This is an extremely important question which must be asked and answered in this situation that resulted in the death of the child by starvation. Yes, how could this have happened to a child in today's society?
Perhaps this is understandable when a worse situation can be seen being played out in full public view by a very large public participation that has not been stopped for 11.5 yrs resulting in ongoing child abuse that achieved the destruction of the child with respect to being able to function normally as an adult and the ongoing attempted murder of an adult who reported the child abuse from GBH with intent and SBH occurring over a period of all these years with no one doing anything about it when told over and over throughout all years.
Even worse than that has been the fact that the police and NHS have been direct participants in this abuse all these years supporting and engaging in it instead of respecting the fundamental code of medicine to do no harm and the fundamental responsibility of the police to enforce the law. This has been operated completely outside the law where even the police and judiciary are so engaged.
In recent days there has been a similar court case where a mentally challenged adult was held prisoner as a slave for ten years for his benefit cheques, tortured extensively and finally decapitated with his body hidden in a body of water.
Today we are also hearing the words about assisted suicide and their comments as clarification with regard to prosecution being brought forward by the public prosecutor and others. The clear division has been articulated as between someone who assists benevolently in helping another commit suicide as opposed to the malicious intent of someone who brings about the death of other by means of their suicide.
We've seen cases recently of those who have been driven to suicide and/or murder/suicide by bullying in the extreme which was not properly alleviated. I've known someone personally who bragged about causing the suicide death of two people in her care because she was malicious in her abusive behaviour toward vulnerable people as a means of sadistic pleasure for herself which led to the suicides of these two women.
I've observed this woman's behaviour and seen how she jerked people back and forth which can easily undermine someone who is vulnerable and in a state of despair. She was a vulture who lurked around a charitable help agency waiting to offer assistance so that she could then sadistically abuse people entrusted to her for help. She was most definitely an Angel of Death.
When she realised that I understood what she was doing (she had told me what she was doing as part of her sadistic behaviour) and did not agree with it, she immediately turned against me in a most vicious and vindictive way to discredit and drive me out so that no one would pay any attention to me if I chose to inform others about her behaviour and bragging about the suicidal deaths she had caused. This also served her sadistic need for power and destruction which she hoped would result from her behaviour that was accepted without question.
We live in a world where people will not listen to the real problems being described and prefer to either turn a blind eye or side with the abuser for personality deficiencies of their own. This includes the police and NHS. But, worst of all is the fear generated by these abusers when everyone sees that reporting the truth is useless because those in government are the abusers.
It should not surprise anyone in this country that a 7-year-old starves to death or an adult male is held prisoner, tortured and murdered during the course of a decade for the benefit payments he can provide when such abusive behaviour is carried out as it has been against me in the open by the use of surveillance technology in the hands of those whom I reported for child abuse with the participation of all those who are supposed to be protecting society.
They are milking the system for all it is worth reaping the benefits of greed, glory and power by manufacturing allegations which are accepted as fact while abusing a human being to death knowingly and getting impatient that death is not happening faster.
You are part of this syndrome of abuse playing a game of hardcore, 3rd degree "Ain't Ir Awful" (See Eric Berne's "Games People Play") along with those who are creating the "mess" and seek some kind of absolution for what they have done hoping to get by with an "apology" so they can do it all over again.
You are portraying people in your news reports who are crying "Ain't It Awful" that such a thing in this civilised society could happen in the first place. Well, it is happening because this is all you do by broadcasting the cringing and whinging instead of digging into what is happening and trying to change a bit of it in the UK. It's called public service. What you are doing is not public service. It's abusers continue as normal, please.
Why don't people report what is happening? Because they see what is being done to me and are afraid to do so because the viciously violent personalities dominate and control this society. Have you noted Brown's behaviour of late? He's the "Artful Dodger" manipulating words to get out of what he has done as a bully, etc. This is exactly what has happened to bring about the financial meltdown: the bullies dominated and controlled while no one listened to those speaking the truth who were trying to enlighten.
All of these things aspects of abuse are being carried out against me by the use of surveillance technology, yet you will not report one word about what is happening and are, therefore, allowing it to go on 24/7/365 for 11.5 years so far by committing the infamous crime of silence.
You could help stop the killing of innocent children in the UK if you would report abuse while it is taking place as described by the abusers so that more and more people will speak up rather than cower in corners out of fear. Waiting for death to occur is not the way to solve the abuse problem. The essence of this society with respect to abuse is to cover it up and carry it out in such a manner that no one can do anything about it, and the BBC is right at the forefront of getting this done.

Children Missing Sleep & Indefinite Surveillance Abuse

I've been addressing the problem of noise nuisances in this environment for many years without effect so far. It's not only that it disturbs my sleep but also that it disturbs the all important sleep of children.
There has been a deliberate disregard of sleep for children by officially allowing disturbances to continue for weeks on end up to 2300 or after midnight night as has occurred with a steel band practising across the road at a school in the five weeks before Carnival one year.
No one really understands the impact of this on children and families unless one lives here, and then those responsible for noise nuisance abatement just try to get everyone to tolerate the intolerable when they want to push something in their own and the limited interest of a few at the expense of the many.
Needless to say the surveillance abuse has been a terrible problem since it goes on 24/7/365 which contributes to this disturbance as well.
The mother of the abused children whom I reported in May 1998 for abuse went on using the surveillance technology installed in August 1998 against me including the abused child and other children and youths in its criminal and unlawful use against me for years.
That abused child was up at all hours of the night during these years, kept home from school and did not develop which has now resulted in his inability to function as an adult. Yes, I did report this ongoing child abuse to all and sundry with no results.
I believe that he has been damaged throughout his development years to the point where the damage is now permanent despite my having spent all this time for the past 11.75 years addressing this child and adult abuse problem to bring it to a halt.
There is no general sense that these continuing disturbances that are officially allowed to go on are damaging to all and most especially to the children whose brains do not finish development until about the age of 16.
Then there is the knock on effect where the children turn into antisocial behaviour problems themselves during the day and evening imitating the all night activity of the adults in this environment while also acting out their own rage driven activity at having their sleep disturbed.
The sad reality of this is that the children are blamed, and the source of the problem ignored since it goes back to those using surveillance and those in various positions of authority who have allowed it to go on indefinitely now for 11.5 years 24/7/365.
These children probably do not have television in their rooms if they have a separate room and are not subjected to all the stimulus that more affluent families might have, but they have worse problems that impact them over which they and parents have no control.
It's a sad state of affairs that those using the surveillance technology officially carry on with vigilante mob behaviour inciting others to engage in antisocial behaviour throughout the night so that they can attack me when they themselves are the source of the problem.
Since these child abusers use surveillance technology officially sanctioned and supported by the state, no one is going to stop it, and they are allowed to carry on in a most abusive manner around-the-clock.
They then quite ironically plead to be allowed to continue to protect the children in this environment who, they say, are in danger from a threat from me which is all fabricated by them to sustain their abusive activity.
Worst of all is the fact that children develop with the standard that abuse is sanctioned and all right creating a perverted standard of antisocial and criminal behaviour.
BBC News has raised a critically important issue which has many dimensions impacting many children throughout this country where those in local authorities do not address the problem properly and even, in instances such as this one, perversely carry on with extremely damaging activity that destroys the lives of children while they are developing.
And, the news media will not report anything about this extreme abuse which has gone on now for 11.5 years 24/7/365 to the detriment of everyone.
The great tragedy in all of this is that those in positions of authority talk about "quality of life" while at the same time allowing the most abusive behaviour imaginable that destroys the environment to continue without stopping it, i.e., surveillance technology abuse 24/7/365.
This demonstrates the effectiveness resulting from the manipulative ability of the child abuser's personality disorder which has been allowed to continue for 11.75 years 24/7/365 in this environment since May 1998 when I reported the child abuse as a direct result of the disposition by those in authority to allow this to become institutionalised abuse all around.
By leaving the same people in positions of authority they will continue to seek to cover up their extreme criminal activity as they have during all these years leaving surveillance in place under the continuous operational control of viciously violent personalities who seek my ultimate destruction which no one challenges effectively to bring it to an immediate halt.

Dehumanisation By NHS For Science

I was quite intrigued by the comments offered today regarding the dehumanisation of attitude and care toward all of us about which a focus of attention has developed with respect to assisted suicide and general NHS care for an aging population.
I think that there is a common ground for all of us to agree upon which is not obvious to everyone at present because there is not a general awareness of the experience to which I've been subjected for the past 11.5 years from ages 55 to 67.
I want to back away from the present visible problem for the moment regarding assisted suicide and attitudes which relate to the practise of medicine in the NHS that have surfaced today.
I believe that the Archbishop is correct when he describes areas of the NHS which are more concerned with medical problems rather than the human beings who have these problems. Further, he made note of problems that arise out of perceived nuisances, etc from older people.
I am not a Catholic and would have profound disagreements with its dogma and creed, but that does not prevent me from agreeing in an area which I would call humanistic values.
My actual background leads more to that of Prof Grayling since I studied philosophy and French as an undergraduate at Columbia, and I would be more disposed to the secular part of society for an ethical development.
However, the religious character of the human being cannot be negated which would be a mistake as was so eloquently and masterfully described and analysed by Carl Jung in his 1938 Terry Lectures at Yale University which are published as "Psychology and Religion."
At some point we all will reach a common ground in the future in these matters, but in the meantime we have to deal with the present.
I have experienced the sharp edge of the this dehumanisation for the past 11.5 years carried out by the NHS, police, government and general public from the abuse of surveillance technology 24/7/365 under the operational control of abusive personalities.
This surveillance technology is based upon neuroscience and related to what is called Tempest that picks up the smallest electromagnetic radiation emission from any such device and is used for monitoring computer and other similar technology. Tempest has been in use for at least five decades.
The human brain is no different from a computer with its electricity generated from chemical interaction that produces an electromagnetic radiation emission halo around the head that can be monitored and decoded.
Thoughts (words and images) can be read as mine have been for the past nine years 24/7/365. Eyesight and hearing can similarly be seen and heard remotely by others as well.
Sound can be induced by electromagnetic radiation so that I hear what those operating the surveillance technology say including those with whom they speak.
This goes further so that muscle movement and feelings can be monitored and fed back as well including pain. Words and images can be induced too as part of a memory probing process that creates dreams while asleep.
And, medication can be surreptitiously administered which in my experience has been used to incapacitate and debilitate as part of a general effort to control and discredit whatever I communicate about this surveillance technology.
There is a massive effort to create illness both physically and mentally to achieve medical intervention and interference along the lines of Munchausen's By Proxy Syndrome which we've recently seen emerge once again from what Lisa Hadley-Johnson did to her son for six years from ages two to six claiming him to be "the sickest child in Britain."
Here the NHS performed miserably because they should have suspected that something was wrong which was not being communicated to them as the mental illness called Munchausen's By Proxy Syndrome.
In my situation I can tell the NHS as I've been doing for over a decade that what they are getting from those using the surveillance technology is faked without any success in stopping the ongoing abuse.
In the so-called interest of science they (NHS and numerous others) continue to carry out extensive medical experimentation and social control activities by remote access in the community through the abuse of this surveillance technology which is being developed by using a non-consenting human guinea pig. One medical student refused to participate on the grounds of ethics and departed a year or two ago.
This is the malevolent use of neuroscience to bring about social control, debility and eventual death by this means with surveillance technology in the hands of those with viciously violent personality disorders whom I reported for child abuse three months before they were given surveillance technology to use against me that continues as of this writing by the same people.
I want to increase your awareness of this misdirected medical science coming from the NHS that is based upon false allegations made by those whom I reported for abuse and others who join in for their own sadistic reasons.
I am not just talking about the freedom of choice about whether or not to end one's life facing a terminal illness but about the deliberate decision to destroy human activity and life itself by those who make false allegations so that others in authority, e.g., the NHS, can carry out with them the ending of life itself preceded by a long period of torture abuse from the R&D for this surveillance technology.
I want to change all of this to the benevolent use of this neuroscience by its full public exposure so that it can make a contribution to the overall problem of medical practise as it relates to human beings including those who are faced in the last years of their life with medical conditions that are terminal at some point. [This does not apply to me.]
Recently, there was publicity about being able to communicate with someone in a vegetative state using an MRI to watch brain activity while the comatose person thought about contrasting sports activities. However significant this might seem, it is nothing compared with the neuroscience used against me for the past nine years.
Consider the ability to completely read someone's thoughts including words and images. Also, consider the ability to communicate with that person either by electromagnetic radiation induced sound or even feed back directly to the brain words and images which has been done to me extensively including videos.
Imagine carrying out eye examinations of people by being able to look through their eyes. Eye movement for those with diplopia (double vision) can be measured quickly and precisely to determine the degree to which the images disassociate.
There is so much that can be done that it becomes quite mind boggling to contemplate the advantages of making this state-of-the-art neuroscience available generally to the medical profession instead of keeping it held in deep, dark secret for destructive purposes.
This creates a whole new dimension to approaching the problem of life and death in those with terminal illnesses and even more important with respect to treating those who are in advanced stages to understand what they are experiencing and what can be done to help because this provides a whole new world of communication.
So the positions today with respect to the arguments and disposition regarding humanism, right to and sanctity of life and how people are being treated can be changed radically to open a whole new approach to people by communicating with them through neuroscience.
I believe that we must back up for awhile to get this neuroscience out in the open and the world on a level playing field so that the discussions can then go forward on a more common ground with a better understanding of what people are experiencing and what they want.
Obviously, we all deplore the idea of the state taking over and determining life and death of an individual, but this is exactly what has been happening to me for the past 11.5 years. It must be exposed and addressed fully in a democratic society before anyone can move forward on a meaningful basis.
The great problem is that the expanded control from such surveillance technology will render mute any discussion like this that is taking place today because a few people can carry out this activity without restraint as my experience has proven for the past 11.5 years.
Anyone with a reasonable set of standards and decent disposition toward human rights would look at horror at what has been done to me for the past 11.5 years. Most likely they would not believe that it is true which is why this goes on and why no one stops it.
"Doesn't make any difference," said a surveillance male as I concluded this letter having monitored its writing completely and communicated their abuse to me verbally. That is their general attitude and why this goes on whether you believe it or not. Sooner or later you will.
The "Problem of Other Minds" has been solved. Now you can know what someone else is thinking and feeling.

UK Government Had Policy of Torture Before 9/11 That Continues

The statements in numbers 1, 2 and 3 above are false. In my direct experience for 11.5 years 24/7/365 starting in mid-August 1998 up to and including this writing such torture activity has been and continues to be carried out and condoned by the UK government using surveillance technology as a weapon.
In February 2001 seven months prior to 9/11 Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others with them arrived in North Kensington, London, UK with their most sophisticated surveillance technology to join the surveillance torture abuse that had been in progress already for 2.5 years. They joined with Met Special Branch Officers "Paul Winston" and "Mike" as well as those from the NHS whom I had met at the beginning of 2000 and others including those whom I had reported for child abuse in May 1998 especially the mother of the abused children.
An important aspect of the imported surveillance technology brought to the UK by these US government agents was the fact that it could transmit sound electronically to the surveillance target thereby forcing the target to hear all that was desired anywhere at any time 24/7/365. My very first experience with this electronic sound transmission occurred in the earlier morning hours about 0530 while I was taking a bath.
One or both of Vine and Bird began a non-stop diatribe of biographical information which I could clearly hear that was intended to "spook" me. It was this facility of electronic transmission of sound that enabled me to learn what was being done since it was an integral part of the torture process to sadistically expose the target to such a description as well as the arguments, conversations and direct verbal abuse which were used for torture interrogation purposes in an effort to "break down" the target, i.e., me.
In March 2001 this sophisticated surveillance technology destroyed my legal proceedings in the High Court where I was seeking protection under the Protection From Harassment Act 1997 and the Human Rights Act from the previous 2.5 years of surveillance technology torture abuse that had caused serious personal injuries which amounted to GBH with intent and SBH along with the destruction of human activity and attempted destruction of life by torture including sleep deprivation and constant harassment by large groups of people on a daily basis.
At the end of April 2001 immediately following the car bombing at the nearby BBC Television Centre on Wood Lane north of Shepherd's Bush, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret stated "I'm going to spread it around that he's the bomber." He has persistently and falsely characterised me as a terrorist, bomber, sleeper, etc during the past nine years in order to sustain this 24/7/365 surveillance technology torture abuse under the guise of an investigation.
During May 2001 while I was working at the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street, I was subjected to verbal torture abuse about the prospect of kidnapping me. I believe that I saw those involved walk in front of me after ascending the stairs to its second floor which included "Paul Winston," Colonel Vine/Lt Harry Bird and a woman who was present with them. Colonel Vine argued with "Paul Winston" about kidnapping me citing a previous instance where someone had been kidnapped after a Royal Festival Hall concert without any problems afterwards. "Paul Winston" refused this demand and insisted that Colonel Vine promise not to kidnap me.
The summer months of June, July and August 2001 were astoundingly filled with unbelievable torture activity by all these parties and various departments of government including faked raids, a false sniper attack, general threats of violence and inciting mob behaviour. At one point earlier Lt Harry Bird had his gun taking away from him by "Paul Winston" when he threatened to come to my flat to shoot me and had to be restrained from doing so by others. A gun was then provided to the mother of the abused children by "Paul Winston" thus arming a violent personality in this environment who had threatened me earlier and who threatened to bomb me out of my home during the summer of 2001.
There was also a national election in May 2001 which resulted in the Secretaries of State changing. Jack Straw who had been Home Secretary for the previous four years became the Foreign Secretary for the next five years. He is now the Justice Secretary. David Blunkett became Home Secretary moving over from Employment Secretary replacing Jack Straw. Each of these had received correspondence from me or at least their departments had with respect to the extensive surveillance technology torture abuse being carried out against me. This included my comprehensive 52-page 23rd September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister which was forwarded to the Home Office.
Because the surveillance technology torture abuse was so intense 24/7/365 I decided to send copies of my daily highly detailed diary/logs of all that happened to a distribution list an example of which can be seen below including significant cabinet Secretaries of State and the Prime Minister in order to bring this torture to a halt by supplying a convincingly detailed factual account of exactly what was happening. This included an ongoing sleep deprivation log. The detail in these logs shows the continuous verbal abuse and demeaning and degrading false allegations to which I was subjected all of which constituted an extraordinary barrage of non-stop torture.
I did not have a telephone at that time. It was out from March 2000 to February 2002 as the result of an outage which was related to the intense surveillance torture abuse to which I was being subjected. During this period of time I went to various Internet shops, libraries and even Tesco on a daily basis seven days a week to address the surveillance technology torture problem in any way I could to bring it to an end.
During July and August 2001 I sent these daily diary/logs out by Email from the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street where I was tracked and abused enroute and while there in a most extraordinary way by a large group of people. At the end of this two month period prior to 9/11 I had accumulated a sleep deprivation log for these two months which can be seen at:

Please be advised that these logs contain explicit details of intense torture abuse of a sadistic sexual nature to which I was continuously subjected which occurred around-the-clock regardless of where I was located or what I was doing. It was this kind of torture abuse which enabled me to gain full knowledge about all the features of this most sophisticated surveillance technology brought to the UK by Vine and Bird in February 2001. Although I knew quickly what its features were, it took me about six months of very detailed logging of its features to be able to communicate what was happening with the data to back up what I described.

The statements in numbers 1, 2 and 3 above are false. In my direct experience for 11.5 years 24/7/365 starting in mid-August 1998 up to and including this writing such torture activity has been and continues to be carried out and condoned by the UK government using surveillance technology as a weapon.
In February 2001 seven months prior to 9/11 Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others with them arrived in North Kensington, London, UK with their most sophisticated surveillance technology to join the surveillance torture abuse that had been in progress already for 2.5 years. They joined with Met Special Branch Officers "Paul Winston" and "Mike" as well as those from the NHS whom I had met at the beginning of 2000 and others including those whom I had reported for child abuse in May 1998 especially the mother of the abused children.
An important aspect of the imported surveillance technology brought to the UK by these US government agents was the fact that it could transmit sound electronically to the surveillance target thereby forcing the target to hear all that was desired anywhere at any time 24/7/365. My very first experience with this electronic sound transmission occurred in the earlier morning hours about 0530 while I was taking a bath.
One or both of Vine and Bird began a non-stop diatribe of biographical information which I could clearly hear that was intended to "spook" me. It was this facility of electronic transmission of sound that enabled me to learn what was being done since it was an integral part of the torture process to sadistically expose the target to such a description as well as the arguments, conversations and direct verbal abuse which were used for torture interrogation purposes in an effort to "break down" the target, i.e., me.
In March 2001 this sophisticated surveillance technology destroyed my legal proceedings in the High Court where I was seeking protection under the Protection From Harassment Act 1997 and the Human Rights Act from the previous 2.5 years of surveillance technology torture abuse that had caused serious personal injuries which amounted to GBH with intent and SBH along with the destruction of human activity and attempted destruction of life by torture including sleep deprivation and constant harassment by large groups of people on a daily basis.
At the end of April 2001 immediately following the car bombing at the nearby BBC Television Centre on Wood Lane north of Shepherd's Bush, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret stated "I'm going to spread it around that he's the bomber." He has persistently and falsely characterised me as a terrorist, bomber, sleeper, etc during the past nine years in order to sustain this 24/7/365 surveillance technology torture abuse under the guise of an investigation.
During May 2001 while I was working at the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street, I was subjected to verbal torture abuse about the prospect of kidnapping me. I believe that I saw those involved walk in front of me after ascending the stairs to its second floor which included "Paul Winston," Colonel Vine/Lt Harry Bird and a woman who was present with them. Colonel Vine argued with "Paul Winston" about kidnapping me citing a previous instance where someone had been kidnapped after a Royal Festival Hall concert without any problems afterwards. "Paul Winston" refused this demand and insisted that Colonel Vine promise not to kidnap me.
The summer months of June, July and August 2001 were astoundingly filled with unbelievable torture activity by all these parties and various departments of government including faked raids, a false sniper attack, general threats of violence and inciting mob behaviour. At one point earlier Lt Harry Bird had his gun taking away from him by "Paul Winston" when he threatened to come to my flat to shoot me and had to be restrained from doing so by others. A gun was then provided to the mother of the abused children by "Paul Winston" thus arming a violent personality in this environment who had threatened me earlier and who threatened to bomb me out of my home during the summer of 2001.
There was also a national election in May 2001 which resulted in the Secretaries of State changing. Jack Straw who had been Home Secretary for the previous four years became the Foreign Secretary for the next five years. He is now the Justice Secretary. David Blunkett became Home Secretary moving over from Employment Secretary replacing Jack Straw. Each of these had received correspondence from me or at least their departments had with respect to the extensive surveillance technology torture abuse being carried out against me. This included my comprehensive 52-page 23rd September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister which was forwarded to the Home Office.
Because the surveillance technology torture abuse was so intense 24/7/365 I decided to send copies of my daily highly detailed diary/logs of all that happened to a distribution list an example of which can be seen below including significant cabinet Secretaries of State and the Prime Minister in order to bring this torture to a halt by supplying a convincingly detailed factual account of exactly what was happening. This included an ongoing sleep deprivation log. The detail in these logs shows the continuous verbal abuse and demeaning and degrading false allegations to which I was subjected all of which constituted an extraordinary barrage of non-stop torture.
I did not have a telephone at that time. It was out from March 2000 to February 2002 as the result of an outage which was related to the intense surveillance torture abuse to which I was being subjected. During this period of time I went to various Internet shops, libraries and even Tesco on a daily basis seven days a week to address the surveillance technology torture problem in any way I could to bring it to an end.

Binyam Mohammed: What Benefit From An Inquiry?

The essence of the problem as highlighted finally by the court yesterday and all the activity around paragraph 168 is the suppression of torture information by the UK government. This is not a small matter whose breadth and depth need attention by an inquiry using Binyam Mohammed's case for a foundation.
The great reluctance to accept that torture is a standard inside the UK as well as outside coupled with suppression by the government and those using torture keeps this illusion operating with the help of the mushroom factor in the UK: dark and covered. As a result torture flourishes and keeps growing inside the UK at a level that few want to consider as reality. Until this reluctance barrier is breached, torture will get bigger and worse to the detriment of everyone. For all practical purposes it has ended the democratic state for me along with all its institutions and rule of law.
I speak from the position of a surveillance torture target that started 11.5 years ago and continues as of this writing 24/7/365 for this entire time where national security issues were faked from early 2001 onward (before 9/11) in order to sustain the surveillance torture abuse and included "kidnapping" (shall we say "disappearance"?) which was proposed in May 2001 again before 9/11.
The proposed kidnapping (later to become known as rendition) was blocked by the UK authorities at that time namely one "Paul Winston" whom I believed to be Met Special Branch (now anti-terror unit). Colonel Vine USMC Ret along with Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret proposed and argued for my "kidnapping" citing a previous incident where a target was kidnapped after a Royal Festival Hall concert, made to "disappear" and no one knew anything. This was used as an example of success.
You poo-poo extraordinary rendition based upon a couple flights and some other activity which you consider marginal. That's because it is unknown. The only way to get this into the public domain is to have a full empowered legal inquiry. The same is true for the far more important problem of domestic torture and its imprisonment by surveillance technology inside the UK as a matter of policy about which nothing is in the public domain generally at present.
The courts have finally opened the door to the reality of torture suppression by the UK government. This is a huge problem which the efforts over the past 18 months by David Miliband et al have demonstrated because they have sought to keep everything under wraps. It was worth it for them to take the risk to hide this so that a foot could not get into that door which the courts have now opened a crack.
You may rest assured that every effort is being made to silence me as I write but has never succeeded during all these years. Yet, it still goes on by indefinite surveillance attempts to deny human rights about which the court explicitly stated that these people have no concern. That perverted standard of torture abuse is widespread and will effect more and more over time as it has impacted me for 11.5 years 24/7/365 unless the whole problem of torture as a matter of UK government policy is now addressed thoroughly by an inquiry.
This is the key court statement highlight by John Kampfner:
" 'a real risk of serious damage to national security, of whatever degree, should not automatically trump a public interest in open justice.' "
"of whatever degree" the court said. Once you come to understand the nature, character and extent of UK surveillance torture abuse carried out by US agents thugs of the worst kind imaginable in the UK, the full impact of what the court has decided with regard to the threat to democracy itself inside the UK will sink in. Only a fully empowered legal inquiry will get at all its aspects.

UK Torture Policy: David Miliband Misled Commons

As I began this Email, David Miliband and William Hague started an interview on the BBC News Channel focussing on these issues raised in the Commons a little earlier.
I was impressed with the bipartisan concern noted in the questions about the essence of torture complicity that was exhibited by MPs' questions particularly that of Diane Abbott and other Labour Party MPs.
However, I was doubly disappointed that not only was Karen Buck, my MP for the moment (redrawing the boundaries will change her constituency shortly), not present (leastwise I didn't see her) but that she had also raised a question during PMQs about police manning in London referring to the Mayor's cutting of police officers and never breathed a word about 11.5 years of surveillance torture in North Kensington given the context of what was happening this morning concerning UK torture complicity and policy.
Despite being fully informed about this surveillance torture abuse since September 2000, Ms Buck has never raised this issue in the Commons or anywhere else for that matter except by a letter to the Metropolitan Police Commissioner in January 2001, a copy of which she sent to me, at a time just before a full blown surveillance escalation occurred with the importation of US agent thugs (Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret) with their most sophisticated surveillance technology that still beggars most people's belief.
The torture was so intense at that time that it destroyed my High Court proceedings in March 2001 where I had sought the protection of the High Court (since personal injuries had been sustained and were an issue) under the Protection From Harassment Act of 1997 as well as the Human Rights Act which had fully come into effect in the UK in October 2000.
I never received any further communication from Ms Buck about this ongoing torture abuse issue by surveillance technology (although she has responded where matters of child abuse were raised through the NSPCC) which had been in effect from mid-August 1998 reflecting a policy of the UK government directly involving the police, NHS and other departments of government as well as those whom I had reported for child abuse in May 1998 in the torture activity which has continued indefinitely up to and including this writing.
David Miliband:
"Where there is possible wrong doing, an investigation is undertaken with charges brought if appropriate." Not in my experience. I've been victimised further by the government blaming the victim in two letters from the Home Office after correspondence was sent to Charles Clarke and then John Reid. Later David Blunkett, MP, by then a backbencher replied to an Email reiterating the blame the victim denial.
"Where there are serious allegations, proper independent investigation" should be undertaken, he went on to say. Nope. Not done.
"Our laws and values" is a phrase often used. My conclusion based upon 11.5 years experience 24/7/365 is that the UK is a secret police torture state. Those are its laws and values.
"No truth in policy to outsource torture." Nope, its done in the UK by the police, NHS and others right alongside US agents who supply the means. I have much else to say on this matter which I have described in the past but do not want to digress at this point.
He referred to "practices we would never conduct ourselves," but this is simply outrageously false.
He also wanted to put to rest statements that intelligence services "operate without independent oversight by government, ministers and courts." How could torture be carried out against me 24/7/356 for 11.5 years if this were not the case?
William Hague:
"I hope we've got to the bottom of this." Expectations should not be based on hope.
We should "not be complicit; not turn a blind eye; police must investigate." But, what if the police are involved?
Asked question about security services awareness of what was going on?
"It is clear that government tried to make sure that lawyers had evidence."
I notified MI5 directly in writing of the abuse against me and received a letter reply from the office of the DG directing me to the Tribunal which I considered a deflection and waste of time.
Since I was subjected to totally invasive surveillance technology anything that I did would be closely followed and countered by those carrying out the surveillance abuse as they had done in March 2001 with legal proceedings.
The Tribunal was not an option and was also more focussed on intrusions under RIPA which were more physically conventional and not those of the surveillance kind which I have experienced for the past nine years.
"Cruel and inhuman punishment are damaging; degrading treatment or torture as [serious as] being defeated on the battlefield because they are propaganda gifts that play into hands of terrorists, weakening the UK and damaging national security," William Hague concluded as close as I could recall his words.
OK, why is it then that no one has done anything about this torture abuse carried out with the knowledge of hundreds from the bottom to the top of government without its ever being stopped?
This is the future, folks, for everyone unless it is properly recognised and placed under democratic control with effective redress of grievances. Unless this is done, everyone will be subjected to this kind of surveillance which will destroy the UK completely.
This is no urban myth as my GBH and SBH, massive documentation and evidence will attest.

Ali Dezaei: Are Police Real Bullies?

Ali Dizaei's conviction today might just be one of these incidents.
He was hated, and they all ganged up against him calling him the bully when, in fact, the police were the bullies all along trying to "get him" and finally did.
You trotted out Bob Quick today. He headed the first "inquiry" which was a massive surveillance based operation against Dizaei in Kensington & Chelsea c 2000 to 2003 after he came to K&C in 1999.
Bob Quick was "quick" to describe the negative characterisations about Dizaei made today as a "pattern" of such behaviour that might be seen in his past actions. I doubt this.
I believe that the pattern of behaviour comes from the police trying to set him up and fake allegations in any way that they could from the time he came to the Met in 1999 up until now.
Ali Dizaei's experience parallels mine. While he was quite public, I have been generally unknown. I've been hated by child abusers and tenant management along with the Council for criticising them extensively all of which led to surveillance starting in mid-August 1998.
The surveillance to which I've been subjected is similar in character to Ali Dizaei's containing false allegations for which he was acquitted in 2003.
The people overlapped and the time was the same. The character of the behaviour of the people using surveillance technology against me was similar by being extreme torture abuse.
Bob Quick was heading the massive surveillance against Ali Dizaei c 2000 to 2003. He went on to become head of the Met's Anti-Terror Group before losing that job over his file being filmed while going into Number Ten about a terror raid that had to be moved up and turned into a fiasco.
Before this Met Special Branch was turned into the Met Anti-Terror Group which Bob Quick headed.
Two of its officers, "Paul Winston" and earlier "Mike" were directly involved in colluding with the mother of the abused children, [BS], in 1999 to continue to set me up by use of surveillance including its escalation after I sent a comprehensive letter to the Prime Minister.
Then the surveillance torture abuse went on to include Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret along with "Paul Winston" in 2001 when I was taking the matter into the High Court which they destroyed with surveillance.
2001 and after saw a massive escalation in the surveillance abuse against me including false terrorism allegations not unlike those lodged against Ali Dizaei for spying for Iran.
Those in the Met Police present were faking everything, carrying out torture and generally participating as well as supporting abusive behaviour while colluding with the child abusers and other departments of government like the NHS which had started at the end of 1999.
I believe that there is an overlap here involving Bob Quick who went on to become the head of the Met's Anti-Terror Group which included the Met's Special Branch whose name changed to this. Those serving in it, "Paul Winston" and "Mike," then went on to work for Bob Quick it appears as trustworthy types who can be relied upon to "fake it" by extreme "bullying" abusive and torture behaviour.
My nickname for "Mike" was "Mike the Violent Bigot" (MVB) and for "Paul Winston" was TULIP for "Target Up Lock In Pop" which breaks down as follows:
Target Up = used as part of a faked sniper attack much like a firing squad execution where "target up" referred to my rising to visibility in my living room. The idea was to make me afraid to rise with the prospect of a sniper shooting me.
Lock In = referred to being able to lock me up permanently so that I could not be released thus enabling them to fake it and destroy my evidence against them. This has been reiterated in the last day or two by someone saying that he would not arrest me because he would just have to release me.
Pop = "Paul Winston" saying to "Mile" "Pop him one for me" as they mounted a fake raid outside yelling loudly that they were coming up here to force their way into my flat while moving across the front of my windows as if they were doing exactly that.
Arrest discussions and fake raids have been staple verbal torture abuse from those using surveillance technology for all these years. The "padded room" was used once in the context of "I can't wait to get him into the padded room" by "Paul Winston."
I learned later that "padded room" meant the room in which the police physically abused prisoners after one such detainee died in custody where the term "padded room" had been used.
The difference between my experience and that of Ali Dizaei has been that he was openly prosecuted and acquitted in 2003 while the surveillance abuse has been carried out against me indefinitely now for 11.5 years 24/7/365 and still goes on as of this writing.
There needs to be a complete and thorough investigation into the police involved in the Ali Dizaei activity as well as those involved in this ongoing surveillance abuse against me that has destroyed the democratic rule of law in the UK.
The real pattern of abuse here, I believe, rests with the police and goes on as of this writing.

Josh Harris is onto some ideas right and got others wrong.
You could help a great deal if you would start reporting the reality of what is happening with respect to surveillance and Big Brother both from the government and public's perspectives which are at opposite ends of that spectrum called surveillance.
I. Loss of individuality by brainwave or brain to brain interaction
I'm not so certain if the loss of individuation will occur, but brainwave monitoring, i.e., brain activity including thoughts, sight, hearing, etc, is very much a reality as I've been communicating to you for some time.
The brain is very much a computer just like the PC with its own chemical power source and is just like the computer or electronic device where electromagnetic radiation emissions can be intercepted and decoded.
It's been done solidly with electronic devices for at least 50 years by the Sigint services (NSA, et al) calling it Tempest. It's even turning up as either a plot theme or an important part of plot in programmes like Numb3rs and Spooks with respect to electronic devices.
What can be done to the computer has been done to the brain, i.e., electromagnetic radiation halo surrounding the head, which I've experienced directly as a target for nine years 24/7/365 since February 2009.
The ability to feedback sound electronically has enabled me to know what is being done resulting from the sadistic character of those using this surveillance technology.
II. Orwell was wrong: people will demand to have open lives and governments will not intrude with surveillance. False.
Governments are intruding totally into the lives of people as I've experienced for 24/7/365 11.5 years since mid-August 1998 and with brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology since February 2001.
The normal general resistance to this intrusion is being exploited by people's naiveté in terms of commercial Big Brother, reality TV and other activities such as Josh Harris has done. Andy Warhol did it originally by filming a man sleeping for six or eight hours then featuring this as a film work of art.
It's like feeding wild animals. They lose their fear of humans. By conditioning the public to reality TV and films it is losing its fear of intrusion into privacy that results in the public's guard being dropped so that totally invasive and destructive brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance technology is becoming generally acceptable except to those like me who are its targets.
It's fascinating to consider the character of those watching reality TV and/or films who are generally following the lives of others and the character of those who use totally invasive brain wave surveillance and other similar kinds of surveillance. They are generally the same.
[NB a distinction with respect to information content is important here. Following for information is not the same as simply following living activity, e.g., Big Brother reality TV.]
These people tend to be what I would call the lower orders for lack of a better and less offensive word.
In fact, they tend to be the no-hopers who have nothing especially power, or they have a sense of powerlessness and seek to not only find this in others but also to destroy by sadistic behaviour which provides a perverse sense of power that has to be repeated since it is not real. Hence, the addictive quality of reality TV and surveillance technology itself.
Erich Fromm calls sadism the religion of the psychic cripple characterising sadism as devotional. This is what happens to those who slavishly follow reality TV, track other people's lives or use totally invasive surveillance indefinitely 24/7/365 against a single target like me. They are seeking control over other people's lives to fill this sense of an absence of power which is acted out destructively.
What is actually happening is that there will be a shift from publicly available reality TV, films, Internet, etc. which is opening the door on a mass basis to the private invasion of non-consensual targets for control purposes which will be driven by the sadistic in government who seek to both hide and perpetuate unlawful and criminal behaviour as I've experienced for the past 11.5 years.
In that scenario people will be squashed to the lowest common denominator making Josh Harris' statement about loss of individuality just a step along the path to complete loss which results from a master/slave relationship. Destruction of people and lives will be the result as is happening to me where I have no recourse.
You should begin exploring this technology and its use/abuse including comparing it with the worlds you are now entering with the likes of Josh Harris so that this can be properly assimilated by the general public and incorporated into the democratic society at large so that its abuses as I've experienced can be properly and democratically controlled.

Children Killed Statistics Are Unreliable & Misleading

One of your interviewees pointed out that the number of children killed while under the scrutiny of social services has been increasing of late since the end of the study cited in 2006.
I want to see each year's info to see how the distributions of deaths occur from year to year during the past 40 years at least.
I also want to point out that the information is never made available publicly as has happened in the Baby P case and in another more recently where there have been demands that the info about child abuse behind the two boys who tortured two others for 90 minutes be made public.
Focussing just on deaths of children does not reveal the magnitude of the violent abuse which might be occurring that is deflected and/or covered up. Also, the actual number of children deaths can easily be misleading.
I cannot accept that the police, NHS, social services, etc are working together more closely and more effectively when I've been the direct victim of surveillance technology torture and attempted murder by the child abusers I reported in May 1998 for 11.5 years 24/7/365 which has included the participation of all these government departments, elected officials and general public.
Here is a glaring incident where there is a massive cover up of the abuse problem where the abusers are given surveillance to hide it and do so by attacking the person who reported the abuse in the first place. It demonstrates the collusion present to hide child abuse.
This reveals that the range of people being abused is extended by both enlarging the number of children abused as continued with the children I reported plus including myself with a continuous effort to murder me with surveillance torture.
Also, there is the expanded abuse that takes place against other children in the environment who are subjected to the surveillance technologies abuse fallout which creates antisocial and criminal behaviour as standards that impact them directly.
What has been happening for the past 11.5 years is that violent abuse including the right to murder someone has become the standard in the environment which has led to a wider abuse activity of other children, children against children and adult against adult.
Given the manipulative character of the child abusers which I have directly witnessed and experienced for the past 11.5 years 24/7/365, I cannot accept the validity of these numbers.
Child abusers and those in social services, NHS, police, etc all seek to make every effort to move child abuse out of the conclusion for any death of a child.
There is a general tacit collusion underway to understate the numbers of child abuse deaths which is supported by not making the reports public or by giving child abusers surveillance to cover up everything on an ongoing basis.
When I first moved into these premises in 1996, I recall a young lad about six who was found dead (not in this area but in the news), but the cause of death could not be determined. No one could explain what appeared to be a death without any cause.
However, the neighbours began talking with the media after his body was found, and all this information began to become public about how he was neglected by his mother who had tried to give him up to the social services because she could not take care of him.
They did not take him, and I believe that he died because he was completely denied any attention whatsoever being abused and rejected by his mother and refused by the social services which made him stay in the terrible environment which did not kill him overtly but led to his death by extreme neglect.
What I see is a massive cover up by everyone involved to create the illusion that there is no child abuse when it is actually increasing with the number of abused and neglected children growing to such an extent that they will mushroom in the future into self destructive or outwardly destructive adults who abuse children.
This incredible and unbelievable abuse of the system by giving the child abuser surveillance has created an image that all is better because those using the surveillance fake it and get everyone else to go along out of fear.
But, under the surface there is a growing rot of abused people who are growing into adulthood with the disposition to be violent. It is the state which is creating this because of the extreme need of those in elected office and the civil service bureaucracies to look good.
The result will be much like Enron with a collapse into much larger violence against children.
The whole problem of violence has to be examined entirely as I've always said all along. The dramatic deaths are not what is most important as tragic as they are.
It's the number of children below these death pinnacles whose lives are ruined as I've witnessed here that is important. How big are these mountains under the pinnacles of these children's deaths?
I also believe that there are many more mountains that do not have such pinnacles such as Kensington & Chelsea where they are top rated which is based upon massive fraud.
When Baby P's trial was finished for those who killed him, and all of this became public, don't you recall that the actual number of children who died as a result of child abuse/neglect turned out to be much larger that was being reported?
Hiding child abuse violence/neglect by letting violent abusers act out their violence with surveillance is a no brainer as regards to increasing violence in the future.
This same effort I believe is also reflected in the need to hide the real number of children killed by abuse from the time of Victoria Climbie's death in early 2000 for the past ten years since the time the hearing was in progress.
The greatest problem of all is that the media is not reporting this terrible situation where child abusers have been given surveillance to cover up their abuse and all other problems for the past 11.5 years.
