Subject: "No negative consequences for abusive/violent behaviour," Christiane Sanderson, Psychologist. That is precisely a key problem, but the violence is gratuitous and not limited to conflict situations.

Christiane Sanderson said that the absence of consequences encourages continuing abuse which is precisely on target.

But, violence does not always arise out of conflict situations. It's a permanent problem that arises gratuitously driven by rage that seeks an object continuously from the need of the violent personality to relieve him/herself of the violent tension that drives them created by being abused as a child.

Bullies pick fights to make it appear as if there is a conflict situation in order to blame their victim. Rule 1: never get entrapped by the bully's provocation for a fight.

Violence (but not all violence) arises out of an abused child in all cases, bar none. The child develops a rage response which cannot be expressed against the adult abusers. This is redirected against those who are vulnerable just as the child is vulnerable from the adults.

In fact, the rage is continuously occurring inside the violent personality and will come out spontaneously, e.g., while at play with other children. In my case I am a whipping post where the sadistic abuser expresses that rage continuously as if it were an addiction.

I am held captive by the surveillance technology from which I can never get away enabling them to abuse whenever and wherever they feel like it. I cannot protect myself from this abuse no matter what I do short of death. That is what this brainwave surveillance technology provides for the sadistic abuser.

In this case it's the surveillance technology to which they are addicted and me as the object of the abuse neither of which will they give up as has been the case for 11+ years 24/7/365. It's not a conflict resolution in this instance although it can appear to be one as they continue to try to manufacture [false allegations] with the surveillance technology.

They will do and say anything and go to any length to maintain the surveillance technology against me and my captivity by it. They will never reach a so-called conflict resolution because they will sabotage any efforts by "messing" up in the process which means that I have just enough to stop them from "proper" procedures against me but not enough to end what they are doing.

This is the very essence of sadism because it seeks power over one living creature to absolutely dominate and control carried out continuously without the victim being able to get free. The process is one of crushing over and over for the feeling of power that it provides the sadist.

That's why murder is not part of sadism although it comes into play to silence the victim and/or destroy prosecution. Prisons and hospital wards provide similar vehicles for such sadistic behaviour without the murder while keeping the victim captive.

Now it's surveillance technology with which society has to deal effectively as an instrument of abuse, otherwise this sadism will spread. Unlike a prison or hospital ward, the surveillance technology cannot be stopped except by ending its activity completely when it is abused.

Those using the surveillance technology as bullies try to make it look like a conflict situation, but it is a mere matter of revenge and retaliation against a person who reported their child abuse and threatened the exposure of the family group which hides its violence by which they live.

Such exposure would remove their possibility of being violent and hiding it in the family group. The family group presents a violent and bullying front to the world to dominate and control everyone challenging anyone with continuous abuse if they dare report what they are doing.

They structure their lives by violence because they do not know anything else and are terrified of the consequences of being unable to express their violence continuously at will upon a suitable object, e.g., children, vulnerable people or, as in my case, someone made vulnerable with surveillance technology.

Consider the potential of surveillance technology to the violent abuser. It provides the means to both widen abuse and protect the abusers. They can do whatever they want manufacturing allegations against anyone while drawing in other potential sadists to expand their breadth of control. Violent people attract one another.

As a result, sadistic violence grows in the environment where surveillance technology is used openly and indefinitely as a weapon for control and suppression. No one can do anything against it so alternative and inappropriate objects of rage develop from multiple growing sources.

People in an environment where totally invasive surveillance technology is used develop hostility because they know at least unconsciously that they cannot do anything about it. They then act out their own hostility against others who are vulnerable or the selected scapegoat. They are promised the removal of the surveillance if they act against the designated scapegoat to get him/her out.

When the state is doing this as occurs here, there are no consequences for the violence being carried out by the state with surveillance technology as everyone witnesses. They are thus made over into people who behave as if there were no standards against violence, and children grow up with the absence of this standard learning to act out violence without restraint.

What do you think the consequence of 11+ years of this surveillance technology has done to this environment and its people especially the children growing up here?

Imagine what the abused child must have thought at the time of the intervention by the police against the child abuse when it didn't work, and the adults around him were given surveillance technology to officially expand their abuse to include me as well as the children?

The child kept crying for "Help me, please help me" literally which I provided by reporting the child abuse. He did not get any help and only found himself in a worse situation.

The standard that he learned as valid was that of the violence of the adults around him who carried on with their abuse officially against him and others sanctioned by the state with the added use of surveillance technology as a weapon supplied for this purpose.

Are you beginning to understand the importance of what I report and why I've been reporting it all these years despite the increased abuse carried out against me by escalation of those involved and the surveillance technology?

Look around you and watch what is happening in the society. Sadism is growing along with its expression in violence because there is no consequence for such behaviour. Sadism does not have to be violent, but its violent expression is increasing.

Worse, it is sanctioned by the state as legitimate activity for its own sake to suppress problem reporting to sustain image management.

[Consider the title of one of Alice Miller's books: "For Your Own Good: hidden cruelty in child-rearing and the roots of violence." Violence of any kind cannot by used as a means to an end for it will only propagate more violence.]

Give a thought to those people like the Muslims living in this environment who come to this country to escape this kind of government and find that they are right in the middle of it all over again here.

BTW all of this is happening in North Kensington. Perhaps Ms Sanderson would like to expand her knowledge base and see what she might do to help personnel in the police, NHS and other departments of government including K&C end their sadistic abuse reliance as a means for structuring life by violence.

There's an entire collapse of child protection here with the child abusers creating a whole new world founded on abuse by means of surveillance technology.

Subject: 3 violent abuse cases sentenced today all inter-related and all of which reflect the abuse to which I've been subjected for 11+ years with the intent to kill by surveillance.

I. Three abuse and murder cases sentencing occurred today:

1. Edlington sadistic 90 minute attack by two boys against two other boys;

2. Mother carries out Munchhausen's By Proxy abuse against son subjecting him to horrible abuse by medical intervention; and

3. Brother, sister & adult torture to death sister's 35-year-old partner.



II. All three of these cases have sadism associated with the abuse with this word used in each instance:

1. Children abusing children in vicious sadistic attack all but killing them with a background of "toxic" family abuse;

2. Mother fakes medical conditions against son characterised as sadistic 24/7 torture for her own gain, attention and to put one over on those more powerful; and

3. Adult sadistic torture abuse to death.



III. Child abuse behind one of the three known and presumed with other two:

1. There is also child abuse explicitly behind children's abuse of other children.

2. Child abuse explicitly exists in Munchhausen's By Proxy and presumed that this formed mother's motivation; and

3. Adult torture abuse resulted in death probably has child abuse in the background with the brother and sister's family.



For 11+ years I've been subjected to the sadistic abuse reflected by these three cases from the abuse of surveillance technology in the hands of child abusers whom I had reported for their abuse in May 1998.

GBH [Grevious Bodily Harm] with intent and SBH [Serious Bodily Harm] in early years and carrying along led to escalations directly involving police and NHS in late 1999 and in early 2001 with surveillance technology when I sought the protection of the High Court after 2.5 years. Legal proceedings destroyed.

Adult abuse against an adult including Munchhausen's By Proxy with child abuse passed along from generation to generation over three generations visible in the abusively violent and dysfunctional family.

This abuse with surveillance reflects institutionalised abuse with those in authority participating by proxy on an indefinite basis without ever stopping it.

The results are that it permeates the community and has inverted standards to antisocial and criminal. Children develop with abusive personalities.

Kensington & Chelsea have done the reverse of protecting children and adults. They have instituted systematic institutionalised abuse.

K&C tenant management in an Estate has given power to the sadistic criminal abuser. K&C has 100% of its social housing under tenant management which tried to manage with surveillance technology abuse in the hands of the criminals for 11+ years.

My extensive correspondence about all of this throughout all these years has brought no relief or respite of any kind whatsoever. Tell people exactly what the problem is with evidence, and if they want to believe something else, they will without evidence.

Yes, it is an excuse. It's the reason why it happened. The children behaved with a degree of rage and violence commensurate with that to which they were subjected.

They have to be held responsible for their acts, but they are not responsible for their character development.

The answer is right under his nose, but he's ignored it for years.

Horrendous Edlington Children's Attack & Trial

Subject: Danny Savage's reporting of the Edlington case has been outstanding.

It's obvious that he has mastered the facts and is passionate about the situation which has enabled him to give a comprehensive and very understandable picture of this whole situation. That was brilliant reporting at the time of sentencing.

It's the home life always, and children or those who grow into violent adults come from homes where they have been abused.

The notion of sadistic abuse derives from a feeling of powerlessness where the children cannot do anything against the adults who abuse them and seek to bully other children more vulnerable or attack adults who are more vulnerable.

This has gone on for so many years with all the things he described including breaking windows, having at young moms (vulnerable women), attacking teachers (whom the considered vulnerable), going after a woman 65 to steal her purse because it is not stopped properly.

As can be seen, what was finally done only moved them to a different location where they could go on without being suspected about their basic sadistic abuse character which had developed in their family home. In the new foster home, however well intentioned the foster parents might have been, they would still act out their violence. This was not a solution. This only provided opportunity.

The fact that they went on to abuse the two other lads on a day when they were supposed to meet with the police is quite telling. Again, feeling powerless to deal with the police, a symbol and reality of strength and power, they went off and found power "over" two young lads whom they could dominate and control with brutality by a vicious attack that went on and on.

Sadism reflects the need to dominate and control one living creature. The violence expressed here reflects that sense of powerlessness expressed in this manner although sadism is not explicitly connected with murder. They did not murder ultimately even though they stated this as their intention.

Their inherent sadism needed to be recognised as a pattern of behaviour over all the preceding years and events which they created by attacking others on a continuing basis while being allowed to go on committing these acts without effectively stopping them.

Oddly enough, the boys should not be blamed. They have to be held responsible for their behaviour, but it is the parents who are to be blamed despite what the mother shouted about it having nothing to do with her. The law must incorporate this in the future.

The great tragedy in these situations of which there are many in varying degrees is that the children are blamed not the parents. That's the big mistake. The children behave this way only because of the way that they are treated.

They imitate and act out this violent abusive training by the adults' example who are close to them by picking on the vulnerable in the same way they are picked on by being vulnerable children to the adults near them.

Appendix D to PM's 23.09.1999 Letter: Extreme Verbal Abuse Against Son of BS Who Hits, Kicks and Chokes Other Children

We've got a long way to go in getting society and the system to understand this generally and deal with it effectively. Look at my situation where this same kind of behaviour occurred, and the adults were given surveillance technology to use against me after I reported it and continued to comprehensively report it.

Letter to Prime Minister Tony Blair, Thursday, 23rd September 1999

I think that the judge's sentence should have had a longer minimum to stay in juvenile detention until they become at least 18 years old for these youths giving them the opportunity to get the help and guidance that they need with the prospect of staying out of adult detention.

Mary Flora Bell was an 11-year-old child murderer of two children. Because of one person in the penal system she was saved and redirected so that she had the motivation to develop properly. The great problem occurs when these youths go from a young offenders institution to an adult prison. That can undo all that good work which might have occurred.

I strongly object to an earlier comment that this case was an exception and not widespread in the UK. That's not true. The extreme of what has happened only brought this to the public's attention because they got caught.

The whole problem of general sadistic behaviour in the UK is widespread and can be viewed as the general rule and not the exception.

It is here in the UK where this problem exists, and where it is ignored as being acceptable to carry out brutality and cruelty indefinitely against someone as I've been experiencing for 11.5 years by those whom I reported for child abuse with their being given surveillance technology to do so.

"He's wrong," says BS the mother of the abused children still using surveillance technology against me 11 years and 5 months after it was installed against me in mid-August 1998 to watch what I write, say and do in order to attack and maintain her abuse which is supported and sustained by those in authority after I reported her family group's child abuse in May 1998 and continued to report since it went on against the children, myself and others generally.

That's the real problem with this case and others with extremes from similar characteristics that are highlighted and then belittled in terms of breadth and depth for what they reflect while not being taken as symptomatic of a widespread malaise that destroys children growing up so that they will never function well as adults becoming violent, abusive adults when they have adult power.

That was brilliant reporting and coverage, but a great deal more work and reporting needs to be done about this problem especially about horrendous hoaxes as I'm experiencing that are perpetrated for over a decade reflecting institutionalised abuse. This is the core of the problem that originates in the home which is ignored as has been the case here in Edlington.

"Hideous," says Lt Harry "Ill Eagle" Bird USMC Ret. This is the ongoing verbal abuse to which I'm subjected by the abusers using surveillance as they try to turn everything around to blame their victim so that they can continue torture abuse until death. This reflects that the problem is widespread and deep throughout the UK.

I can report it, but no one does anything about it to bring it to an end. This is a country where the fundamental standard that actually exists consists of violence, brutality and torture as acceptable and allowed to continue with extensive cover up by those in positions of authority.

That is what needs to be changed, and it can only be done through the media as an educational point which is not happening. The government is not going to do it because the government is part of the problem.

Criminal Minds' "Extreme Aggressor"& Surveillance

I watch these forensic/scientific founded crime dramas with a great deal of interest because of objectivity applied to assessing evidence to determine the facts of a situation.

I also find "Criminal Minds" to be fascinating as well in the area of behavioural analysis and profiling for criminals since it, too, reflects an endeavour to apply the scientific method to solving some horrendous criminal activity. They also deal with the shortcomings of profiling as well.

A few weeks ago Virgin1 went back to the very beginning of "Criminal Minds" starting with the first programme ever to rebroadcast this series. I always find watching this again fascinating to recall what I forgot and examine closer aspects that relate to my own experience by what I considered to be deeply disturbed people carrying out extraordinary crimes with surveillance technology.

In my situation the lack of ability to recognise crimes by those in positions of authority and law enforcement and/or condone them while participating in such criminal activity makes "Criminal Minds" all the more relevant since this FBI unit goes out to assist law enforcement and has even tackled crimes involving those in authority.

I was not disappointed with:

"Extreme Aggressor" Criminal Minds Virgin1 2100 Serial abductor, torturer, killer keeps his victims 7 days in a cage like surveillance abuse. Wed, 6 Jan 2010 - 2100 (Repeated Tue, 12 Jan 2010 - 2300).

I took notes of those elements in this fictional drama which had a relevance to my situation and my experience of the ongoing crimes being carried out against me from the abuse of surveillance technology by two people at its core, Lt Harry "Ill Eagle" Bird USMC Ret and BS, the mother of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998.

They have always been present and do nothing else 24/7/365: BS from mid-August 1998 along with her family group including an abused child and other children; and Lt Harry "Ill Eagle" Bird USMC Ret since February 2001.

1. Rape without penetration: picarist:

“Picarism, which is the compulsion to stick other people with sharp objects (like pins or needles) for sexual satisfaction, isn’t considered criminal because the picarist gets off on his behaviour; it’s because it is an abuse of another person’s body for the pleasure.”

"Prickers" [scroll down in this link to RD Laing who describes prickers] were members of the clergy who determined guilt or innocence of witches by pricking them to the bone with long needles to judge whether their screams were genuine or not. These picarists were gaining pleasure from abusing another's body. What normal person would do such a thing?

Those using the surveillance technology against me continuously abuse me for their own sadistic pleasure which I have likened to "Prickers" for many years now. I'll have to start calling them "picarists" which is more accurate. In this case, however, the picarist/pricking activity is accomplished by means of electromagnetic radiation.

This abuse also contains a high degree of explicit verbal sexual abuse by them which forms the foundation of their overall abuse. There is nothing obscure about their abuse which is witnessed by many most of whom participate directly.

A key element of this surveillance technology abuse against me constitutes a witch hunt cloaked in modern attire with NHS psychiatry used as a weapon as well as the police and other departments of government. Motives for calling someone a witch includes revenge, retaliation and material gain. Today the term "Potty" is used instead.

2. Organised killers: psychopath not psychotic:

In this particular dramatic and fictional episode this distinction is quite clearly made between someone who is disorganised, out of control and appears as such (psychosis) and the fictional character here who is well organised, quite methodical and intelligent (psychopathic).

3. Master/slave relationship between two serial killers working together:

In this fictionalised drama at first there was evidence of two separate people so that a master/slave relationship was postulated that had characteristics like those of a schoolyard bully who would be protective of his slave partner and make him feel he owed him, i.e., reciprocity.

This is precisely what is happening in this situation where surveillance technology is used as the bullies' weapon. It provides protection for other participants although it is difficult to determine exactly who is the master or slave between Lt Harry "Ill Eagle" Bird USMC Ret and BS.

BS has her own agenda that she follows rigorously wiping out others when she wants to sabotage the activity which appears to be reaching a resolution of some kind, e.g., legal proceedings. This is because, as a sadist, she wants to perpetuate the power abuse on and on without it stopping evidence by its 11.5 years continuous abuse which she has driven 24/7/365 all these years.

However, Lt Harry "Ill Eagle" Bird USMC Ret tries to remain dominant even to the point of having hit BS very hard once (2001) and further showed his violence by attacking another woman working with him when he sought to stop an Email I was sending. He physically threw her away from the surveillance control panel an assault to which she objected for hours.

Overall, such violence by Bird is a sign of weakness, and BS has everyone else in the environment on her string which she pulls as needed providing surveillance protection while exploiting those who engage in antisocial and criminal behaviour for her own objectives. In the end BS I believe that BS should be considered master while Bird is the slave supply surveillance technology who tries to maintain an appearance of domination and control.

4. Unsub [unidentified subject] only leaves evidence intended to be found.

Obviously, the serial killer in this episode only left evidence behind that he wanted in order to attract attention but not expose his identity. This is the psychopath at work who is well organised. This was done dramatically by making a video of his murders then making these available on the Internet. He also called the police emergency number (911 in the US) to tell them where he was and what he was about to do. The police always arrived too late after he was gone.

In my situation BS and Bird make the surveillance technology available to all so that everyone can see and hear what I am doing while they carry out their criminal activity against me including imprisonment, torture, medical experimentation, R&D and attempted murder leading to execution.

This was far more explicit and widely done in the early years by radar imagining devices in the flat above hooked to monitors elsewhere, e.g., flat below and outside where people sat on benches. I have photographs of the latter. When Bird brought along his more sophisticated surveillance technology, he showed it off to everyone allowing many to use it. There is a massive amount of documentation for all of these years showing this activity minute-by-minute.

The twist in this serial killer activity has been the extended sadisit capture period where everyone was convicned that what was being done with surveillance was legitimate by making up false allegations of the most extreme against me to enable the surveillance abuse to be used indefinitely.

Thus, they provided only the clues they wanted and stopped any investigation into what they were doing by incorporated everyone, police, NHS, government, general public, into their activity. By being so involved in extensive criminal activity other people needed the protection afforded by the surveillance technology, could not reveal that they too participated and were indebted to BS and Bird for allowing them to sadistically bully while protecting them.

Overall, the master/slave relationship inverted authority into a slave relationship dominated and controlled by those using the surveillance technology. It was as if the serial killer, as depiected in this dramatic episode, had everyone standing behind him while he looked at his array of computer screens which showed all his victims.

In fact, this is what he did with one of the FBI agents he captured and held bound to a chair. This was the brainy Dr Reed who was forced to watch all that he was doing and was forced to select the next victim to be killed or be killed himself. All of this was made available to the Behavioural Analysis Team by web cam so that watched also while all of this unfolded.

While this "Extreme Agressor" episode of Crimnal Minds displayed the same identical situation which has been happening to me, they were forced to fictionally watch by captivity and being unable to find the source of the Internet video.

However, BS and Bird are doing the very same thing when they have everyone participate in this process of torture, medical experimentation, R&D and attempted murder only they are captivating all the others from the police, NHS, government and general public as willing participants in this whole process that has now gone on for 11.5 years 24/7/365 without being stopped despite all my reporting of it.

The extraordinary value of Criminal Minds is that it depicts this activity in a very repulsive way that it seen by the viewer to be totally reprehensible and wrong because all the activity is telescoped into a matter of days planting the video web cam software in the home of a victim to the actual murder which takes place by physical intrusion which is filmed and copied on the notebook web cam conveniently placed at the start of the intrusion.

It is amazing that such an example which can be seen to be clearly wrong in the extreme is not recognised when the same activity takes place officially with the use of surveillance technology that is also the attempted (so far) murder weapon. It's like dramas depicting lynch mobs that are clearly seen to be wrong but society goes on with vigilante lynch mobs anyway.

5. Unsubs interject themselves into investigation:

They have a fascination for law enforcement and inject themselves into investigation to find out just how much the police know and will even come forward as witnesses. This is exactly how it was described on Criminal Minds.

This is exactly what has happened in this environment against me for 11.5 years where those whom I reported for child abuse became part of not only the investigation but also carried out their crimes with surveillance against me on an ongoing basis all these years

They even made up further allegations and proposed themselves as witnesses which was refused because they were using surveillance at least so far. BS and Bird have been taking years to find someone who will lie as a witness about their false allegations against me. Their activities have developed into and extensive set up operation involving numerou people who conspire on their behalf to fake it.

6. Sadistic pleasure derived from "power over" exerted when victim resists:

Unsub wants his victims to fight back and seeks to create anger producing an excitation process.

When in captivity provoking a response against captivity and captor enables the latter to ultimately crush which is the sadistic reward sought by having complete domination and control over another living creature as Erich Fromm describes in his "Anatomy of Human Destructiveness."

7. Disassociative identity disorder:

In this particular dramatisation there was a single person who had two personalities reflecting the father (master) and son (slave trying to break loose). This is why they found evidence of two people at work which really was one person manifesting two separate personalities.

In my experience there are clearly two different people at work, BS and Bird, who share many of the similar characteristics of viciously violent personalities that agree on surveillance abuse but disagree and come into conflict over who's in charge and who will obey the other.

8. Conflicts in the profile; two different people; two different killers; another one:

As explained in number 7 above, this was the evidence, but as it turned out fictionally in this instance, there were two personalities inside one person.

9. Remote viewing of victim inside the cage with webcam to laptop.

The unsub also kidnapped his victims and viewed them remotely by this means. He held them in a cage bound and sadistically tortured for seven days before killing them.

This is exactly what is happening to me only electromagnetic radiation is being used to imprison while surreptitious medication is being used to help incapacitate as is chronic sleep deprivation and general torture abuse. I am subjected to video surveillance so that all can watch and observe all the other aspects of this surveillance technology.

The difference is that this has been strung out 11.5 years 24/7/365 so far without the dramatic murder taking place in the hopes of a death resulting which appears to be by natural causes. What people go along with is the imprisonment, torture, experimentation and lethal use of surveillance as if it were justified despite all the laws, rules and regulations to the contrary.

I am in the process of reading your report "Fixing Intel: A Blueprint for Making Intelligence Relevant in Afghanistan" made available on the Internet by the Center for New American Security.

I am quite pleased that your assessment has been made public for I believe that this is an essential way to manage intelligence today because it offers reassurance. It is also refreshing that the assessment from all reports so far appears to be objective and meaningful not relying upon gloss for image management which breeds mistrust and disgust.

I wish to comment upon my experience as a surveillance target for 11+ years 24/7/365 in North Kensington, London, England, which has involved for almost nine years since February 2001 a Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird each of whom are USMC and, I believe, now retired.

I believe that what I describe here is directly relevant to the overall effectiveness of the military action in Afghanistan and elsewhere and is directly relevant by its abuses to contributing to terrorism in the world which you are trying to counter. I believe that it is most certainly relevant to your intelligence activities professionally.

1. My military background

I served in the USAF Security Service from 1961 to 1964 at that height of the Cold War doing final analysis and reporting in communications intelligence at HQ USAFSS in San Antonio followed by a tour at Trabzon, Turkey which is on the Black Sea some 90 miles from the then Soviet Georgia border.

My father was a 30 year US Navy veteran who was stationed at Pearl Harbour on 7th December 1941 and was captain of a fleet tug (USS Zuni) during the Pacific war having received the Legion of Merit and commendation letters from Admirals Halsey and Nimitz. He then was captain a food cargo ship (USS Merapi) taking supplies to Korea during that military action. He is now buried in Arlington.

2. Afghanistan mission

I believe that your mission in Afghanistan is critically important to securing the world's safety from the threat of terrorism and that intelligence is at the core of this effort. For this reason I am writing to you with this information to show problems and perhaps solutions.

However, I have not agreed with the invasion of Iraq or with the Vietnam war believing these to be mistakes. The first Gulf War in 1991 was essential and critically important as well with the great tragedy at that time occurring from not removing Sadam Hussein who had invaded Kuwait.

3. Surveillance technology

I've been subjected to the most sophisticated surveillance technology known to human civilisation. It is difficult to see how anything more sophisticated could ever be developed.

It is brainwave monitoring and feedback surveillance that uses the principles of Tempest to decode the electromagnetic radiation halo surrounding the human head to read thoughts (words and images) and monitor senses (see through eyes, hear with ears, fee sensations).

It is also used to feedback sound (USA calls this "Voice to Skull" V2K), carry out surreptitious medication to incapacitate and induce words and images for memory probing during sleep.

The same basic Tempest derived surveillance technology can do the same with computer systems and any electronic device.

4. Abuses

This whole process has nothing to do with an investigation but everything to do with fabrication. The abuses to do this are extraordinary including continuous torture interrogation 24/7/365 by verbal abuse and complete monitoring along with sleep deprivation and physical injuries.

This has taken place in a multicultural environment where Muslims live adjacent to my flat and close by. Hundreds of people have been involved in this surveillance torture abuse process for all these years.

At the core of the abuse along with Lt Harry Bird is the mother of the abused children whom I reported for that abuse in May 1998. She is being used for her revenge and retaliation disposition against me along with her disposition and willingness to carry out any number of crimes including the overall objective of murder by surveillance technology.

Lt Harry Bird still uses his rank and military affiliation whatever that might be which reflects continuously on the USMC and US military for all the years he has been present since February 2001. He has openly shown many people the functioning of this surveillance technology on an indiscriminate basis.

I believe that this abuse to fabricate, unsuccessfully so far which is why it has gone on for so long as well as R&D objectives, has been a contributor to using scarce resources and deflecting attention away from critically important terrorism activity including 9/11 and the London bombings of 7/7/2005 and 21/7/2005.

The latter London attempted bombing similar to the one two-weeks before had bombs that failed to detonate. The bombers lived, worked and attempted to detonate a bomb in the proximity of this area.

Because of the involvement of the general public including the mother of the abused children and her family group, information about the surveillance technology and its operation has spread far and wide in a far more primary manner than my public efforts to bring it to an end.

5. Personnel

Colonel Vine established this activity in February 2001 as a long time operator introducing Lt Harry Bird to his first assignment. After the successful Afghan invasion at the end of 2001, Colonel Vine was reported as being in Kabul. Later, after the Tsunami five years ago, he was reported as being in Sri Lanka.

After setting up this operation against me in North Kensington, Colonel Vine has left it to Lt Harry Bird for the most part while he has travelled to other locations in the world and perhaps UK.

6. Conclusion

I believe that the understanding of what is happening here is directly relevant to your activity in Afghanistan as you can see by Colonel Vine's travels and activity.

Word of mouth spreads rapidly and goes through the community of radicals and potential terrorists creating more terrorists and inciting them to actions.

While you look at Afghanistan in-country intelligence activity from a relevance or lack thereof perspective, this intelligence activity is for worse and more extreme than that since it reflects the complete fabrication of information that comes from those using this surveillance knowingly and publicly operating completely outside the law.

This can only have a negative impact on US/UK intelligence operations everywhere.

Thoughts About the Western Before Watching Wyatt Earp

The western is an archetype looking back at the struggle to settle in a new land and survive as the Athenians did with their dramas by looking back at past wars and conflicts celebrating the feats of those who brought law and decency to the wilderness. It's quite a remarkable genre.

I can't get past Shane though. That was the end. Nothing that came along afterwards could be any more representative, profound or desirable especially when I saw it at 12 when it came out. Indelible impression.

What about Roy Rogers (Dale Evans was from Uvalde, TX), Gene Autry, Hopalong Cassidy, Tom Mix et al. They made basic westerns, but the actors lived a life close to their work. How real was it? Well, before TV when I was six, seven, they were everything. Everybody wanted to be a cowboy.

That's why I still like to see a good western if it does a great job with the archetypal conflicts of new immigration and old settlers, i.e., native Americans or ranchers v sod busters, where there was no law yet much like Theseus bringing law to Athens for the first time in the 14th century BC. These were all the same problems among human beings with which civilisation is still wrestling.

We all know the story. It's in the telling of it that makes it special. And, sometimes we just like to hear it again and again for its relevance and inspiration. Just like the story tellers of old who sat around at night telling the same stories.
