mad dash for super wealth.

I think governments should tax the bonuses, and if they go elsewhere say "good riddance to bad rubbish." These organisations are not what a society should have as its definition and standard for this whole mentality and attitude permeates to every part including the consequences which are inevitable of the failure of such a transaction based world where substance is ignored at best and misrepresented at worst.

Governments should take the view that if anyone is stupid enough to court the eventual disaster based upon short term profits from fraud, they should be allowed to have a go and find out the hard way.

Who was that financial swinger from Texas who conned English cricket landing at Lords and displaying $20 million and then went bust taking a Caribbean island with him? Just don't get on that roller coaster. It's not worth it for a society to predicate its foundation on that kind of life style.

"Investing not speculation," said Ben Graham echoed by his student Warren Buffett in the former's book "The Intelligent Investor." That's what it is all about. Stick with the basics and get things right so that they stay that way for the benefit of everyone in a society throughout life.

This government went whole hog into the casino society quite literally by trying to bring super casinos into the UK which have been scrapped. What productivity is there in super casinos, and what misery do they cause because the house always wins? This is very expensive and damaging "entertainment." What else can it possibly be? A momentary feeling of exultation that disappears as quickly as it appeared which needs to be generated again.

Before I wrote the above paragraph I heard: "Entertaining," from a surveillance male talking about what I was writing using this against me in a most abusive manner reflecting the trickle down effect of the transaction society whose benefit is only the momentary gratification that must be repeated over and over which always and inevitably leads to a collapse. In this case it is perpetual sadistic, torture abuse.

This whole problem has to be cleaned up, and this Labour Party government will never do that job. They were like kids let loose in a candy store of power where they could do as they pleased, and now we are all suffering the consequences especially me since the 11.25 years of indefinite surveillance technology torture abuse is still being carried out 24/7/365 by this government who will not stop it. It is those in government who just don't get it and haven't a clue.

In the mid-1970s Ben Graham, also known in the US as the Father of Security Analysis, said in a speech "Honesty is the best policy." He further noted that there were fundamental failures in the early 1970s that needed to be corrected.

["But whatever path you follow as financial analysts, hold on to your moral and intellectual integrity. Wall Street in the past decade fell far short of its once-praiseworthy ethical standards, to the great detriment of the public it serves and of the financial community itself." ("Barron's," Editorial Commentary "Renaissance of Value," 22 Sep 1974, p 7: excerpts from a talk by Benjamin Graham before the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts a week earlier.)]

That has never happened, and for the most part those of us who have lived honest, decent lives have fallen by the wayside as the criminals took the equity markets to huge heights based upon transactions, risk management that ultimately became the market's risk and not fundamentals.

The whole process of defining what is important, self fulfilling and worthwhile overall in society needs to be addressed and re-asserted, otherwise a complete economic meltdown and probably a planetary climate change debacle will do it for us leaving no choice.

I was sacked from my pension fund management job in 1982 because I wrote a long dissertation on the problems of management backed by extensive evidence over a three-year period. While I had done well, I could see that the system would not sustain it.

I then took on a reputed organised crime type who owned the building where I lived in the 1980s. Such fraud that I uncovered and the threat to people's lives which resulted from deliberate under management could never form the foundation of a viable society and had to be addressed to stop it.

For over 11 years now since 1998 I've been taking on the same problems which have all been wrapped up together where I live reflecting management abuse by under management, government abuse by its failures and the foundation of society based upon the fraudulent and indefinite use of surveillance technology to cover up and hide these crimes carried out even now in the hopes of criminal success.

There is where the real danger to society rests. No one still [addresses] the fundamental problems when they are right in front of them.

It's not just the bankers who "don't get it." It's a large segment of the population led by a corrupt government and civil service protecting itself rather than doing a proper job.

The whole ethos of society has to change if the UK is to recover and continue as a viable nation. The same applies to the world as well.

"I thought you said he was an 'actor'," asked a surveillance male after I finished the above Email. Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and [BS] seek only to portray everything as negative since they are fabricating it all themselves while putting on a performance. I have a track record of doing and achievement which they do not.

They are parasites with surveillance technology seeking to misrepresent and mislead everyone especially when no one can see what they claim exists. They seek to get someone to act precipitously to destroy the evidence which supports all that I describe. They reflect one more fraud still in progress which has been and is enormously damaging to this country and its people
especially those in this community.

This is a fraud now of over eleven years duration the government can but will not stop. There's your real problem.

Not Optomistic Anything Meaningful Will Come From Copenhagen

To: <worldhaveyoursay@bbc.com>; "BBC News Channel"

Sent: Monday, December 07, 2009 4:09 PM

The world has had almost four decades since the early 1970s to address the problem of energy consumption and pollution including CO2 emissions.

Nothing has been done because those in power are influenced by those who have the money which are the large corporations and financial institutions starting with the energy industry, i.e., oil, and consumers of energy, i.e., internal combustion engine. The Fat Cat bail outs are direct evidence of this orientation.

At that time there was a bust in 1973/4, a quadrupling of the oil price and the publication of "The Limits to Growth" based upon Jay W Forrester's "World Dynamics" first published in 1971.

Nothing meaningful has been done since that time despite what happened in the early 1970s, and we are now seeing the polar ice caps melt while weather extremes are becoming more frequent.

There is a choice today between actually managing down pollution or having nature eclipse the source of pollution by weather extremes.

I believe that, as we have just seen in Cumbria recently by a stalled weather system causing flash flooding from record rainfall, the foundation of nature reacting against pollution in its normal way to rebalance itself will be the ultimate solution with the world's population diminished considerably.

People do not realise that at some point there will be a "critical mass" hit beyond which nothing can be done, a "Point of No Return" to borrow the title of one of Martha Gellhorn's books, and I believe that we are far closer to that point than anyone imagines.

Governments that have allowed the financial and economic greed to flourish during the past three decades for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many are doing the same with the precious climate balance on earth which feeds this greed from carbon usage whose emissions are bringing out its own demise.

That syndrome of greed and corruption brought about the financial and economic meltdown of western capitalism recently. Make no mistake we haven't even begun to see the full impact of this yet. I believe right behind this will be the climate meltdown for the entire planet as nature
rebalances itself.

Consciousness has failed in the process of evolution. Instead of respecting and cherishing the natural world, humankind has exploited it as much as possible. This has been led by the politicians. There are far too many greedy people being allowed to continue at present down a path which will ultimately lead to a meltdown.

I rest my argument upon the fact of my being subjected to intense and totally invasive surveillance technology of the most sophisticated kind indefinitely now for 11.25 years 24/7/365 which has not been stopped by those in authority who claim that this does not exist.

Every effort is made to control and dominate all that I do, to interfere in whatever I do and to seek my ultimate destruction at the expense of the rest of society.

Those in power turn a blind eye to the most damaging human activity ever imagined. If the same people are allowed to carry this surveillance abuse onward including various departments of the UK government, e.g., NHS, police et al, there is no hope that anything meaningful will be done to ensure balanced global pollution for a more stable climate.

It just won't happen at the ground level.

The reason is that this surveillance technology in the hands of the ignorant and greedy as it is now has the capability of destroying all the good efforts of all the decent people in this world.

Give this surveillance technology to the knowledge have-nots and greedy no-hopers, and they will destroy everyone else. That is what is being done, and no one is stopping it. This is quite literally the "Lord of the Flies."

"A fool can throw a stone into the ocean, and a hundred wise men cannot get it back."
