The statements in numbers 1, 2 and 3 above are false. In my direct experience for 11.5 years 24/7/365 starting in mid-August 1998 up to and including this writing such torture activity has been and continues to be carried out and condoned by the UK government using surveillance technology as a weapon.
In February 2001 seven months prior to 9/11 Colonel Vine USMC Ret, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and others with them arrived in North Kensington, London, UK with their most sophisticated surveillance technology to join the surveillance torture abuse that had been in progress already for 2.5 years. They joined with Met Special Branch Officers "Paul Winston" and "Mike" as well as those from the NHS whom I had met at the beginning of 2000 and others including those whom I had reported for child abuse in May 1998 especially the mother of the abused children.
An important aspect of the imported surveillance technology brought to the UK by these US government agents was the fact that it could transmit sound electronically to the surveillance target thereby forcing the target to hear all that was desired anywhere at any time 24/7/365. My very first experience with this electronic sound transmission occurred in the earlier morning hours about 0530 while I was taking a bath.
One or both of Vine and Bird began a non-stop diatribe of biographical information which I could clearly hear that was intended to "spook" me. It was this facility of electronic transmission of sound that enabled me to learn what was being done since it was an integral part of the torture process to sadistically expose the target to such a description as well as the arguments, conversations and direct verbal abuse which were used for torture interrogation purposes in an effort to "break down" the target, i.e., me.
In March 2001 this sophisticated surveillance technology destroyed my legal proceedings in the High Court where I was seeking protection under the Protection From Harassment Act 1997 and the Human Rights Act from the previous 2.5 years of surveillance technology torture abuse that had caused serious personal injuries which amounted to GBH with intent and SBH along with the destruction of human activity and attempted destruction of life by torture including sleep deprivation and constant harassment by large groups of people on a daily basis.
At the end of April 2001 immediately following the car bombing at the nearby BBC Television Centre on Wood Lane north of Shepherd's Bush, Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret stated "I'm going to spread it around that he's the bomber." He has persistently and falsely characterised me as a terrorist, bomber, sleeper, etc during the past nine years in order to sustain this 24/7/365 surveillance technology torture abuse under the guise of an investigation.
During May 2001 while I was working at the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street, I was subjected to verbal torture abuse about the prospect of kidnapping me. I believe that I saw those involved walk in front of me after ascending the stairs to its second floor which included "Paul Winston," Colonel Vine/Lt Harry Bird and a woman who was present with them. Colonel Vine argued with "Paul Winston" about kidnapping me citing a previous instance where someone had been kidnapped after a Royal Festival Hall concert without any problems afterwards. "Paul Winston" refused this demand and insisted that Colonel Vine promise not to kidnap me.
The summer months of June, July and August 2001 were astoundingly filled with unbelievable torture activity by all these parties and various departments of government including faked raids, a false sniper attack, general threats of violence and inciting mob behaviour. At one point earlier Lt Harry Bird had his gun taking away from him by "Paul Winston" when he threatened to come to my flat to shoot me and had to be restrained from doing so by others. A gun was then provided to the mother of the abused children by "Paul Winston" thus arming a violent personality in this environment who had threatened me earlier and who threatened to bomb me out of my home during the summer of 2001.
There was also a national election in May 2001 which resulted in the Secretaries of State changing. Jack Straw who had been Home Secretary for the previous four years became the Foreign Secretary for the next five years. He is now the Justice Secretary. David Blunkett became Home Secretary moving over from Employment Secretary replacing Jack Straw. Each of these had received correspondence from me or at least their departments had with respect to the extensive surveillance technology torture abuse being carried out against me. This included my comprehensive 52-page 23rd September 1999 letter to the Prime Minister which was forwarded to the Home Office.
Because the surveillance technology torture abuse was so intense 24/7/365 I decided to send copies of my daily highly detailed diary/logs of all that happened to a distribution list an example of which can be seen below including significant cabinet Secretaries of State and the Prime Minister in order to bring this torture to a halt by supplying a convincingly detailed factual account of exactly what was happening. This included an ongoing sleep deprivation log. The detail in these logs shows the continuous verbal abuse and demeaning and degrading false allegations to which I was subjected all of which constituted an extraordinary barrage of non-stop torture.
I did not have a telephone at that time. It was out from March 2000 to February 2002 as the result of an outage which was related to the intense surveillance torture abuse to which I was being subjected. During this period of time I went to various Internet shops, libraries and even Tesco on a daily basis seven days a week to address the surveillance technology torture problem in any way I could to bring it to an end.
During July and August 2001 I sent these daily diary/logs out by Email from the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street where I was tracked and abused enroute and while there in a most extraordinary way by a large group of people. At the end of this two month period prior to 9/11 I had accumulated a sleep deprivation log for these two months which can be seen at:

Please be advised that these logs contain explicit details of intense torture abuse of a sadistic sexual nature to which I was continuously subjected which occurred around-the-clock regardless of where I was located or what I was doing. It was this kind of torture abuse which enabled me to gain full knowledge about all the features of this most sophisticated surveillance technology brought to the UK by Vine and Bird in February 2001. Although I knew quickly what its features were, it took me about six months of very detailed logging of its features to be able to communicate what was happening with the data to back up what I described.
You will also note at the end of August more false allegations emerge of an horrendous kind from Lt Harry Bird USMC Ret and a woman working with him on the last Wednesday of August 2001 as I left Tesco and was walking north on Warwick Road. At that time I had purchased some batteries for a tape recorder at Tesco to start recording the verbal abuse to which I was subjected while walking around. At this time I began to make a transition from writing all that was happening on a notebook computer to verbal notes made on a tape recorder enabling me to make these notes wherever I was located.

The torture described above has never stopped for 11.5 years 24/7/365 despite this and all other similar correspondence sent from its beginning to the present. I have kept a daily 24/7 diary/log as complete and detailed as possible similar to that provided above for all these 11.5 years which continues because the surveillance torture abuse has never stopped at any time.
Every effort has been made to attack me in as an extreme manner as possible to discredit what I document and report in the hopes of destroying my activity and life in order to suppress what has actually occurred. So far this has failed. Those in government who make representations to the contrary are deliberately and knowingly misleading the nation to protect themselves against this truth becoming general public knowledge. The UK is a secret police torture state.
There is a never ending collusion and conspiracy all around by everyone involved to suppress the knowledge of what is actually being done in the hopes of getting away with this extensive torture abuse which has never stopped for 11.5 years 24/7/365. It goes on as I finish this writing.
