I want to expand on earlier comments yesterday after reading further this morning about:
1. From Top Chef Just Desserts to Real Housewives, Reality TV Gets Violent - The Daily Beast
Does Reality TV reflect the violence in society or contribute to it by providing a means to pander to violent voyeurism encouraging those who appear to partake in conflicts which verge on and sometimes roll over into violence? Does Reality TV encourage the public to participate in Toxic Surveillance because it is seen to be acceptable on television?
2. The Kensington Avenue Strangler: Philadelphia's Prostitute Hell - The Daily Beast
It's a terrible thing that those in the society who are supposed to protect everyone do not as the complaints against the police here reveal. These are all too common and can be found across economic and social class with failures that are amazing.
This is an excellent article about society's attitude to those who are entrapped by this life, use drugs to escape reality and then cannot escape its violence because of the drugs. It is ripe for a serial killer to come along, and I wonder just how much the police will actually do?
I'm reminded about the "Criminal Minds" episode involving a "cleaner" where scores of people had disappeared from such an environment. Although a fictional rendition, this drama revealed the failure of the local police to even want to recognise that there was a problem, so the "cleaner" went on until the BAU intervened.
This is the kind of article that is needed to get this into the nation's consciousness and keep it there so that these problems can be address. The great tragedy today is that those in authority create problems to keep from solving the real ones thus creating an illusion that they are doing something. That's one which needs to be addressed as well.
3. Hollywood Publicist Ronni Chasen's Murder Sparks Police Hunt - The Daily Beast
I do not begrudge the dedicated efforts and number of officers assigned to the Ronni Chasen murder in Beverly Hills. I would just like to see the same response to the serial killings on Kensington Avenue in Philadelphia among the prostitutes. We need to hold all human life sacrosanct and protect the public with the same diligence everywhere. Any murderer or violent criminal allowed to stay free has the potential to commit his/her crimes anywhere against anyone. All deserve the same police response and protection everywhere. There are no tourist buses going to Kensington Avenue in Philly. One sees this aberration in Beverly Hills as some kind of additional voyeuristic entertainment spectacle of the most macabre kind.
4. The Death of Mitrice Richardson: A Malibu Murder Mystery - The Daily Beast
This bizarre case has police (sheriff) bungles all along. Was this young women troubled and behaving erratic which the sheriff's office ignored when processing her for not paying for a meal then turned her loose with nothing? Her remains were found a year later six miles from the sheriff's office in a remote location where the evidence was rendered useless by the sheriff's office botched recovery. What really happened here from the beginning to the end? After reading this, I wonder if anyone is telling the truth?

Once again these all blend together when considered against the background of my direct experience as a target of what I call Toxic Surveillance to which I've been subjected for a total of 12 years and three months 24/7/365 since mid-August 1998.
In human society worldwide but most especially in the West there is a regression toward accepting an increase in violence as part of the human condition and as an essential ingredient for reality TV as well as torture to extract information from suspects given terrorism looming in the background.
As a result, there is a disposition to accept and exploit violence in the worst area of Philadelphia while a violent murder becomes the object of tourist bus curiosity and voyeurism in Beverly Hills.
A common thread I see running through all of these where violence is accepted or becoming acceptable is the accumulation or simply the acquisition of wealth which might be very small indeed. People lay their lives on the line for the smallest of gains or commit extreme crimes often for no gain other then a perverted psychological reward.
Elements of society are seen as exploitable with respect to violence from Philly's Kensington Avenue where both prostitutes' customers and the police treat them as objects of violent abuse up to and including rape and murder to tourist buses in Beverly Hills viewing a murder scene of an entertainment publicist and Reality TV where conflict on the threshold of violence is sought as entertainment by depicting the human condition in some way.
All of these elements are contained in the abuse of Toxic Surveillance against me during all of these yeas of torture 24/7/365. All those involved who number in the 100s by now have structured their lives around violence as a means of existence and used me as a scapegoat to create that violence upon whom they project their own violence in an effort to deny or escape it in themselves.
But, this is perpetual. It goes on indefinitely never stopping 24/7/356 driven by the same people for as long as possible while they use the Toxic Surveillance as long as they think that their sadistic behaviour can continue without their getting exposed and caught for what they are actually doing. They will kill before that happens unless the Toxic Surveillance does first.
Society has become inverted. The standards are now reversed in my direct experience for over 12+ years as a result of surveillance technology being placed at the disposal of viciously violent personalties. Initially, this included those whom I reported for child abuse in May 1998 along with those whom I reported for antisocial and earlier crimes including an apparent rape and attempted murder.
This initial 2.5-year period was escalated in February 2001 by the arrival of Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others with their most sophisticated surveillance technology to be used against any electronic device and the human being as well. They arrived just after George Bush was first inaugurated as president and made many verbal representations about their authority coming from the top of the governments in the US and UK. This was seven months before 9/11.
These two activities merged with the child abusers going on to work closely with them especially Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret. He and the abused children's mother are always present to "cook the books." The whole process is founded upon a multitude of false allegations made against me along with numerous false negative characterisations all of which are used to keep the Toxic Surveillance in operation while denying the accuracy of what I report.
This surveillance technology reflects an enormous advancement in law enforcement, security, intelligence and medicine but is being used in a completely malicious manner by criminals to sustain their criminally corrupt activity at the expense of those who are honest and decent. Toward this end they have used the NHS (National Health Service), police, social services, local and central government departments, elected officials, tenants and residents of this environment and the general public as direct participants in the Toxic Surveillance torture abuse revealing the disposition to sadistic violence as a fundamental human problem.
So far the tenant management organisations in London's Kensington & Chelsea have failed as has the Council itself. In 2008 the overall TMO collapsed followed by the local EMB in 2009. These were tenant management organisations. While they have been regenerated, their futures are shaky at best. Finally, this year the Kensington & Chelsea local council has announced recently that it is seeking to merge back office activities with the two adjacent councils of Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham.
Family, Adult and Corporate Services are those which are being emphasised for such a consolidation. These are directly related to the extensive Toxic Surveillance abuse that has occurred for the past 12+ years under the operational control of child and adult abusers who have institutionalised abuse in the Royal Borough all these years and seek to cover up what has happened with further abuse. This will only lead to a further demise in government.
The surveillance technology which could solve crimes and bring about a revolution in medicine is being used in the old ways of the police to abuse by faking allegations in order to destroy those whom they do not like while creating an appearance that they are doing something meaningful. One step forward two steps back.
I bring this up in the context of these three articles [I added the fourth above later] because they show a disposition to cultivating violence and a vast gap between solving real crimes both in terms of areas and in terms of the knowledge about the crimes.
Reality TV shows the disposition toward conflict and violence as entertainment value as do the tourist buses in Beverly Hills. All those watching me inside my home 24/7/365 think that it's great entertainment. "It's better than TV," one said. Or, they use words like "interesting" or "fascinating." They think it's "fun." Most of all they are addicted to it as if it were a drug which involves hundreds of people over these 12+ years. No one will stop it. Try to drag the mother of the abused children away form it, and hysteria will occur of a most extreme kind.
While the crimes on Kensington Avenue are understood with a great deal of potential evidence, the crime in Beverly Hills is a mystery so far to the police (or they don't want to say anything). There is an apparent lack of motivation in the police in Philly, but there is tremendous motivation by the police in Beverly Hills to solve the crime. This surveillance technology could assist both these local lpolice forces, I believe, to enhance their efforts to solve these crimes, yet it is generally unknown to the world.
There is a disposition of the Philly police to engage in crimes with those whom they think are underclass, hence police work is not accomplished. This disposition to be onlookers is shared by the public who in some way contribute to borderline criminal activity by creating the audience which enables producers, etc to pander to violence.
While I think it is important to report real crime so that the public can better protect itself and ensure that those who are paid by the taxpayer to protect the public do so, I see the gratuitous creation of violence as unacceptable and feeding the notion that it is OK to watch. Tour buses and Reality TV contribute to the Toxic Surveillance Society where the criminals use it to fake allegations and negative characteristics to get the all-too-willing people in authority to come look at what does not exist which they find "fascinating" and will not stop an obvious hoax being perpetuated.
This is why I see your reporting of these crimes as being very important and worthy of national level journalistic attention, and why I want to bring to your attention Toxic Surveillance so that you can be aware of its existence to keep your antennae tuned to picking it up. Toxic Surveillance comes from the US. I believe that it comes from Top Secret America. And, I believe that it poses a serious risk to everyone just as I've experienced it for the past 12+ years.
