I've been addressing the problem of noise nuisances in this environment for many years without effect so far. It's not only that it disturbs my sleep but also that it disturbs the all important sleep of children.
There has been a deliberate disregard of sleep for children by officially allowing disturbances to continue for weeks on end up to 2300 or after midnight night as has occurred with a steel band practising across the road at a school in the five weeks before Carnival one year.
No one really understands the impact of this on children and families unless one lives here, and then those responsible for noise nuisance abatement just try to get everyone to tolerate the intolerable when they want to push something in their own and the limited interest of a few at the expense of the many.
Needless to say the surveillance abuse has been a terrible problem since it goes on 24/7/365 which contributes to this disturbance as well.
The mother of the abused children whom I reported in May 1998 for abuse went on using the surveillance technology installed in August 1998 against me including the abused child and other children and youths in its criminal and unlawful use against me for years.
That abused child was up at all hours of the night during these years, kept home from school and did not develop which has now resulted in his inability to function as an adult. Yes, I did report this ongoing child abuse to all and sundry with no results.
I believe that he has been damaged throughout his development years to the point where the damage is now permanent despite my having spent all this time for the past 11.75 years addressing this child and adult abuse problem to bring it to a halt.
There is no general sense that these continuing disturbances that are officially allowed to go on are damaging to all and most especially to the children whose brains do not finish development until about the age of 16.
Then there is the knock on effect where the children turn into antisocial behaviour problems themselves during the day and evening imitating the all night activity of the adults in this environment while also acting out their own rage driven activity at having their sleep disturbed.
The sad reality of this is that the children are blamed, and the source of the problem ignored since it goes back to those using surveillance and those in various positions of authority who have allowed it to go on indefinitely now for 11.5 years 24/7/365.
These children probably do not have television in their rooms if they have a separate room and are not subjected to all the stimulus that more affluent families might have, but they have worse problems that impact them over which they and parents have no control.
It's a sad state of affairs that those using the surveillance technology officially carry on with vigilante mob behaviour inciting others to engage in antisocial behaviour throughout the night so that they can attack me when they themselves are the source of the problem.
Since these child abusers use surveillance technology officially sanctioned and supported by the state, no one is going to stop it, and they are allowed to carry on in a most abusive manner around-the-clock.
They then quite ironically plead to be allowed to continue to protect the children in this environment who, they say, are in danger from a threat from me which is all fabricated by them to sustain their abusive activity.
Worst of all is the fact that children develop with the standard that abuse is sanctioned and all right creating a perverted standard of antisocial and criminal behaviour.
BBC News has raised a critically important issue which has many dimensions impacting many children throughout this country where those in local authorities do not address the problem properly and even, in instances such as this one, perversely carry on with extremely damaging activity that destroys the lives of children while they are developing.
And, the news media will not report anything about this extreme abuse which has gone on now for 11.5 years 24/7/365 to the detriment of everyone.
The great tragedy in all of this is that those in positions of authority talk about "quality of life" while at the same time allowing the most abusive behaviour imaginable that destroys the environment to continue without stopping it, i.e., surveillance technology abuse 24/7/365.
This demonstrates the effectiveness resulting from the manipulative ability of the child abuser's personality disorder which has been allowed to continue for 11.75 years 24/7/365 in this environment since May 1998 when I reported the child abuse as a direct result of the disposition by those in authority to allow this to become institutionalised abuse all around.
By leaving the same people in positions of authority they will continue to seek to cover up their extreme criminal activity as they have during all these years leaving surveillance in place under the continuous operational control of viciously violent personalities who seek my ultimate destruction which no one challenges effectively to bring it to an immediate halt.
